Extensive selection and a knowledgeable staff. Delivery is available starting at $35. Lots of grass seed, pest control products, and soil/mulch options inside the store. They have lots of hard to find varieties. Staff is approachable without hovering around you. They will help you get your supplies into your car. The parking lot is small and really hard to turn left out of which is the only bothersome thing about visiting. I will happily be back many times.

Nice selection, but beware! They only guarantee trees for 6 months. I bought mine in the fall and did not realize it was more than half dead until it sprouted leaves in the spring. At that time it was over 6 months and they just blamed me rather than being helpful and would not replace it. Very uncomfortable experience and I won't shop there again.

Came if a Christmas tree with the family. We were helped immediately and had any and all questions answered. Our tree was wrapped and attached to our roof very quickly. We were able to get a family photo on a neat little sleigh as well! It was a great experience!

The best place that I have been to for trees, especially rare and specimen trees. Very cool place and the staff is great. Prices may be a little higher than other garden centers but its a small family owned place. If you're looking for a tree you need to stop there, they have them all and lots to choose from. Shrub selection is small IMHO, I go elsewhere for those. When your there it feels like your in the woods due to the dense amount of trees.

Best selection of outdoor bushes and flowers anywhere. Most definitely the Top of the line . I would only chose this definitely 10 plus stars. Everyone is super nice and very helpful. THANK you for serving me. Your all AWESOME

The staff at Cahoon Nursery are extremely knowledgeable on the trees and other plants that they sell. If you are looking for quality trees and plants this is your place to go. We have purchased many things from Cahoon and they all have done very well in our yard. Unsure of what type of tree to purchase? The staff can answer many of the questions you may have. Highly recommend!

The nursery is beautiful and the plants are great. My only issue is that one tree out of the 12 trees/bushes I purchased last year isn’t growing well and I wanted to get it replaced under their warranty. I sent pictures, contacted the nursery and was told they would get me a new tree for 1/2 off as stated in the warranty. However, I never got the replacement tree even after multiple follow-ups.

It requires too much work on my end to try to get them to do what their warranty guaranteed. It’s easier to just pay full price somewhere else and avoid the run around. All that being said, I may still buy from Cahoon’s in the future because the plants are just that good.

They followed up got my tree replacement for a great cost! Fully satisfied customer now.

Huge selection of trees but that’s not the reason for 5 stars. I went in there to just look maybe for 10 to 15 minutes or so. The gentleman walks up and asked me if I needed any help or had any questions and I asked him a question and I also told him I was not in the market to purchase until spring of next year. This man proceeded to explain every single tree that I had an interest in, what type of flower and leaf color it would have throughout the seasons, and told me more information than I could possibly have thought of myself. This is the type of service all companies should provide and many don’t. I will definitely be buying my trees from this company based solely on their service and the quality of their trees.

It was a real nice, friendly place. Good quality plants, large selection of trees and shrubs,you won't find in most retails. Much bigger than it looks when driving pass. Definitely plan on going back an making furniture purchase.

Absolutely great place to buy shrubs, trees and plants. The service is exceptional and the staff is very knowledgeable. We even get our Christmas trees here--their delivery and setup is great. We belong to several garden groups with members from all over northeast Ohio who shop here.

Very friendly and helpful people, with a solid knowledge of their inventory. Wide assortment of options from delayed purchase up to delivery and full installation. Very good assortment of trees, shrubs and perennials and later on annuals and vegetables. A little gem in Westlake Ohio.

Great selection of spruce trees, and 100's of other trees and shrubs. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Found the tree I wanted and set up delivery just like that, it very easy.

Very helpful staff....helped us come up with landscape design by showing them pictures of our yard. Best selection of any nursery in area. They even loaded up our purchase carefully by laying out plastic sheeting to protect our SUV!

Waited 30 min for a tree to get cut. Asked two different workers for help. No urgency to help. Helped 4 different families that came in after us. Their loss. Was going to buy a $400 tree from them. Will take our business elsewhere.

I showed up a day early not expecting to and just by chance stopped by to see if they would accept me and they did!!!!
They have a 2 forklift system and took the trees out of a fully loaded 53 foot trailer.
These guys are awesome and much respect to these hard workers!
When you show up you your truck should be facing west and you'll be next to the sidewalk where they will cone you off as your partly in the street.

My wife and I love to stop in here to look for plants to add to our yard. We had great luck with a few trees from their "orphan" plant sale (30-75% off!). They also have a great seasonal selection of native plants that are great for the local pollinators.

They checked me out the cashier left all my items on the table. The table was completely full of plants and she started ringing up the next person putting her stuff on top of my stuff I thought that was ridiculous and according to the manager that’s fine with them. I’ve been shopping there for 30 years that was the last time

Thus place is very helpful and knowledgeable about flowers and soil. The prices are reasonable. On several items they have quality discounts beginning at 5 units. They load soil and mulch for you all the time. One doesn't need to ask.

Gale's has a very friendly and helpful staff. They have such a great selection, even if I'm looking for specialty gardening supplies (bonsai, orchids) and backyard birding. We have many trees and bushes in our yard from Gale's, which were easy to establish since the stock was high quality.
