Jason and his crew do an amazing job. He has been cutting my lawn for the past 2 years and he and his crew do a great job. The lawn and beds are edged, spring and summer cleanup is amassing, and mows are done well. He follows up to ensure all is well and always courteous. I appreciate his service, quality, and professionalism!

Aspen Property Services team members are friendly, polite and accommodating. The father and son team and the rest of the crew are amazingly hard workers. Their attention to every detail shows in the beautiful results, which I personally can view from my kitchen window- as they are my neighbors! Great folks and kind - when we were sick with Covid last winter they plowed my driveway several times. They have also done leaf cleanup for us too. I whole heartedly recommend them for all of your property service needs.

Professional, caring and all around great people to deal with. No job is too big or small. Will absolutely use them again and you should too. They made ordering plants, which is usually 12+ phone calls and 4+ hours of my life, a single phone call instead. 10 stars if I could.

Jason and his son have been doing various landscaping work for us in the past two years. Everything from mowing, topsoil spreading, shrub removal and planting and leaf cleanup and haul away. They are very hard working as well as being prompt. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them very highly.

We love the guys at Aspen ! Jason is very knowledgeable in all things related to our landscape. His son and the other guys are extremely polite and work very hard. We have used many landscapers and finally we found a great group at Aspen.

Aspen Property Services planted a dozen new shrubs in our back and side yards in August 2022. I contacted Jason after trying to get estimates from several other companies for several months with no success. Jason was responsive and helped answer our questions when we were deciding on the types of shrubs and their locations. We’re very happy with the end result!

We hired Jason and his team (Aspen Landscaping) to completely redo a section of our yard. This work included removing old clay soil, back filling with quality topsoil, building new paths and gardens, recommending and planting shrubs. His team then finished the garden with high quality mulch. His team showed up as scheduled and worked to quickly complete the job and on budget to his quote. The result is a garden we show off. I would highly recommend his work. As a matter of fact, we were so happy with the results that we’ve scheduled him again this year to revamp another section of the yard.

In a word fabulous. Far exceeded my expectations. Jason and crew are great. Worked hard, clean, and exceptionally fast for all the things I needed to be done. Very reasonable for mulch and bushes planted. Can’t say enough good things. If you need/ want a makeover like I had call Aspen first.

Jason and his team have done a wonderful job for us this year at our house in Westlake. It started with spring cleanup, then mulching, leveling out our yard, putting in a french drain, playground mulch and other things. They explained the entire process. You can tell that they're very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend Aspen Property Services for your landscaping project!

Jason and his team are absolutely AMAZING. We hired them to do a property cleanup when we moved into our house. Jason is super knowledgable and worked with us to pick the perfect plants and flowers to transform our yard. We are so thrilled with the results - it looks like a totally different house! I can't say enough about the professionalism and expertise that Jason and Michael Woods have when designing landscape for homes. The landscape and design in our front yard and backyard were beautifully done, and easy to maintain. Jason, Michael, and their team truly care about details to make a yard a relaxing place to enjoy. We couldn't be happier with the work that they did to transform our yard. They are reasonably priced and stick to the timeline to get projects completed.

We could not be happier with how our 2 tier blue stone patio turned out.
Jason and his company had great suggestions and design tweaks. We had an old worn out concrete patio with a water feature that had seen better days and had to go. In addition, we had drainage issues that needed to be addressed. Aspen was the company that earned our trust and ultimately our business. Phase 1 to our project is complete and we can not wait to start using it. Michael and his crew worked respectfully each day and made sure the work site was as clean as it could be at the end of each day. It was about 2 1/2 weeks start to finish. We are so happy about how the patio turned out that we aren’t even going to bid out phase 2. When we are ready to begin, Aspen Property Services will get the call without having to compete for the business. Jason and Aspen have earned our loyalty! Jason and Michael (owners) are a great team. They are thorough in finding out what your needs and tastes are. Jason spent time with my wife and I. He made sure every detail was covered. He met us on site and at the local vendor to pick out materials. Pricing is fair and upfront. No tricks or gimmicks, and after 2 jobs with us, they kept on budget and timely. Also to mention, we moved back from Denver last year, and it was fun working with Aspen Properties, being they are originally also from Denver. We will be using Aspen Properties for our next phase, completing our new build in Rocky River (Tangle Town). Thanks again for doing the best work.
