I don’t use ground work with this company but I did see them out working very nicely on a lawn. When I was asking questions Brett was quick to answer and super helpful in many ways. Things i didn’t know he knew instantly for me. Thank you Brett!

We have used Groundworks for many things but this is the first time we have had them clear the snow from our lot, aprons, and sidewalks. I called just this morning, and at 2 p.m. the job is totally done! They did it quickly, professionally, and after plowing they shoveled by to make sure that our gates were accessible, and the sidewalks where they pushed snow onto were cleared by them so they were passable again.
The men they sent were totally professional and friendly.
I would recommend them.

Groundworks installed our lawn and they have maintained it. Tony and his crew are very professional and pleasant people, they take pride in their work. They are thorough, they take their time and they clean up well after the job has been done. Highly recommended.

Ground Works is THE only landscaper to use. Tony and his team are very professional, polite and friendly. I suggest to schedule your project sooner than later, their scheduling months in advance. We have had Ground Works, when we lived in Bay Village, for about 10 years. He is our landscaper at our new home in Avon Lake. We couldn’t be happier! From the moment that I called Groundworks I knew it was not just another fly by night landscaping company. Once everything was picked out and the drawings were approved Ray showed up with his crew and commenced on getting to work. Ray and his crew did an awesome job and kept my wife and I informed on what was going to happen each day. We absolutely love the job that the guys did and cannot wait to have them back in the spring time to get another phase done. After using this company, there is no reason to look any further. GroundWorks is a great company.

Ground Works is a young and quickly growing company. Of the large team they have, we were so extremely pleased to have the crew members and subcontractors we did, who brought our vision to life. From architectural design to construction and landscaping installation, we landed a high quality team, that are not only extremely talented, but polite and accommodating.

In 2020, Ground Works performed a complete tear out and overhaul of our small backyard landscaping. They incorporated many plants that quickly outgrew the beds and were not appropriate for the size of the space. The Limelight hydrangeas have taken over and will need to be removed, despite heavy pruning twice a year. 2 of the 3 Arborvitae died within 12 months of planting. I placed numerous phone calls to the sales rep (Dave) within the warranty period, and never received a call back. After this year, only two items will remain from the original plantings, the Fat Albert spruce trees. I would not recommend them for landscape design or their customer service. Plus a poor value all around given what we paid.

This review is only for a limited experience, over the phone. Ground Works did not do any work for me. I called Ground Works , given that it is well rated. I asked if they can evaluate my house, as I need a lawn, irrigation system and 3 beds for flowers. The person who I spoke with said that he will need to charge me for 1200 dollars to come and take a look and design it, which is extremely high in my opinion. He said it will cost me 40 K before even knowing my surface area and the things I need to be done. How come the price is determined before knowing how big the surface area and what type of trees I want? The experience was repulsive rather than welcoming. I spoke with many other landscapers and the experience was much better.

I've used Ground Works a couple times but more recently on a large landscaping project. GW provided a great plan with a sketch of the proposed design. I decided to move forward on what they proposed, and their execution and results turned out to be excellent. They really captured the look we were going for. The gentlemen doing the work were professional and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience and great value.

Ground Works was wonderful to work with. Every person I spoke to was responsive and got back to me in a timely manner. Felix and his crew were incredibly efficient and did beautiful work. We love our yard and are excited to have more work done in the future. Thank you!

I would 200% recommend Groundworks for any lawn care/landscaping project. I have a corner lot with large beds. Over time, things were overgrown and edges gone. Max came over for a consult and immediately you could tell this is a professional organization. Max is great and knew exactly what I needed and what to recommend. 12 hours after I accepted the quote, they were at my house working away. Agapito, Eduardo, Angel, Dago, Jose and Baby did a PHENOMENAL job in 1 day! My neighbors stopped by last night and are all jealous. I saw the work they did at my friends house down the street and was sold. Definitely for with Groundworks.

From beginning to end it was a pleasure to work with a great team from Ground Works Land Design. Thanks to Dave, Matt and Ray for taking us through our backyard patio project. Consultation, design and supervision were top notch. Special thanks to the installers, Lemuel and Jesus, for their hard work and precision in taking the design and making it a reality. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Great to work with Tony and Brandon. I will update my review after results but so far they have been by far one of the most reputable and professional companies to deal with. When it comes to landscaping its hard to trust a company to make sure they stand behind their work but Ground Works is literally one of the best in the area if not all of Ohio. You will pay a little more then the next guy with ground works but its worth every penny to have that piece of mind. I was worried about how grading was going to be done considering the size of the lot but Tony has an amazing crew that will make sure its done right I mean Perfect. No other company has compared by a long shot this is my second time doing the landscaping on my property and its a night and day difference. If you have an opportunity to work with ground works its worth the wait and the cost. I will upload photos once plants mature and grass comes in.

Once again, Ground Works Land Design has done a fantastic job with our property. A special shout out to Zack, Erin and Angel with Jerry as account manager, who not only did a spectacular job of edging, mulching and trimming but, due to construction on our street, moved their truck multiple times to allow us in and out of our drive! Friendly and hard workers!

We recently updated our entire outdoor living space which included all new landscaping, lighting, extensive concrete work, deck and patio designs. After getting several contractor bids, we selected Ground Works Land Design. It was a huge job and we are thrilled with the results. The crew was highly professional and extremely friendly. They went out of their way to work with our family to ensure we loved the final result. Our house now has beautiful curb appeal that brings a smile to my face every time I pull into our new driveway !

We are so happy with our decision to work with Ground Works to regrade and seed our backyard. Our yard was incredibly uneven and unsafe to walk or run on, and we had a large area that needed seed after removing a pool. The team was punctual, efficient and professional. They provide beautiful, quality work. You get what you pay for and the results are worth every penny. Looking forward to future projects.

Drew and his crew are taking excellent care of my yard in a challenging summer. Not only is it hot, and has been very dry, but working through the pandemic while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail is impressive. I have been using Ground Works for several years now, and have made recommendations to neighbors. I couldn't be more pleased with their service.
They also respond exceptionally well to the rare challenge I send, like when they missed mulching a very small utility box area that looks like it could be my neighbor's. When I reported the oversight, it was corrected within 48 hours, with an apology, to boot!
I like working with this team, and think they are quite exceptional in their professionalism and quality.

Our landscaping was a HUGE project that we thought about doing for months, while interviewing a variety of different landscape companies. Ground Works Land Design estimate was not the lowest, nor was it the highest, however we felt strongly that it was a very fair price for the beautiful job that was performed. All the work was completed, as expected, and there were no hidden costs or surprises! Tony was fun to work with too, and he was very patient while we took our time to finalize the plan. Their landscape artist, Brandon, was also a pleasure to work with, and, together, they came up with a beautiful design!

From day one, to the completion of the project, the crew was awesome to work with! They arrived on time; were very courteous, friendly, and truly appeared invested in doing the best work possible. Despite some grueling hot summer days, they just kept on working, as hard as ever! They were also open to my questions and quickly responded to, and resolved, any concern we may have had! It was truly a joy to work with such a professional, dedicated team.

Many neighbors have stopped by to tell us how beautiful the house looks. One neighbor, in particular, made it a point to visit me to say how very impressed she was with the professionalism and work ethic of the crew, as well as the wonderful work they did. There are lots of companies out there, but, for all my family and friends, I would wholeheartedly recommend they use Ground Works Land Design for all their landscape needs! It was truly a pleasure working with them!

Such a fantastic experience with Ground Works! Great communication with Dave beforehand, and Tristan and his crew (Javier, Angel and Ricky) worked like crazy the day of. They came across some unforeseen obstacles in our yard, but handled it all the same day. They did a beautiful job on the landscaping, and cleaned everything up better than we ever would! So happy with the service and the results, and would recommend them for sure!
