I am beyond impressed with the service I received from Mike Fasone of DRS Heating & Cooling this morning on my 2008 Ruud Furnace! I received an email with a "tech tracker" about an hour prior to our appointment so that I would know when he was arriving. Mike arrived on-time and performed the annual service on the unit perfectly, and quickly including a cleaning inside and out! There had been a little "rattle" noise before, but Mike tightened up a motor housing and the unit purrs like a kitten now. Setting up a maintenance agreement was super easy too! As a member of the HVAC/Water Heating industry, I was thrilled to see our brands and products being represented, and serviced, with such amazing professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend Mike, Daniel Swallow and the whole team at DRS Heating & Cooling!

I discovered I had a leaking water heater. DRS came out on a Monday afternoon to evaluate my situation and was able to complete a new install by Tuesday, the very next day. Daniel is a great person to work with along with his entire install team. Excellent work and very much appreciate the quick response and turnaround.

Daniel had his crew come out and we couldn't be happier with our install. Explained everything and helped us save money. System install was clean and it was like they weren't even there. Great experience all around.

DRS did an amazing job replacing my old system. Daniel Swallow came out and quoted me. He was absolutely amazing with the process and my payment plan options. Install was done within days and the crew that came out were so friendly and quick! I will absolutely be using them every-time!

These guys have serviced my home and work HVAC. They've cleaned my air conditioner, installed a hot water tank, and done routine maintenance. They've always been reliable and honest!

Horrible Customer Service. Tried for 2 weeks just to get a return phone call or email for a quote. Girl that answers the phone knows nothing, claims someone will call me back and never does. Great to see a business so busy they don't need new customers. Good for them.

If I could give zero stars I would!! I’m leaving this review, not even knowing if they’re still in business, so that NO ONE ever uses them again!!! Horrible experience!! They have technicians that don’t know what they’re doing. They installed the wrong furnace for the size of my home and would not respond to my continued requests and phone calls!!!
