We had our residential furnace serviced today by Tony. Everything looked great! He even checked our furnace filter, April Air humidifier filter, Reme air purifier and also checked for CO2 levels as well. He was very professional and kind. I am glad it went so well; we scheduled him to service our office furnaces as well.

Scott and Dustin did a great job. Very helpful, informative and friendly. Gary also did great in setting us up quickly for a new furnace

His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the whole process stress-free. Nate and Ish were very professional and accommodating! They completed the project quickly, enabling me to move back into my house the same day they arrived. They also gave me a knowledgeable run down of what had gone wrong with the heating unit and how the repairs would prevent trouble in the future.

Tony and Jeremy are fabulous crew. They answered every question including inspecting a patch in the AC area, that had been recently applied. No entry holes for mice were found. They arrived with pleasant hello and made sure their feet were not bringing in the leaves remaining at the entry. Excellent service as always.

We've used Franklin Heating and Cooling for many years and have always been highly satisfied. Ron just completed our fall pm and installed a new thermostat. It was no easy job to pull the necessary wire through our plaster wall! Thanks, Ron. You are great!

When my furnace broke down in the middle of the cold weather, Ryan helped me choose an excellent HVAC system and arranged a timely installation. Jeremy, Ish, Scott, and Tony did a great job installing the new furnace and AC. They are professional and courteous. I am thankful for their hard work in the cold weather!

I've had to call Franklin twice in the last month or so for a couple different furnace related issues, and they took great care of me each time. They were flexible with my hectic schedule and got my unit working again with experience.

I wanted to write this review in particular to highlight my most recent tech visit(s) from Tony Durant, who came to help sort out a buzzing noise coming from my furnace and an additional problem where my thermostat was flashing.

Tony was sent over yesterday by Franklin as sort of a "last resort" when techs that came out to fix the issue earlier in the day were unable to return due to being on another job. He was incredibly friendly and earnest. I never once felt that I was being taken advantage of or was "having the wool pulled over my eyes". He fixed the problems quickly and efficiently, all the while we had a good time chit-chatting. Fast forward to today, when the buzzing noise returned overnight. Tony was immediately back over and resolved my issue once again, but this time took additional measures to ensure we'd have a lasting fix.

Overall this was a great experience and I'd recommend Franklin--and especially Tony--to anyone for their HVAC needs.

Franklin heating and cooling did me solid. Good job. Two technicians out here. Scott and Xavier worked very hard. You sure everything was right and working right before they left from the sale to the install. Franklin has my trusts is a good reputation to do business with okay?

I had my Furance and AC unit replaced today by Franklin Heating and Cooling by Scott and Carlos they did a excellent job today. They removed the old units and did get job installing the new units. From Gary to the technicians Scott and Carlos was very professional and kept the jobsite clean from start to finish. They kept me informed of any issues and how they solved the issues. I would recommended them to anyone in the Columbus area. Great pricing and great craftsmanship.

My a/c went out on July 5th. I called my warranty company and they did nit come out till July 22nd! When they did they did not check everything. Said there was plenty of Freon and I needed to clean the unit. My sons hosed the unit down and it still wasn’t working. That is when I called Care. Real person answered the phone and was so nice. They said they would come the next day and they did! Shawn was AWESOME!! He took the unit apart found a leak fixed it add 2lbs of Freon. He check the unit inside and said it was good I called because the it was starting to freeze up. He was here for almost 2 hours where the other guy was here about 15 minutes and did not do anything like Shawn did. My unit is working beautifully now. Thank you Care and a special thank you to Shawn!

Wes came by to perform our bi-annual HVAC check today. He was a delight! Very kind, informative, and efficient. He even made friends with one of our dogs! He was well within the time window we were quoted, called when he was on his way, and was very courteous during his time here. Another positive experience with CARE!

Not only was Ciara a nice person, she did a tremendous job for my annual A/C tune-up. She was respectful and cared about doing the tune-up correctly. Super important!! I was extremely impressed on how thorough she was when cleaning my A/C condenser. She did it the right way. It seems like most techs nowadays don't care about the details of genuinely cleaning the condenser. Thank you, Ciara for being you and thank you for your excellent service!! :)

First time customer, had AC ice up right before leaving for a work trip. Called and they got an HVAC Tech out there ASAP the next day. The tech was Sean and he did an awesome job of communicating the problem and our options even though I was away. He presented multiple price points so that we could pick what worked for us, and due to that he earned our subscription and repeat business. Afterwards I got the receipt and saw they include pictures and videos of the work before and after which is awesome. CARE definitely lives up to their commercials on the FAN and I’m very happy I went with them! Thank you Sean.
