Shane Fields was the person that installed my new furnace and A/C in October 2024. His workmanship was simply amazing. Shane Fields is now doing the annual inspection and no longer the installer. Hence, I requested Shane Fields to be the one that performed the annual inspection. He spent more than two (2) hours to make sure my new furnace and A/C are still in good working condition. I am extremely happy with the work of Shane Fields as an intaller and as an annual inspector.

Andrew from Care Heating and Cooling was outstanding! He diagnosed our furnace issue in less than five minutes. The problem was a sizeable, vacated beehive in the fresh air intake. He spent the next 30-50 minutes diligently removing the entire nest and then conducted a thorough check to verify that the furnace was back to operating at peak efficiency. Incredibly fast, professional, and thorough. If you need HVAC help, Care Heating and Cooling is definitely the company to call!

After an uneasy experience with another company, I called CARE. Very happy I did.

Anthony was great. Easy going, yet professional; he answered all my questions and explained all of his work.

This other company showed me pictures of "damage" to my furnace and talked about the danger my family was in. Using scare tactics to sell me a new furnace or unnecessary repairs. Just the apex of shadiness.

Anthony actually showed me the furnace on his scope to confirm there was no damage and actually did MORE tests than the previous guy, just to confirm his work.

We had our annual furnace tune up. He called when 30 mins away. Arrived on time and completed the service promptly. The report afterwards was emailed with pictures and details. Great service.

We have used Westerville CARE for years and each time the technician arrived in the provided timeframe, wasexperienced, and accurately diagnosed and fixed the issue. We recently had an issue in our new house and were met with the same great service. Anthony (technician) was very knowledgeable, identified and fixed the problem and took the time to explain to us exactly what the issue was and what he did to address it. We will continue to call CARE for issues and yearly maintenance.
