The technician arrived and diagnosed the issue quickly. The tech had the unit back up and running and even went the extra mile by cleaning the evaporator coils. Great professionalism.

Needed my A/C unit checked for a leak. I was able to get an appointment within 1 week of calling. Tony was polite and courteous and explained everything to me. He made suggestions appropriate to his findings as well. I highly recommend Franklin HC and Tony.

Just want to send a shout out to our technician, Tony and Franklin Heating and Cooling! Tony was professional and answered all my questions! There was a mix-up in appointments for our apartment building yesterday and 3 different people called me with information and a promise someone would be here this morning! I also got another 2 calls this morning with updates on Tony's ETA! I am so happy and best of all my air conditioner has already come down and is working perfectly!

Franklin stands behind there work. Employee, Alya, is knowledgeable, hard working and very conscientious. A very nice person.

Had a furnace issue and they were able to come out and get it fixed right away. Kept me updated with ETAs. Would recommend to anyone needing a quick repair at a reasonable price.

I have used Franklin Heating and Cooling for several years for repairs and bi-annual maintenance checks. I have been consistently pleased with their service. They are prompt and always alert me when the tech will arrive. Their techs are experienced and thorough. Tony was my tech today. He was friendly, efficient and professional and clearly explained what he was doing each step in the process. He is a good representative of the kind of excellent service I have come to expect from Franklin.

I don’t do reviews often, but I felt that Franklin Heating & Cooling was great and wanted to share my experience. Ryan was very informative and took the time to explain all my options clearly. He gave me a great price on a whole new system. And unlike the other quotes I received, it included a new vent installed and smart thermostat. Devin and Nate were great during the installation. They arrived on time, worked quickly and were extremely polite. Not only did they walk me through how to use the new system and thermostat, they went out of their way to help me find my wifi password and got it connected to my network for me. I could not be happier with the service I received!

Came out quickly, took care of our issues, and we were back up and running in no time. The man who came out was also extremely helpful and talked me through everything, as well as anything to look out for.

Nate and Jeremy helped with the install of our AC units at my job and they were wonderful! This heat was killing us and they made a huge difference within a couple hours! they were super kind and made sure everything worked and made sure i knew how to use everything before they left. Highly recommend them :)

I called in for a Tune up. I just wanted to have everything checked out before the summer heat. Franklin Heating and Cooling was great, Jackie was great with excellent customer service. She was trying to get me scheduled the next day, but I requested for the next week to prepare. They sent Tony Durant out, and he was great as well. Great customer service skills and made sure I was ready to go for the hot summer months. He made sure I had everything I needed and even gave me some tips on filters and where to put my thermostat during the warmer months to make sure It was efficient.

Our air conditioning unit went out on a very hot day. Tony came out quickly and fixed our unit. He was friendly, knowledgeable and got things running in no time.

Nat and Ismal were professional and completed the install as quoted. They used drop cloths on the floors to keep them clean. Great job guys!!

I called him many times, but he didn’t give any answer because he took all the money in advance. Now he is not responding at all. That’s why I want to make sure that if you give him any work, do not give him advance money; otherwise, you may face the same problem as I did.
Two months ago, this company was good, but after he bought it, the problems started.

I would recommend Franklin. They communicate well with a detailed job order document outlining all the work they will do and then call to confirm prior to coming out. They came on time and were accurate in the time to completion. They also have a nice system that sends pre/post pics of the work completed. The installers asked in advance if I was ok with a certain way the drain pipes would be set up, which I appreciated. They've got a better labor warranty than most, so they stand behind their work. Altogether, I'm happy with going with Franklin.

I had very good experience with all the staff I contacted. They were all very friendly, polite, and responsive even during this extreme hot summer. Ryan had the estimate done with my hubby when I was out of town. In order to ensure I understood the whole process and what work would be performed he came to my house 2nd time to go through the detail. Shaine and Dustin worked attentively and diligently to remove the old cooling and heating units and installed brand new system. Both Dustin and Shaine had the expertise to complete the system without any issues. I would recommend Franklin Heating and cooling for my friends.

This is a great place to buy a furnace. As well as having it serviced. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. From customer service to the service tech Tony & Dustin was awesome
