Had our drains fixed this morning by Only Drains. They called us ahead of time, arrived exactly when they said they would. Our technician was super friendly, polite, neat, and had our drains unclogged in less than 20 minutes. Recommended!

We had two severely clogged drains, one in kitchen sink, the other in main bathroom last night. No water could be used as there were no working drains. This father/son team contacted us first thing and even moved their schedule up to help us out. They were polite and respectful in addition to quickly attacking the issue and freeing up our drains relatively quickly. Definitely a job for a professional and they are!!

I don't know if it is a clever play on "only fans" or not. I sat in my truck at the Shell station for 10 minutes cracking up. If it is, you should really implement that into your signage on your trucks.

Wow! What nice people to work with in-person and on the phone. I discovered Only Drains via a Facebook recommendation and so happy I called. Our kitchen sink was running slow and water filled up whenever I ran the dishwasher. Within an hour of calling Casey was at our door. He took care of our problem, answered questions, and took the time to point out that we had a leak in our kitchen sprayer hose and helped to remedy the situation until we can get it replaced. Will use them again! Thanks!

I have to tell you that this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a plumber. I know that they're actually not a plumber but a drain cleaner but they did amazing job and I cannot recommend any other company higher than what I can with these guys.

I spoke to the dad in the business and he was pleasant to speak to. Due to an unusual personal situation, I had a couple special requests regarding procedure and he said his son would honor them.
I got a phone call letting me know when the son was on his way which was in the early part of the timeframe they'd given me (which freed up a nice bit of my day), was pleasant and happy to honor my requests, and very quickly took care of a clog that hadn't budged in two days!

We had a backed up floor drain the basement, which of course happened in the evening -- luckily the drain was running just enough that we could get by overnight. We left a message at Only Drains and got a call back from Casey first thing in the morning. Amazingly, he said they could squeeze us in that afternoon -- hooray! When he showed up and got to work, I was really impressed: it was clear that his goal was not just to do the minimum and get out of there, but he wanted to make sure that the drain was fully cleared and would be trouble free for a good while. Thanks to Casey for the quick response and a great job!

Good experience, can't complain. We called and left a message to request service. Casey called back the next day and got scheduled for the day after (this was a non-emergency). We had to have our main basement drain unclogged which drains out to the city sewer. He was very friendly, explained everything and worked fast. Drain flows better than ever.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Our go-to plumbing company, who doesn’t do drain-clearing, recommended this company. Casey of Only Drains returned my call regarding a clogged kitchen drain within five minutes, scheduled me for that afternoon, and had my drain cleared within a half hour. I appreciate the upfront, out-the/door pricing for service. Casey had to motorized snake our drain line at least 25 feet and used an additional accessory to blast water through the line for additional cleaning. Casey was a pleasure with which to do business. Worth every penny. I highly recommend this business.
