I had an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday in January, and H Jacks responded quickly and professionally. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently to get things under control. I was so impressed with their service that I had them come back this month to replace my septic line—another job they handled with skill and care. The team—Keith, in particular—went above and beyond every step of the way. I highly recommend them!

Horrible experience! Never again. Several different technicians, $600 spent and our leak is still unresolved. All they want is MONEY and will quote high prices for poor service.This company is a joke!

Superior service and professionalism by Cooper, Andrew, and Keith over and 4 day multiple issues plumbing project!!! Highly recommend you use them based on service , skills, price, and professionalism. After 6 weeks in our new home we experienced flooding in the basement and issues with our sanitation. We had our sump pump fixed, storm line dug out to the road after finding a crack in old ceramic tile and tree roots growing into the culvert. Then we had raw sewage backing up into our utility tub. This resulted in having to bust up concrete due to previous owner covering the clean out. Everything was explained and priced before hand. Options were provided. Recommendations from them on which parts to call the city on. Great team effort and one happy customer!

I had a water issue on ceiling from bathtub and a shower. I was charged $280.00 to cut ceiling open. Then after diagnosis of pipe leak under drain; I was told by two associates they cannot fix but have to replace entire shower down to studs for a $16,500 +. And the company assured me water issue was from shower and not bathtub.

I was not convinced so I received 2nd opinion from another plumbing business and shower drain pipe was fixed on site within a half hour and bath tub WAS identified as an issue and solution was implemented. All for a very reasonable price.

These guys are great! The motor on my well pump went out on Saturday leaving us with no running water in our home. I reached out to H Jack’s and spoke with Patrick. He immediately dispatched Virgil out to our home. He was there within the hour. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and got it installed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the service provided by Simon and Jeff of H.Jack's Plumbing and Heating Cleveland! They fixed the bathroom pipes that were (literally) over 50 years old! It was amazing to watch the transformation. They also gave estimates on a couple other projects that are overdue. I'm looking forward to their return this weekend to work on them. A1 service and I highly recommend.

If you are calling in the Lake, Geauga, Cuyahoga County area. Give H. Jacks a try. They DO NOT take advantage of you and want to do the work and earn your business. Free estates during a scheduled appointment. Not terrible pricing for off times ( emergency). Somewhere between 125.00 and 150.00 cant remember. Prices are competitive, plus the only company that was available right off the rip. H. Jacks is a real contender.

Jeff and Willie were super friendly and helpful. Jeff even found a gas leak in my basement I was not aware of. I'm appreciative of them both. I would definitely recommend H.Jacks! And they were very reasonable with their prices!

Sewerage was backed up. They came out in a timely manner and gave me a $1300 estimate which seemed ridiculous and the city did it for free in about one hour.

Stellar work! Team did a fabulous job with my off grid project. From start to finish I felt heard and understood. Pipe work is impressive!

I contacted H. JACK'S Plumbing and Heating in the evening because my furnace wasn't blowing. They were able to send a technician the very next morning to assess the problem. Nate, the technician, was knowledgeable, pleasant, and able to fix the problem quickly. Thank you H. Jack for the great work and customer service.

Called them to do routine maintenance on our system for our Airbnb. Barry came out between guests and made sure all 3 units were running at their full capacity. H. Jack's provides great value and service. They will now be our 1st call for any HVAC & Plumbing

Employees and management were very friendly and answered all questions. They cut out the old concrete, put in tile, and placed sink and toilet for $7,750. Looks good and feels good on the feet. I didn't know that the tile was uneven until I was working on adding the trim. We got in contact and they sent someone out to put the trim in without cost. They stand by their work and are willing to assist if there are any concerns. I am happy with it.

I don't remember names but the guys that did our AC install were great. They worked really hard all day in 90 degree heat to get our AC unit installed. We had been without air for 4 days and it was BAD. I called H Jacks and not only did I get an early diagnostic visit but when I called back to get an appt for AC, was able to get it the next morning! I am so appreciative of the work & speed they accomplished during this heat wave. Everything was cleaned up, and looked great when they left. There was even gravel placed around unit which I wasn't expecting! Thanks again for putting us back on the road to being cooled down, I'm forever grateful.

We had Alex and Cooper at our house this week for a sewer smell coming from the basement area. They were able to locate the problem and fix it. They had to take up some of our basement floor to make the repair and they did such a great job! For what they had to do, they cleaned up the area like they were never there. They were so knowledgeable and were able to explain things in ways that I could understand. The smell is gone too! Thanks for making the best out of our crappy situation😉 🤭.

I’ve used H jack in the past for replacing my A/C and heating system maybe 4 years ago and i was satisfied with the work. But recently my hot water tank went out from a surge. I was very disappointed when they came out and quoted me $3506 to replace my hot water tank… instead I went to Lowes and purchased the exact same unit AO Smith 40 gallon Natural Gas power vent. and all the supplies for $1500….. I'm a firm believer That your price is your price BUT $3506 is insane

We had high electricity bills and had HJacks come out for a routine maintenance and inspection. Virgil came out and ID'd multiple problems including some wiring issues from the original install 5 years ago (different company installed). A quick rewire and our unit is now operating at full capacity. It has been less than an hour since he left and there is a huge difference in output already.

Also, Virgil gave us great recommendations on thermostat settings to save money and prolong the life of the unit. They only charged for the work that was performed and was less than quoted!

They came recommended by our neighbor that just had a new furnace install, and we couldn't be happier that we had them out. We have had some nightmare experiences with other HVAC companies, so we know it can be tough to find honest contractors. HJack's guy Virgil really hit the mark. If we have future issues, they will get our business. 10/10 recommend!

A huge thank you to H. Jack’s for repairing my furnace so fast! I woke up on one of the coldest days of winter and it was 59 degrees in the house. I didn’t feel any heat coming out of the vents so I checked the furnace and heard it repeatedly rev up and stop. I called H. Jack’s and they sent out a HVAC technician (Virgil) the same morning. Virgil was very kind and knowledgeable, and was able to get the furnace up and running, while pointing out what to watch for in the future. He showed where there are issues with the pressure switch, tubing, and flame sensor, and also noted a lot of corrosion since the furnace is 23 years old. I’ll definitely be using H. Jack’s again when it’s time for a furnace replacement! Thank you Virgil!
