Bakyt, the company representative, is very professional. He responded promptly after our inspection with a reasonable quote for repairs. Once repairs were accepted, crew was out out within a day and repairs done. Highly recommended.

Bakyt was very thorough with his examination of my roof and was sure to explain all the issue he saw along with photos of those issues so there was no misunderstanding of what was needed. He and his coworker did an excellent installation of my gutter guard and some soffit replacement. They were conscientious workers that stayed until the job was done even though it was getting dark. They were thorough in their cleaning after they were finished. I would use MaxForce in the future and recommend them to others.

Bakyt came out to help with some problems I had with loose siding, he inspected everything first, they provided what he could do today( the wind was blowing really hard) so he could not fix the top part of my siding that was loose. He stated that when the wind was calm he would come back and fix the top part for me. I would highly recommend this company for any of your roofing or siding they are wonderful to work with and provide excellent customer service and they are honest and straight forward. Maxforce was wonderful to work with. They took care of all the insurance. Once approved by insurance they were out in 5 days to do the roof. Roof looks great. Karina went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

We had Bakyt come over to provide an assessment of repair work on our siding and quote us for these repairs. He was rude during the assessment and asked why we would buy a home with one piece of siding missing. After he left, he did not follow up for over a week and a half, leading us to move forward with another siding contractor for our repair. When we scheduled, we were advised Bakyt was a “top professional” - if this is the best of the best, I’d hate to see what types of interactions the other providers have with prospective clients.

Lifetime Quality has been so great to work with. Big shout out to Keith for his patience and guidance. He took a messy situation and truly made it painless. If it weren't for Keith I would have given up on getting a new roof. But because of his service, I will be getting a new roof installed this summer. We are just waiting on the shingles now but I wanted to make sure and leave a positive review. If my new roof is half as good as the service I received, then I am sure I will love it.

I have to commend Keith Oliver. Lifetime has been working through details with my insurance carrier . Insurance carrier seemed to find every reason to decline my claim. Keith has been patient and has explained the process many insurance carriers go through when a customer has an insurance claim. Of comparing the shingles my carrier suggested as a replacement to my current shingles with a clear and detailed explanation as to why their recommendation did not match , ultimately resulting in the carrier approving my full claim.
