I called two weeks before I needed them to confirm staffing and services that I wanted done. I then called two days prior to confirm again. They didn't show on time, they didn't have the crew that was promised and they didn't perform as requested. The cleaner told me they had finished the basement and upon inspection, there was visible trash on the floor. The did the absolute basic of jobs and didn't do it well. The crew complained the entire time I was there and was banging their equipment because they thought they would have to stay longer than they wanted to stay. Very unprofessional! Very disappointing!

They are prompt, courteous and thorough. I have been and am very happy with the results of my clean. The company is easy to work with if I need to add or subtract any rooms to be cleaned or adjust my schedule.

A 3-woman team arrived with supplies in hand, assessed the tasks that needed to be done and went about their cleaning. They did a thorough job, dusting, mopping floors, organizing clutter, vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen (including the inside of the microwave). They were done in a few hours. They were pleasant, but professional, and I was very pleased with their services.

We had our first visit last week and I’m optimistic that TCA was a good choice. We’ve had several cleaners over the last 25 years. Some were independent, others friends, and a couple agencies. One thing that stands out is the knowledgeable and professional approach taken by both cleaners and supervisors. It seems that customer service is important to everyone in the organization. Second, I like the added information and payment capabilities of the app, though I really don’t appreciate every vendor now requesting rather than earning a tip. Although TCA is diligent about letting a resident know when the crew will arrive, this doesn’t ensure a timely arrival. This was a first (deep clean) visit, but the crew was 2 hours late and took longer than expected. We like to stay out of the house while it is being cleaned and we were literally driving around the neighborhood at 6pm waiting for them to finish. Nevertheless, TCA did thorough work and I was pleased. I hope we’ll be able to coordinate our time more precisely in the future, and we’ll see if the quality drifts over time, but for now I’m very pleased and optimistic about this service.

This survey is VERY CONFUSING. all I will say is the team I had today: autumn and Aubrey were top notch. Would love them to come back here!

The first 2 cleanings were good, the others not so much. They left crumbs on the floor, inside the kitchen sink. Bathtub wasn’t completely clean, there were some hair on the floor. After they left I had to finish cleaning up and I tried to contact the supervisor twice to talk about it so they could improve next time but she never returned my calls so I just decided to cancel.

Very satisfied. Everything clean and back in place.

Very disappointed with communication and personnel. They Canceled on us today and can’t reschedule us until my next cleaning in 2 weeks. Tried to charge us because cleaners did not know what rooms to clean and they cleaned the wrong rooms. Keep sending different cleaners that are not familiar with my home. Scratched stainless steel stove and too aggressive cleaning blinds. I am afraid they are going to break them. I have canceled service. Did not tell us we owed money for their mistake back in December but now charging me when I canceled service. I do not recommend this company. Poor communication and too much aggravation for the money!!

The Cleaning Authority came highly recommended from other folks in our neighborhood and they have certainly lived up to the hype! They've always been on time, very polite and professional, and their attention to the cleaning details is top notch. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning team!!

I was not planning to leave a Google review, but I unfortunately had a terrible experience with this company and I have a responsibility towards others to make sure they think twice before hiring them.

I had 3 cleaners come to my home and after spending over 2 hours at the house, I realized they hadn't touched most of the rooms on the 1st floor. I had to walk around with them and show them all the areas they had missed and watch them clean the house the 2nd time around. The manager kept explaining that 2 of the cleaners were new hires, but you don't send new cleaners who you don't trust to a new client's house only to leave them with a terrible first impression. I cancelled all my appointments with them shortly after.

After they left, I noticed they hadn't touched any of the fans in my home. I called them back asking them to come back and clean them or give me a refund. The manager, who had a bad attitude this time around, told me how they don't have time to put towels down on my bed, clean the fan, and move the towels to another room and repeat the process. I would expect professional cleaners to know the basics of cleaning fans but this was not the case with this company. She offered me a $10 refund instead which is shocking after I spent over $250 on the entire cleaning that left me utterly disappointed.

Very sad and disappointing experience and I regret spending any of my money on this company!

The cleaning authority crew sent to my house today did such an incredible job of cleaning our house. We would love to have the same cleaning crew in the future. Thanks for all the hard work.

We have been very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone! They are very reliable and very thorough. We especially like it when Jess and Crystal do our house. They leave these awesome personal touches around the house, and they are so friendly.
Recently Jess and Crystal made their way to our house in a snowstorm! What great dedication- we are very grateful to have found this company.
Today (5/25) the house was thoroughly cleaned - so nice to come home to!
