Great communication and very professional. We had them add a Moen water shutoff device. No issues and Dustin guided me through the phone setup.

Excellent service and they came the next morning since I didn't have a toilet. Would recommend them highly!! Completed the job quickly, replace the toilet.\nGot some roots out of the pipes and cleaned up everything.

Our house needed a full storm sewer replacement. After dealing with some other companies, I’m glad I went with Formica. Jeff came out and gave us a detailed proposal quickly. And the crew who did the work were awesome and very friendly. I appreciate there hard work and fixing this problem with our house.

Had a plug in my main sewer line. Tried to snake it out with a rented machine but the cutter head came back with solid clay dirt. Would not go any further. Scheduled Formica Plumbing to come out and Jeff ran a video camera up the line from my clean out. Sure enough, lots of roots and a break/plug just outside the foundation wall! Whew! Lucky it wasn’t further in under my family room slab! Jeff is sending his crew out at 7:30am tomorrow morning to replace 20’ of pipe.

Formica plumbing is great! My original hot water tank died in September and they replaced it the very next day. I had another issue with the new tank in December and they came out to handle a warranty replacement the very next day. I noticed water yet again near the hot water tank, so I called and they came out. This time, the issue was a bad toilet seal which they promptly resolved. Their office staff is kind and friendly and their plumbers are knowledgeable and kind.

Dustin worked very hard to unblock our sewer line from roots. He was very polite and explained the process. Unfortunately we have severe roots blocking normal flow so a clean out "T" needs to be installed during another visit. Thank you Dustin for your honesty and professionalism. I would recommend Formica Plumbing to everyone.
Jacob and Bob returned as scheduled to dig up the blocked area and to install a clean out "T" for future cleaning. They did a great job as well as leaving the area in good shape. I want to give a HUGE heartfelt shoutout and immense gratitude to the gentleman at Formica Plumbing in Wickliffe. I cant say ive ever met a company and gentlemen so dedicated to helping a fellow small business owner get up and running again❤️. These gentlemen were out on tuesday within 30 minutes of my call and temporarily diagnosed the situation. Plan in place they started working at 7am yesterday to repair my main water line. These gentleman worked till 8 pm in slush and mud down 6 feet and what almost seemed like it wasnt gonna work as they still were working in the dark with lights, they got it repaired. One comment Jeff kept making is we are gonna get this so you can reopen for your families.... he knew the importance of my position as an early learning program that families depend on for childcare and preschool while they work and go to school.
So to Mike, Jeff, Bobby, Ryan and Jacob theres a very special place for people like you your sympathy, compassion and intense hard work with the "eye on the prize" wont go unnoticed.
The administration and families at Little Learner's, Too Intergenerational Learning will forever remember this good deed that went hundreds of miles over normal expectations to help us at a time of immense distress❤️ I cant thank them enough for what they did.

Update..... again, Formica surpassed my expectations! After the above issue, given the age of the water line we decided to replace it to head off any more issues including water damage and possible busi ess down time! It was a well planned process, and though it was messy and chaotic, the job got done by my favorite plumbing company! Thanks again Formica!

Jeff is that guy! I had this issues evaluated by a different major plumbing company and got no where. They also could not find my cleanout outside. As a new homeowner of an inherited home I didn’t have all the answers. Jeff was able to locate the clean out and get me on the right path for long term solution for an extensive project while also making sure in the immediate future I was squared away. 100/10 recommended for sewer needs!

Matt did an excellent job replacing our water heater! He was on time, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly — from what needed to be done to how to maintain the new system. He worked neatly and left the area spotless when he was done. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing things right. Formica was the only company that responded to my call on a Saturday morning regarding broken water heater. Due to additional cost for weekend service, I opted to have water heater replaced on Monday. Linda was very helpful to explain where to shut off water to tank so I at least had cold water over the weekend.
Dustin came Monday morning and did an excellent job. He explained water tank options and everything he would be doing. Provided comprehensive quote. He completed the job in a few hours. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. Left the place very clean. He also took the time to talk with me about other plumbing issues I had and provided estimate for those items.
Can't say if water heater replacement cost was reasonable because I didn't get other estimates and this was my first water heater replacement. However, I would still recommend Formica due to the excellent service.

Formica had come out about four weeks ago to complete some maintenance work. The work they completed unfortunately developed a small leak. I called in the morning and they had a plumber out about 5 hours later to assess the leak and repair the work. They stood by their warranty and the work was completed free of charge. Appreciate the quick response time and honesty in standing by the warranty.

owned business, easy appointment arrangements, great communication and customer service. Dustin gave us options for our sump pump and walked us through other items to keep on the list for the future. Dustin was knowledgeable and down to earth. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again.

I called from south florida looking for a honest plumbing company with fair prices. I explained the situation having an elderly mother and father on fixed incomes needing assistance. Dustin from Formica showed up in 45 minutes and handled the problem swiftly and honestly. I am also a plumber and he gave me broke down prices and information needed to make a decision on how to proceed. Being able to recognize the problem in minutes of him being there is a testament to his assessment skills. He was straight forward with me told me the options and gave me prices. He handled the problem and got my parents the toilet back.

Highly recommend this company as a plumber i was very satisfied and impressed with the whole experience from the pleasant ladies in the offices to Dustin the technician.

Fixed my mom’s clogged pipes while she was in the hospital. Super nice guy. Great customer service on the phone when I had to reschedule her appointment when she went into the hospital unexpectedly. This was the easiest part of my trip. Thank you.

Bathtub was clogged and needed to be snaked. Very please Formica Plumbing was able to come the same day I called, clear my drain and even install a new shower head for me. My service tech was very professional, knowledgeable and explained every step along the way. Definitely would call Formica Plumbing again!

We are very happy with Formica Plumbing and all the work and repairs done at our home. Gavin ( Technician ) is very professional and very knowledgeable about his craft. He spent 5 + hours at our home doing repairs and improvements and never complained once. He was by himself and called in all the parts needed. We believe Gavin is an asset to Formica and deserves a super pat on the back! I can not list all he did but some photos will give you some ideas. If you should need a plumber, Formica is the number to dial! Thank-you Gavin and Formica for a job well done!

Dustin of Formica Plumbing was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He assessed the problem, explained what may have to be done and fortunately was able to repair my shower faucet with minimal time and expense.
He also advised on a couple of other plumbing issues that need to be addressed in the near future and gave me the information and an estimate, but was not pushy about it.

Company was great to work with our business since we were in a bit of a time crunch.
Dustin was great! He was on time and called ahead to inform he was coming which was greatly appreciated. Extremely professional, answered all questions and cleaned up the area that was worked on. Would use their services again if and when needed.
