Reviews of local pros in Westerville, Ohio

James did a great job replacing our back door. He was prompt, friendly, cleaned up after himself and did quality work. Would definitely hire again for other projects.

James has done several jobs for us recently and each one was done with meticulous care and attention to detail. He was on time, did exactly what he said he would do, and did quality work. He renovated a bathroom which turned into a bigger job than we expected but still finished on time. He also installed new sliding glass doors and went above and beyond to make sure it looked good. Beyond his skill as a craftsman, we most appreciated his can-do, positive attitude—made for a great experience. We 100% recommend!

Great service and fantastic work! They repaired and whitewashed our chimney, and after dealing with seven different companies for this project, it was such a relief to finally work with a team that got it right. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful company! They do a bit of everything, and they do it well and at a reasonable cost. They arrived on time and got straight to work. James left our laundry room way cleaner than he found it! We trust them in our home and plan to hire them again for our next project, replacement, or repair.

We had an issue (more than one actually) getting our flat screen to talk to our controller. James had the tools and the talent. Good, fast, fair. I'd call him again

We were very happy with James work. Our mirrors were hung in a difficult place and look great. He was dependably on time, and did everything in a clean fashion. We are already thinking of more projects that need done in our home!

I cannot say enough good words about James and his craftsmanship. He is not only a great person, his work is truly spectacular. We are so lucky to have found him and I would recommend him for all of your household needs from hanging TVs over a fireplace to fixing woodwork.

The Faithful Craftsman James Finnerty did an outstanding job at our house today. He basically put everything back in order after another company had done extensive sewer pipe work. James replaced floor boards and base boards, cut an access hole in the floor, put our washer and dryer back in their original positions, reconnected them, and cleaned up every bit of debris following the job—all that in a fairly confined space. In addition, he solved a problem we were having with our garage door. And the price he charged was very reasonable. Besides his expertise and professionalism, James has a very pleasant personality, and he thus put us at ease. We highly recommend him!

James did an excellent job! He cleaned up everything. He installed interior doors. Cleaned out our gutter and installed two hallway lights and put up a handrail. His prices are reasonable! We would definitely call him again!

Happy wife. Happy life.
Our late 1970s home had 3 original bathrooms. Not anymore. The Faithful Craftsman (James) did a fantastic job ripping out the old and installing the new.
New everything, tubs/showers, toilets, vanities, exhaust fans/lights, flooring, painting.
James impressed me/us with his work ethic, expertise, experience, organization and respect for our home.
Our new bathrooms are great. (Happy wife)
I highly recommend The Faithful Craftsman for any home improvement/renovation/repair project.
Thank you James!

Will definitely use them again if needed. Casey got the job done quickly. Good price. Very nice people 😊

These two are lifesavers.

Awesome honest fair priced company!!

HORRIBLE. If you want to throw money away, just roll down the window and toss your cash out.

They wouldn't fix my vacuum cleaner :( they only care about drains!!

They seem to ignore you, I have called them 3 times and left messages. They have never called back. Very poor response.

Recommended by another company. Great experience! Fast, friendly service. Very responsive & timely.

Excellent customer service! Had tree roots clogging drain and they worked hard to get the drain cleared at a reasonable price!! Would highly recommend!!
