Bryan was far and away professional and very knowledgeable about what my system needed. It's been giving me a few issues and he was able to make the adjustments for more efficiency. He also suggested a new thermostat would solve a lot of the issues I was having. Sorry it's taken me a couple of weeks to write this review, but in the interim, he was certainly correct with all of his suggestions. I can't say enough! Thanks so much!

My technician Andrew came out so do my furnace maintenances and was incredibly thorough and explained
everything perfectly to me. I don't think I've received this much detail in a maintenance in my whole life. Moving forward with tropicool for all my HVAC and plumbing moving forward

Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything in layman’s terms so that I could understand everything about the furnace issue. He also provided information about furnaces to help me with comparisons.

Chad is simply the best. He is a total pro, takes on difficult jobs, and goes above and beyond to be sure the job is done right. He has been my go-to for years for HVAC & plumbing and does fantastic work every time. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Andrew came out to service our heating system and was awesome. He was neat and polite and informative and I’d recommend Tropicool to anybody. He Explained everything so well to me and my husband.

Our technician Tony was wonderful. He explained all of our options to us.He went over how to operate our new wall thermostat. I recommend Tony and also Franklin Heating and Cooling.

Tony was a great help. He is very experienced and was able to diagnose the issues with my furnace quickly. Unfortunately, for me with my furnace being nearly 30 years old, it was on its last legs. He was able to give my options and best suggestions. I would/will definitely hire their company again.
