These guys came and installed a gas valve on our 40 year old furnace. And went over and above and even put a new filter on. Very professional. Highly recommended. Best in town .

I'm the pastor of Columbus West Church of God. In my tenure here as pastor we have gone through 3 different heating companies to service our 9 furnaces. It has been our experience that ML is the best we have worked with. They are prompt in getting out and meeting our needs. The air conditioners and furnaces that we have had to replace have been less expensive than other companies. The service has been awesome and very prompt in handling some of the difficult situations of our building. I recommend them to whoever is in need of furnace or air conditioning work.

Excellent customer service. Our furnace quit working, we called them on Monday, and within three days they had our new furnace and heat pump installed. The cost was also very competative. I recommend M.L. to anyone who needs HVAC service.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I have never been so unhappy with a company in my life. My dad has owned his own business for 20 years and with the customer isn't happy, he always makes it right. With this company it is all backwards. My husband and I had them come out to our house and the technician was new and a little unsure about the decisions he was making but he left and later that night the problem was back. We called back to get some of the money back since he didn't fix the problem and we needed to go with a different company. Talked to the manager and it was the worst customer service and he ended up saying we owed him money but he was waving the charges... for what? Not fixing anything. I hope i can save someone a headache and just go with a different company.

After my experience with ML, I had to find a way to leave a public review. My mom is 78 years old living alone. She's concerned about the age of her furnace, so Hal Mullins came out to do an inspection and give an estimate for a replacement furnace. After we discussed the furnace further with my mom, she decided to wait and see if she could get another year out of her old one. On his first visit, Hal noticed a loose handrail on my mom's basement steps. He told her he would fix it. A week later, he called her to see if she was home so he could swing by and repair the handrail! She said she tried to pay him, but he refused. And she said he didn't say a word about installing a new furnace. Just simply helping her out. We are so grateful to Hal and so appreciative of his kindness. We will refer everyone we know to ML. That was way beyond expectation and evidence of true compassion and honesty.....and their quoted furnace replacement rate was half what we received from 2 other competitors! Thanks Hal!

I had a pool heat pump issue and the pool company recommended them.

Let me start with the positive. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and friendly. When they thought they knew what was wrong they said if it didn’t work they would charge me after the initial service call.

However, the tech that came out checked pressures but didn’t check anything electrical. He said it was the thermostat. I called the manager and said I’m fine with trying it as long as someone else comes out to install it so they could verify that they thought it was the thermostat. Well the original tech showed up. And it exhibited the same symptoms. Ran 45-60 minutes and then quit again.

I found a YouTube video and diagnosed it myself.

One of the best heating and cooling experiences I've had when it comes to HVAC repairs in Westerville. I needed my furnace repaired and the tech was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Even took a look at my air conditioning system that was making loud noises. Definitely will use again and highly recommend.

Scam artist company. They will take your money and not do the work. Plus they will take any equipment you purchased.

You installed a furnace that was oversized 2 yrs ago. It sounds like a freight train. Heats house too quickly and it’s a shame. Should have guided the client to the appropriate sized furnace. Your move make it right. Contact me

My experience with Daniel was the worst! First day he didn't show up at all, still needed the service fixed he showed up the next day 30 mins outside of the 2 HOUR window that he provided me with. Showed up the 3rd day after I advised him I had someone already come out and still tried to charge me. I advised him that I will pay him gas money and he tried to charge me for a service call and did not fix anything. He then stated "WE ARE NOT THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THAT HE IS WILLING TO DO BUSINESS WITH" Again we live in a world where MY PEOPLE deserve the same level of respect when it comes to our time and business. I will never recommend him or the business to any one!

Daniel and his team are top notch. They arrived on time, were complete professionals and left the home just how they found it, clean. I would recommend Heating and Cooling Drs to anyone and we will be using them for all of our needs going forward.

Installers were professional and kept house very clean with installation of power vent hot water tank. They asked questions as they did the install to ensure that my expectations were met or exceeded. I would highly recommend them for Rheem installations for sure.
