I called and said hello, mentioned my name, told her I'm in Westerville, and asked why they have a low review rating. I personally care about who is in my home. The woman I spoke with never told me her name, and said "sir I get a lot of calls and I'm just not interested." I replied, "So you don't care what people think of you?" She then hung up, so who knows, maybe they're great, or maybe they don't give a rip.

I had plumbing leak in my basement just before New Years Weekend and right after the cold weather when many people had their pipes busted. I got Trevor Wells contact through my neighbor. I actually got a permission to text him to show the issue on late night and he responded, communicated, instructed me what to do. He promised to come out the next day and fix the problem. The office was great with coordinating the appointment. Trevor came early, fixed the problem in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, explained the issue. The site that he had to fix looks cleaner now then the original joint that the builder did. I would definitely recommend Trevor Wells and this company in the future. Thank you.

I had an appointment today 9/7/22 with a plumbing issue and Trevor Wells came to my residence. He was very professional showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about all my plumbing concerns. Aaron and Shane were professional and courteous. We have a high risk child and both did not hesitate to wear a mask. They answered all my questions and took the time to explain. Todd was great and we were thrilled that World Class Services could fit us in on the same day for a minor emergency. He arrived early and got our water heater ventilation system fixed. It was in a very sad state, and by the time he was done it was looking and working great. Would recommend.

The shut off valve on our hot water tank gave out causing us to have to shut off the water main until it could be replaced. I spoke World Class Services at 9:00 AM and Shane was at my door by 12:00 as promised. He not only replaced the shut off valve but upgraded it along with some of the copper tubing around it. This was accomplished within a half hour or so and he waived the $79.00 service charge as well. Shane was a pleasure to work with and explained everything he was doing while I observed. He even assisted me in draining and flushing the tank. I was charged only the flat rate for replacing the valve. I would definately recommend World Class Services for any plumbing, heating & cooling or electrical needs. .

AMAZING!!!! Had a new high efficiency furnace and A/C installed at my house replacing the original almost 40yr old system. Aaron and Hector were wonderful to work with (according to my wife). They even texted me with answers to questions that I had written on paper for the day of installation. They cleaned everything up before they left, hauled all the old equipment, boxes for new equipment, etc. away when they were done.

I got an email confirmation for my appointment, then a text message the morning of confirming the appointment. I even got a text when the guys were on their way, so I was able to let my wife know.

I highly recommend this company if you're searching for an HVAC company. Friendly and professional from start to finish.

Todd Heming was excellent. He was very friendly, yet professional. He took the time to explain each step along the way, why it was important, and what steps we needed to do in the future. He was very patient with us as we never had an AC unit before. We were very pleased with the information services he provided. World Class Services came very highly recommended by our daughter-in-law and Mr. Heming lived up to that assessment.

Bryan was extremely professional and explained to us all of our options when our A/C went out. He advised us that our system was able to be repaired and it wasn't a done for! Needless to say, they made the repair and we couldn't be happier. Were finally cooled back down and so thankful for World Class Services and their team. The service really was a World Class Experience. They are our now our go-to HVAC and Plumbing company!

Todd, the technician, introduced himself, donned paper slippers before entering, clarified our experiences with the furnace and went right to work.
He willingly shared his insights on the furnace issues with my husband and showed him the defective part.
He proceeded to replace it and to test the results.
We used our $50 coupon and were pleased with the service Todd provided.
This was a same day as the request service
and the second time we have used World Class Services in three years.. Their magnet is on our refrigerator and we will call them again, if necessary. We highly recommend them without reservation.

Bryan and Shane have come out to my home and provided great service at a fair price multiple times. They really helped us out in a crunch on short notice. They installed a gas hookup on my dryer, they are the only company in Columbus that does this. They installed a ceramic cooktop and a faucet. A couple of weeks later my hot water heater went out, they found the replacement and did a great job installing and hooking up. They carried out the old one all at a really reasonable price. Great team. Highly recommend this company!!!!!

We needed a plumber preferably the same day. We called and Deborah was so upbeat and positive and said she would check with service team in the field. She called back in 10 minutes and had a plumber scheduled for later in the day. Todd arrived, master plumber for 30 some years. Great personality and went right to work. Had the parts we needed and completed the repair in half hour. Excellent experience.

I cannot say enough about the level of quality and professionalism that I experienced while purchasing a new furnace and air conditioning unit from World Class Services. Bryan and his team went well above and beyond to provide the best quality, the most value and truly amazing customer service. While faced with a challenging dynamic, they bent over backwards and found solutions to deliver within my budget and timeline. The team was so responsive and available, I never had to wait for a call back or wonder when they would arrive. the technician Aaron was very polite, and professional. took the time to explain what could have caused my hot water tank issue. very fast and prompt service. covid compliant very appreciated. first time using and will definitely schedule for furnace check up later this fall.

follow up to my original post. The technicians Aaron and Shane had to replace my water heater cost of new control valve and age of unit made it more economical to replace. They were on time, very professional, very thorough, and got the job done very quickly. They also were very clean no mess left after the job. I don't envy them lugging those items in and out of the basement. They explained what they had done and answered any questions that I had.

I will definitely be using World Class Services again. They made this very stress free.

I've hired them twice. Once for a capacitator for my AC and the other time for a mother-board on my furnace. They came over in a timely manner and the techs are friendly. Their prices are very high, though. $275 for the capacitator (with installation) and $975 for the mother-board with installation. I got screwed. I'll never call them again! The owner responded by saying 'I never realized all that went into the price and felt it was more than fair'. I never said that. He's simply lying.

I had TropiCool install a kitchen sink, faucet, and disposal. I also had a bathroom faucet and bathtub faucet replaced. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service, the kindness of the employees, and the promptness of response. From the office staff to the service people, this company is top notch! Ask for Trevor, he's awesome!

I have used this company's services twice now. The level of professionalism is outstanding and each time they have called to say they were on their way prior to the service window indicated and showed up at the beginning of the service window. They are extremely responsive and I got an appointment and completely new water heater same day. Reasonably priced as well. Shane went over all the billing details and what would be included in my service. Highly recommend!

Trevor and his team did an outstanding job. We were stranded the day before Thanksgiving, and he had us back up and running in a few hours tops. Owner even stopped out and checked on us. And, they were significantly less expensive than the other providers you hear advertising on Columbus local radio stations. Highly recommended!

After five years, still a repeat customer. So far they’ve been our regular maintenance company. They have 1) moved an AC unit 2) installed a water softener 3) installed a replacement AC unit 4) installed a new water heater. My old water heater exploded yesterday and they were out first thing this morning to replace with a new unit.

They exceeded my expectations. They performed a clean move of an old AC unit. Very satisfied with the work.

We recently had a new AC installed. Shane was a very good tech. The people are the reason you stick with World Class. I always felt like they were looking out for my best interest.
