So knowledgeable and helpful! Loved our experience and feel well prepared to make these trees work. If you need plants, trees, etc stop on by!

Promptly helpful with identifying location of specific plants at the store and with the needs of the specific ones
Check-out was socially distant appropriate 👍
Selection was good quality and bountiful; and some were Ohio native 😊
Prices were competitive -
First time visiting. Very nice selection of nursery products. Staff very friendly and informative. I will definitely return when I have more time to shop.

The people are so nice there, I was looking for specific plants for my yard, they walked me around and pointed out certain types that would be for my rough terrain, they were full of knowledge and appreciated my business, this is now one of my favorite places to visit. I could spend hours there, Thanks to the staff for being so awesome!

I love this nursery. Its small, but beautiful. Tons of hosta varieties, trees and perennials. When asking a question, the staff will not talk to you as if your an idiot. Like at Petitis. I drive 24 miles to visit this nursery over ones closer.
I highly recommended the plants here as well. Whenever I'd buy plants from Petitis. In the past, they'd always die, but anything I've purchased from Cahoon's Nursery always flourished. -
If you're looking for trees and shrubs, this is the place to go. They have Petitti's beat on every level. They have an insane variety and are a very knowledgeable and well organized outfit. I just had to share this great find!

The best nursery in town for trees (both deciduous and evergreen), unusual plant specimens, and Hosta. Their garden statuary and decor is also unique and one-of-a-kind. Knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices.

I have been a long time patron of this garden nursery until today. I was there this morning to shop and after taking my purchases to my car I saw a black mercedes car parked next to me with two dogs inside. The one window was cracked slightly but the car was black and it was already 84 degrees outside with tremendous humidity. I became very concerned about the dogs just as I would have been if it had been a child or an elderly person inside the car. I rushed back to the office to alert the staff to see if they could find out who owned the car and get them to act before the dogs were in further jeopardy. They did nothing--the nursery owner said he was not responsible and could not help and actually made jokes about the situation. I was appalled and shocked that no one would do anything. I walked around the nursery and asked people if that was their car-finally I found the owner who was standing around talking on her cell phone. I told her to get her dogs to safety or they would die or have serious damage-she dismissed me and proceeded to shop. I stood next to her car for another 10 minutes when finally she returned and opened her car-both of her dogs were now listless. She drove away. I was so close to calling the police or smashing in the window to get the dogs out. But the other real issue is that the owner did not care and did nothing.

Very disappointed in this nursery!!!!
Seedless cucumbers turned out to be reg cucumbers... Jalapeno pepper plants turned out to be green bell peppers...
Prices very high this year....
Will Never go back...
Plenty of GOOD nurseries in the area..
Pinehaven on Detroit rd is WAY better....

Found out why everyone says if you need bushes and trees go to Cahoons, because they are the best pace to go to for quality and guidance . Bought two pines and had them plant them for us . Great install!!!! every one is knowledgeable

Solid, quality products and a knowledgeable crew. I've bought everything from perennials and shrubs to unique specimens. Great local business to support.

I can't say enough good things about Cahoon Nursery. The selection is amazing and the plants are healthy. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Aesthetically, it feels like a little piece of heaven.
-
Excellent neighborhood nursery, friendly, helpful staff. Good selection of plants and vegetables. Some odd things such as patio fruit trees. Fun selection of patio and garden decor. Wind art/pinwheels are interesting too.

So many plants. So little space!
A great urban nursery with a wonderful selection of trees, shrubs, and perennials but crammed into a small space at the corner of Detroit and Cahoon in Westlake. Great friendly knowledgeable staff, but very limited parking, or else I'd have given five stars. -
Such a wonderful local nursery. Everyone we encountered was so helpful with all of our questions and so friendly. Great selection and reasonable prices. If I could give more stars I would!

This was our first visit to their shop. They have a great selection of greenery for holiday decorating. I also saw they have gravel which will be handy next spring. We love to support local businesses and shopping where the owners and workers are friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

So many varieties of trees to pick from even compared to pettitis. Great prices than a lot of other nurseries, too. You can find discounts on trees or shrubs that weren't sold from the prior year, nothing wrong with them just haven't sold.

Every year I purchase a fresh holiday cross wreath for my door and its always beautiful! Everyone on the staff is very friendly and they go the extra mile to make you feel like a valued customer. They are always my first recommendation.

Nice little nursery. Great place if you are looking for shrubs. Knowledgeable staff. A little pricey

Very knowledgeable staff and the nursery has a very good inventory to choose from . I needed to have a dead blue spruce tree replaced and they had the exact height and size I needed. They delivered, removed the dead tree and replaced it with the new one. They made it very simple!

We bought a beautiful tree from Cahoon which sadly didn't survive. We put it in water right away, and have had real trees for 20 years and never had one die on us. The tree never took water in spite of a fresh cut. When we called to ask if they do anything about this, they simply blamed us and said getting the tree in water in an hour was to long. (that simply isn't true) I didn't expect a full refund but I didn't expect to be treated as though it was purely my fault. I still like the people there and they have nice trees, but after this won't be doing business there again.
