Dor-Mar is a great company to work with and we are repeat customers. Today my technician was Trent. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and went through different options to make sure our heating system continued to work efficiently. I definitely recommend this company.

James took great care navigating through our home to ensure that all the ducks were cleaned. When he got done, everything was put back in the original place as if no one had been there would recommend JAMES and DorMar for duck cleaning anytime.

Dave was very quick to condem my 15yr unit, quoted 10x the price of r22 to fill($400/lb vs. $40 on the internet, $2000 he said) opting to rather upsell me on a new system, of which i am sure he gets commission for less work. The installation crew performed well, although i am pretty sure they did not clean the ducts.

They were able to come out the same night we called AND our technician was able to restore our AC!

Caleb cleaned my dryer vent as a part of my annual appliance preventive maintenance service. He was very professional and personable. The quality of his work was excellent. He showed me before and after pictures of the dryer vent and he explained in great detail the work that he performed. I am completely satisfied and very happy that Dor-Mar is offering appliance services!

I cannot say enough positive things about my service today with Dave Atha. He took his time to explain to me what he was doing, his recommendations and he even took a look at my humidifier for me because I had a question. DJ arrived to replace a kitchen faucet where we had all the parts. We did receive a quote when we scheduled the service. He quoted us $900 to replace the faucet. After speaking with his manager, the price dropped to $350. We declined. Two things. First, we should have received an estimate for the work when scheduling took place. Second, do not bill us for a service call.

Trevon was great! Arrived within the expected time window. Was efficient and polite. Was able to identify a problem with our system and quickly remedied it.

This company has come to the rescue on numerous occasions for my house I just moved into. Their customer service is top notch, prices are very reasonable, and they’ve always come through immediately when I’ve needed them. Steve Swonger came to our rescue with an old gas pipe that needed fixed and helped fix our generator. I can’t recommend him or this company enough, definitely plan on using them again for all of my home service needs.

Required emergency service on weekend due to air conditioning not working during peak of hot summer, technician was excellent. Friendly, courteous, and knew his stuff. Would highly recommend.
