This was my first cleaning with The Cleaning Authority and I was very satisfied. Crystal was the team lead and explained the process very well. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help. As this was the first cleaning they brought in a supervisor at the end to inspect and make sure I was happy.

My stovetop has never looked so clean, and the bathrooms are spotless.

Agency recommended to me as I needed help keeping up house with ill husband and I work two jobs. Initial quote/review of services offered etc was exceptional. They stress if any issues w clean they'd prefer you reach out to them directly versus negative review. First clean was awesome w exception to two broken ceiling fan blades of which I overlooked due to the age of fan. As time went on there was always something not done from the scheduled to dos. When I called concerning that I was told they'd be more attentive next time. Last clean was not at all what it should have been. Arrived home and had to complete their list by emptying garbage, wiping coffee circle off kitchen counter, wiping doors, washing bathroom floor, wiping off dining room table, etc. Called corporate who said typically when this happens they will send people out to do another clean at no charge. Heard from office who asked if I'd already completed the areas that needed done of which I had, they offered 50 percent off next clean noting one of the girls was new and they weren't trying to make an excuse. The cleaning is a surface clean only versus deep clean which I was more than happy with as I just needed help. Considering something always missed and the last clean done, I requested reimbursement and to be removed from future cleans. They complied. I would not recommend the company. Too much missed and not done. Will hire another agency.

My cleaners are efficient and friendly and totally responsive to the varying needs in my house. Highly recommend. I also love the natural products used but do miss the smell from the pinesol and fabuloso. 🤫

This place is terrible. The communication from management is extremely lacking. There seems to be no accountability taken. The teams vary greatly in their cleaning quality. Sometimes work is terrific and other times it is awful. There is no consistency. Their only objective is making money, not ensuring that the job is done to the best standard possible. Some teams appear much more detail oriented while others rush through, missing things throughout the home. I am very dissatisfied with this company and will not be returning. Have included a few pictures of areas not being completed properly.
