I have used a few different cleaning services before in the past. Nothing has compared to Tima's Cleaning Service. As soon as I walked in the door, I could smell how clean the house was. I was absolutely blown away at the quality of the cleaning. My mom (who is the pickiest person on earth) even made a comment of the mirrors in the bathroom not having a single streak. The two girls that were sent were very polite and Tima herself was very sweet. I am highly impressed and will definitely be using again!

I first started using Tima's about a year ago for my Dad's apartment. He had been in a car accident and needed help cleaning because he wasn't able to do it himself. He always said the cleaners did a wonderful job and they were super friendly. I recently moved to the area and needed to find a cleaning company to help me clean my new home. I hired Tima's to do a deep clean since we just moved into a new house and they did an absolutely amazing job! The place was spotless! I asked them to clean baseboards and windows and although it took a long time, they didn't miss a thing! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!

I hired Tima's to clean my 1 bedroom in-law suite when I moved out. WOW! That place looked so brand new and clean it made me want to move back in. The bathroom was spotless and literally sparkling. It was as if it was never a bachelor pad for years ;-).

The pricing is extremely reasonable as well, compared to other cleaning companies I received quotes from. The owners and staff were polite and very professional. The owners are a lovely couple and truly care about their clients too, as they followed up afterward to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job.

I absolutely recommend Tima's and will absolutely use them again for my future home and rental property!

Tima's service did a fabulous job with our home! The ladies attacked every nook and cranny of our cluttered spaces to eliminate every last speck of dust and dirt. Instead of the nasty chemical smell that we get after other cleanings, they left our home smelling fantastic and looking spotless. I was very impressed with Tima's cleaning service. They came into my home and did a thorough job cleaning the counters, baseboards, bathroom (it was sparkling), grime, toilet, shower, floors, etc. Leah was friendly, welcoming and efficient. I definitely recommend them and will use their service again!

Ive worked with Tima's for a few years now and have recently bought them into some of are other properties. They go above and beyond and the communication is amazing. You can always get ahold of someone and they are responsive if you need to change something or add an additional cleaning.

I have a condo I am moving out and selling and a new house I just purchased. They are 8 minutes apart. They told me they would not discuss cleaning my condo one time for move out even if I signed an agreement for them to clean weekly at my new place, because they do not accept one time cleans. I get that as a business but this makes no sense in this scenario because I was willing to give them weekly business and the properties are 4 miles apart.

I had asked for an afternoon arrival and the crew showed up around 10am. There were some areas that weren't cleaned well, the laundry room sink and parts of the counter tops in the kitchen. The kitchen table chairs were not wiped well. It seemed like the crew was in a hurry to finish as 2 of the girls were in their car waiting for the 3rd to finish.

I have used Cleaning Authority for years. They are thorough, dependable, and reliable. I am pleased with their service. Their workers are very efficient and they clean very nicely in an short amount of time. I trust their work and they are also flexible; if I need to change my date or have them come at a specific time, they accommodate that for me. I am a happy customer.
