Bill and his team did a great job transforming our unkempt backyard to an easy-to-manage yard that we enjoy spending time in. They were extremely quick and left us thoughtful instructions on how to take care of everything.

My experience with Bill and his company was exceptional. With our new construction home, we needed a complete landscaping design. Bill met with me to determine what I was looking for and measure everything, and then was in contact several times as he worked on the plan. I loved the detail and work that went into his hand-drawn plans, and I appreciated the abundance of communication from Bill and his wife, who runs the office. We had several landscapers give us a plan and an estimate, and I went with Bill not only because I loved his design, but because I trusted him and knew his work would be meticulous and that the whole process would go smoothly. I was right! The communication leading up to our install was amazing- they kept me informed all along the way, responded immediately when I had questions and when I decided to add lighting to our plan, and let me know a week in advance which day of the following week they would begin the project (which was especially impressive with all the rain they contended with this spring). The project took about 4-5 days to complete. The entire crew of 9 guys that worked at my home were amazing. Every single worker was courteous, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any of my questions. Many of the guys have been with Bill for 15+ years, which says a lot about the company. Their work was meticulous, and they power washed everything when the work was done (including my garage as a favor to me). Everything was clean and perfect when they left! When severe storms washed out some of our grass seed, they came back and cleaned up our sidewalk and street. And Bill sent two guys over to water my plants two days after the installation finished because he knew our sprinkler system wouldn’t be operating for a couple more days. Bill obviously takes pride in his work and stands by it. I am incredibly happy that I chose him and his company for our project and would recommend them to anyone!

Bill Soeder Landscaping did extensive work on our property from cleaning up old foundation planting, regrading, rebuilding flower beds, restoring lawn... not to mention a beautiful paver patio!
Great team of hardworking landscapers, very knowledgeable, organized and efficient, this is very well worth the wait (they are busy) and we were very glad to work with them. -

Bill Soeder designed my new front yard. Mike and Mike, Wes and Dennis installed it for me. They arrived on time and kept me informed on the installation. I could not be happier with the finished landscaping Dennis returned later and did more watering!
Many thanks to Charmaine in the office for keeping me up to date and providing instructions on how to maintain my new landscaping. Hat's off to Bill Soeder Landscaping in Westlake!

Having been in the construction business for 30 years I am careful about recommending companies. I have no problem advocating for Brandon and his guys. They are thoughtful and thorough. Type of company that is willing to go the extra mile to get it right.
If you need hardscape work this is the company.

Brandon and his team rebuilt our patio steps in a timely and reasonable manner. Communication was quick and clear on all matters of the job. I will consider hiring him again as our needs dictate.

We used Barski to tear down and replace our fence. Part of the fence came down during a windstorm and because we have a dog, we needed a quick fix. Luckily Barski was able to fit us in and get the work done very quickly. We worked directly with Brandon and he was wonderful - we are extremely satisfied with the finished product.

We used Barski Hardscaping to replace our deck. Our old deck had so many problems that it couldnt be fixed. Brandon was easy to work with and answered all of our questions and concerns. The new deck is beautiful and we couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new deck.

Brandon and his team were professional from day 1. Brandon has an eye for detail and was creative in presenting us options to consider for our backyard hardscaping project including a back patio with pergola and walkway around a water feature. The end result of our project is amazing.

Brandon updated our basement. He came in with some creative ideas on how to change a outdated basement into one that would be a pleasant place to entertain. He kept me up to date as the project progressed and was patience answering my many questions during the work. The folks he brought in to do the various aspects of the project (painters, plumbers, electrician, etc.) were all professional and did very good work. I was very pleased with the finished product.

Although Brandon and his team are very nice, they lack the knowledge of old homes and the damage they can cause to these old homes during demo and reconstruction of patios around these old structures. After they finished our walkway along the side of the house that goes into the patio, we started experiencing foundation issues. Water started pouring into the sides off the house (where they removed concrete and put a brick walkway) down to the crawlspace flooding the basement with several inches of water. We tried calling/txting and getting ahold of Brandon and he would duck our calls. He finally replied months later saying he doesn’t believe they caused the issue, but they can add more brick along the side of the house replacing the pebbles they placed to seal the brick to the side of the home to block the water to enter. At this point the foundation of the house was in very bad shape and an engineer had to come out and asset the damages. He was shocked that any company would do the work Brandon had done, and not have a proper seal around the house. The wall along the side of the house where they added the walk way had now falling apart in the crawl space and the only way to fix it is to tear up all the work Brandon’s team has done properly fix and rebuild the wall that had gotten so damaged from the water, and repave the walkway. Brandon doesn’t take any responsibility, his team even tied the gutter down spouts into the sewer lines which we later found out is illegal along and used inappropriately small pipes. I do not recommend barski hardscaping, they clearly do not have the knowledge necessary to provide quality work, the multiple people ( multi engineers, masons, and hardscaping companies) all sited the way the patio was construction to be the source of the problem. It is now going to cost us the equivalent of the patio which was not cheap to fix this problem.
