Jacob Beck was incredibly helpful in helping me get a new roof on my house. I knew my roof was old, but when a storm came through and ripped off a large amount of shingles, I knew I needed to get someone knowledgeable. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and professional about the entire process from start to finish. He helped guide me through the process and answered all of my questions. He even helped work with my insurance company to get them to help cover a part of the installation. When if came time to choose what roof options were right for me, I was not pushed to purchase options I didn't need. Instead I was guided in the direction that felt best suited my needs (i.e.; Duration shingles by Owens Corning, Rhino Roof Underlayment, and Ridge Vent). The quality of materials used for the installation were of premium quality. Everything was made by Owens Corning except for the drip edges and new vent covers (see pictures of materials)I highly recommend Lifetime Quality Roofing for your roofing needs and if you get Jacob Beck, know that you are in good hands!

Our family had a fantastic experience working with Lifetime. I highly recommend working with Keith Oliver if you decide to get your roof inspected for damage. Keith is a hard worker and ensured we were informed during each step of the process. He was always available, supported, and advocated for us. I also want to make mention of Madison Reed in billing. She was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond for our family to ensure a quality experience.

I love my new roof. The process with Lifetime Quality Roofing was great, especially the Inspector Rep., Ivana Mitchell, who was a joy to work with. She explained everything thoroughly and walked us through the whole process, including assisting us on the phone with the insurance company. She also guided us through each step of the way, including post-installation. She responded quickly each time I contacted her. Installation was faster than expected; they finished the teardown and installed within the same day. The crew acted professionally and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. I highly recommend Lifetime Quality Roofing if we ever need a new roof again.

Matt Adkins and his team did an excellent job taking care of us. They met with our insurance adjuster on-site and conducted the inspection together. They kept their word and successfully got the cost of the roof covered by our insurance, aside from our deductible and the upgrades we requested. Rapheal, our on-site manager on the replacement day, kept us updated on any additional issues they discovered. Throughout the process, they kept us informed, providing pictures of the damage found during the initial inspection and any new issues uncovered during the replacement. They are truly a trustworthy company that gets the job done right. I've already recommended them to neighbors and friends for when they experience roof damage.

Worked with lifetime to have my gutters facia and soffit remodeled. Keith oliver came to my home, inspected to ensure this was nessecarry, and wrote up a quote same day to get me restored. I worked with Jason to navigate my conversations with scheduling and who to expect. Finally worked with Madison Reed who walked me step by step through my balance due and helped me pay in full. I had my roof inspected by Lifetime Quality Roofing. Jamie Green was the associate who performed the inspection. Jamie was knowledgeable and informative. My roof wasn't ready for repairs yet, but Jamie gave me all the info I would need to file again in the future. I will definitely go to Lifetime to get mybroof replaced or repaired.

I recently completed a comprehensive roofing and solar project with Lifetime Quality Roofing Columbus, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and quality of work delivered by their entire team.
Keith Oliver deserves special recognition for his exceptional project management and communication throughout the entire process. Keith consistently did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. His clear, proactive communication kept us informed at every step, which made the entire experience stress-free and professional.
Paulina Castillo went above and beyond on our solar project, which underwent multiple scope changes during the planning phase. Despite these challenges, Paulina remained patient, flexible, and committed to delivering exactly what we ordered. Her dedication and problem-solving skills ensured the project was completed to our complete satisfaction.
The Greenrack Solar team performed an amazing job with our solar panel installation. Their technical expertise and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the work, and the final installation exceeded our expectations.
I also want to highlight the two crew members who spent two full days working to address our siding issues. They demonstrated excellent craftsmanship and work ethic, ensuring every detail was properly completed before moving on.
Finally, the landscaping specialist who worked independently for two days deserves recognition for his meticulous attention to detail. If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with this company has been unprofessional, misleading, and extremely frustrating from start to finish.

We initially contacted them for a roof replacement and were promised clear timelines and responsive communication. Instead, we received conflicting information, shifting promises, and constant delays. We were told multiple times that our roof would be installed within 10 days of signing, that paying the deposit would “trigger production immediately,” and that we were “100% on the schedule radar” and “next in line.” None of this turned out to be true. We paid our deposit on 10/20, and by 11/7 we still didn’t have a confirmed install date — even after repeatedly being told scheduling would call “Monday for next week,” which never happened. We finally got a new roof 25 days after paying a deposit and only because of pressure to the CEO of this company.

Pricing was also inconsistent and unprofessional. The sales rep we dealt with gave us a quote of $10,500 without actually measuring the roof. I pressured him and he finally came out to measure and the quote magically increased to $14,000. We had him match another quote or $12,500. When we asked directly if our roof would be completed by November, we were told yes. That turned out to be yet another false statement.

Once the roof was finally installed, the issues didn’t stop. This company over-ordered nearly a full pallet of roofing materials, which were left sitting in our driveway. We were told the materials would be picked up “the next day.” It has now been five days since the job was completed, and the materials are still sitting here with no one able to pick them up. We close on this house to new buyers Friday and this junk is still in our driveway. No one has answered our question if our $12,500 pricing includes the cost of over ordering almost full pallet of material within that quoted pricing.

To make matters worse, debris and discarded roofing materials were left scattered all over our yard. Pieces of trash were blowing around the property for days, and we had to clean up more than what was reasonable after a paid professional job. It was sloppy, careless, and shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ homes.

Overall, this company demonstrated poor communication, broken commitments, shifting prices, and a lack of accountability at every step. From the misleading scheduling promises to the abandoned materials still sitting at our house, this entire experience has been a headache. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. No homeowner should have to chase down basic information, clean up someone else’s mess, or beg for material removal after paying thousands of dollars for a service.

In March 2025, we hired Lifetime Quality Roofing to replace the roof. In May 2025, we received a paid in full confirmation from their office. In February 2026, nine months after the paid in full notification, we started receiving collection emails for $700. No explanation of the charges were initially provided. Almost daily, we were receiving automated and ‘personalized’ collection emails from Lifetime Quality Roofing.
For being in an industry that is relies heavily on word of mouth, referrals and Google reviews they have an interesting business model. I hope your experience is better than ours.

Lifetime Quality Roofing replaced our roof in November of last year. We are very satisfied with the quality and professionalism. Trevon Barton came to inspect our roof for hail damage. Trevon found damage and filed a claim with the insurance company. Trevon kept us informed through out the whole process. The crew that came to install our roof made sure it was installed and clean up done in one day. The new roof looks great! We highly recommend Trevon and Lifetime to anyone who needs a new roof.
