This is our first experience dealing with Bryan&Suns. They installed a new hot water tank and a new furnace in our home and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional and worked in a fast and timely manner because we didn’t have hot water or heat in our house. The company owner cares so much that he personally came to the house to meet with us to make sure are needs were being met. I recommend this company to anyone in need of heating and cooling services. I have a newer furnace from another company that kept overheating and shutting off. over time I had three different companies come out and each told me it was a different problem which i had fixed. It would work for a couple weeks then do the same thing. last month the owner of bryan and sons came out, did a quick diagnosis, and corrected the airflow in the registers. It has been working perfect ever since. he was very punctual, professional and friendly. also they only charged me the service fee. i would highly recommend them and will use this company going forward.

Bryan and Suns did work at our old house and now our new house. I couldn’t be any more pleased with their service. They seem to take pride in their work and do it right! It was a very clean install of A/C and they even fixed our furnace due to the previous owners install not being up to par. I would recommend Bryan & Suns to anyone in Northeast Ohio. They stand behind their product and installation. They were excellent at communicating. Their crews were courteous, in uniform, and very skilled. They installed an LG ductless unit on my 3rd floor.

I had the seasonal furnace tune up today. I received a call 1 hour before my appointment window with the exact time of arrival. The service was completed with a high level of competence and professionalism. The details were discussed and the service did uncover a problem with input gas pressure resulting in loud gas startup noise. The problem was fixed. Most important, the appointment for the tune up did not include any unnecessary upsell pressure.
