'Dave' at A Friend plumbing put a hole in a pipe when he was supposed to be installing a toilet. He refuses to make it right. DO NOT USE!

A. Friend Plumbing repaired my leaking faucet in one upstairs bathroom shower and a whining shower faucet that needed to have the cartridge replaced in our guest bathroom. Easy to make an appt., arrived on time, efficiently and expertly repaired both faucets in a timely manner. This is my second time using this plumber. Very happy both times. They replaced my water heater in 2017.

David came out to help me out when a house project went wrong. He ended up fixing my issue and helping me finish my water line project since there wasn't much left to it. I asked many questions while he was helping me out and graciously answer all of then. I would highly recommend.

David has helped us out on three occasions, fixing washer and bathroom pipes, as well as providing consulting. Each time I was impressed by his professionalism and how he communicated my options clearly. Highly recommended.

Will not use this guy again. I used him about six months ago to replace a leaking shower head cartridge. He had to come back the next day because he installed a faulty part. I used him this time, because everyone deserves a second chance, to replace the gaskets in two commodes. He broke the shut off valve on one of the commodes. He showed it to me and said that I needed to pay him $75 to replace it.. when I said oh, you are going to charge me to replace something you broke, he replied well, it was corroded. I looked right at him and said it's plastic, plastic doesn't corrode. He said, well it was old and brittle. What choice did I have?

Dave was great to work with. He was always on time and was very knowledgeable on tankless water heaters. His proposal was vey competitive and the install was neat and on time. I would highly recommend A Friend for any of your plumbing needs.

Dave was wonderful. Very knowledgeable. Explained what needed to be done to fix the toilet. Why this happened. How much it was going to cost. If you live in Westerville need a plumber call A.Friend first. I’ve used several plumbers over the years and they are fantastic.

Our garbage disposal was leaking water everywhere. Dave came out the same day that I called. He notified us 10 minutes before he arrived, was on time, and quickly replaced the fixture. He was kind and easy to work with. I would highly recommend A. Friend Plumbing to anyone looking for a skilled and professional plumber!

I tried to give a review on Angi but by the time I was done, set up a password and gave information to spam me, I quit. Dave does an excellent job, is reasonably priced, but, he also gives a time when he will be there, not a two hour window. For a businessman, that is worth a lot, and I appreciate it. He also tells you if there are things he could do but you can do yourself without difficulty. Best I have ever encountered in Westerville, and I recommend him highly.
