I had my roof inspected after a storm by Keith Oliver. He was efficient, honest, and knowledgeable. Although our roof did not need replaced at the time, I would highly recommend this company and this inspector! Be sure to ask for Keith Oliver if you are thinking of having your roof replaced!

Becky Hadaway was great in explaining the upgrades and costs in selecting the materials. The installation crew was quick and efficient did great job of cleanup. Lifetime Quality Roofing replaced our roof this fall after a rough storm damage our roof in the spring. The process was pretty easy as they handled everything with the insurance portion of it. We were very fortunate to get a sales rep, Jaime, who knew how to communicate and help us. My wife and I are very ecstatic on how our roof turned out. Very fortunate on finding such a gem of a company.

Shout out to Keith @Lifetime Quality Roofing for making several trips to visit our home, getting us qualified for roof damage with our insurance company, and just being an all-round good guy. We appreciate the effort, Keith! Guys like you give your company a great reputation!

They preformed an inspection 7-10-25 and was insurance approved that day. The only thing they did was removed an old shingle from my house to checked for replacement and was told they were not made anymore so the whole roof would be covered in replacement. They were paid in FULL about 15k and as of 10-21-25 I have no roof work completed, no material ordered and have not been placed on the schedule.
So when I called to cancel the job and said I’m not happy with the customer service or lack of any communication they told me they get back to me.
A couple days later I still haven’t heard from them so I had to call again and later that day the account manger called and said they will refund me $9,500 from the 15,000 I paid because they need to be paid for the work they did, and there is a 35% fee to cancel. After I said, that’s crazy to pay that much to cancel we went back and forth and the customer service lady said she would email the agreement. Two days later I got an email with their policy stating a35% charge. I never seen that, nor had a copy or a confirmation email. I was told I electronically signed, even though I never saw that before. Then I was blown off by that manager for days, my calls went directly to voicemail and no matter how many I left no reply. I called the office and a few different numbers I found and was told someone will get back to me, never did.
Finally I had my wife call from a different number and ask for her and lo and behold she was available.

So in short, I paid $5,150.00 for them to remove a shingle from my house.
Completely unacceptable but they had all my money and I still need my roof replaced before the weather gets to bad.
They should be ashamed of taking a “customers” money without ANY satisfaction or reason for that amount to cancel.

Keith Oliver takes care of everything and is super helpful. He makes the process easy and always offers help when needed.

Lifetime Quality has a great crew - call Keith and he’ll take care of getting the crew out to do what you need.

This company is very service oriented and goes above and beyond.

We had storm damage to the roof - Ben came out to inspect and worked with insurance company to get us a new roof. It was seamless from start to finish! Ben has been a pleasure to work with and has been very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. Mark, the paperwork guy, did a great job of explaining our options w/out making us feel pressured in anyway. And, the install guys were awesome about everything...including doing an amazing clean up job. We have been nothing short of impressed w/the entire Lifetime Quality Roofing crew. And our new roof looks amazing! We've already recommended them to family and friends in the market for a new roof.

Great service and professional support from Keith, he made sure that all our concerns are addressed, worked with us really hard and I’m happy with a job well done.
Will def use them again in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

I don't usually write reviews unless something stands out to me during the process (good or bad). I am in the construction field, so it can be hard to impress me due to the fact that I work around construction crews all day.

However, I must compliment lifetime quality roofing company! from the very first time I spoke to Coty, to the time the crew pulled away, nothing but professionalism along the way.

It started with Coty Wilson helping me navigate my claim with the insurance company. Even going so far as to get on a phone call with my insurance company and talk to them. The crew came out, had my entire roof tore off, and put back on by 5pm that night.

I expected to have a few nails, and a piece of trash or two left behind. After all, it was windy the day they installed the roof. When they left, I walked outside and couldn't even find a little piece of trash or a single nail anywhere. They even tarped the trash dumpster, swept my porch and deck, and took a big magnet around my yard. Anyone who takes that much pride in their work area is installing your roof right. You don't take that much pride in cleanup without having the same pride in your work.

For the sake of the integrity of this review, I was disappointed in the offices communication. The sales department, and the installation crew are 5 stars! However, the middle of the team (scheduling and management) needs some work. Their communication and follow-up skills are awful.

Don't let that stop you from having them do your roof! The end result will be worth it. I believe they were going through some internal changes and I fell through the cracks on a follow-up.

My recommendation would be to keep in communication with your sales team.

Thanks Coty and install crew! My roof is finally stopped leaking and I can rest easy going into the winter months.

We recently got a roof with Lifetime Quality and our Inspector Aidan Ammons was amazing to work with. He handled everything for us from start to finish! Extremely efficient and professional and we have been very pleased with the whole experience. My husband Rob and I highly recommend that if you think you have storm damage to reach out to them. Great company to replace your roof! Justin came to the door and took the time to point out defects in my old roof that I had never even noticed were there. He arranged the time to come out and physically get on the roof to examine further defects and was able to get the roof job replaced by insurance for only the cost of our deductible! Work was completed on time and only took one day. Crew took the time to place tarps prior to doing the work in order to protect plants and following the work being completed, they went around with a magnetic broom to collect any fallen nails. A couple months following the replacement and we're still happy!

Jamie Green of Lifetime Quality roofing was great to work with over my inspection, claim, and roof installation. Him and the lifetime team helped cite the law and work with my insurance to get my wind damaged roof claim covered 100% besides my deductible. I would definitely use them again or recommend them for anyone unsure if their damage is worth filing a claim. Their inspection was free and they came out the day of my insurance inspection to meet the inspector and ensure he saw the problems and noted them in his report.

Cecilia was amazing to work with! She helped me get a full roof replacement through my insurance company and made the entire process completely stress-free. She was very honest, professional, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend working with her if you want someone who truly has your best interests in mind.

Our experience with the Columbus branch of Lifetime Roofing was exceptional. The team was knowledgeable and professional and best of all didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I assumed any kind of inspection would recommend so expense, however they let us know our roof was in great shape and provided their contact information should we need them in the future. I will definitely give them a call.

I can not say enough about my experience so far. Keith Oliver helped us through understanding the process , what to expect, and continues to answer any questions we have. Great service . 10 out of 10 from us. I will post a pic once it's all finished.
