I recently had the pleasure of working with Brad from HJacks, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service he provided. Brad was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain to me the issues with my furnace, and provided a few recommendations on what to do from there. The work was completed the next day, and is running better than ever. We will be using HJacks again!

I had my furnace serviced by Brad, and he did an absolutely amazing job. Not only was he on time, but he was also thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me great tips to keep everything running smoothly.

were very prompt and knowledgeable about the job. My gas line pipe was sticking out far from the wall so that my new stove stood out too far past my counters top and there was three inches of space behind my stove and it would not sit flush against the wall. They reassembled my gas line down to the floor and moved the gas line over so that I could hook up my new stove, and I no longer have a gap of three inches behind my new stove . I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs

Our sewer clean out was clogged. Justin and arron came out and did there best and got things flowing again. Unlike other companies qoutes it did not include teraing up our front yard and 10.000$. they r our go to company from now on. Sent from heaven those two guys. Thank u

Had my AC stop working in the middle of the night called HJacks and they got a technician out by 8am the next day! Micheal Jordan did a great job looking over the AC unit and was able to get it back up and running the same day. Micheal was very upfront and honest and explained step by step what he was looking at and fixing

Jayden did a great job diagnosing the issues and providing the best way forward. They are going to install a new furnace and AC unit this week. I will update when they have finished.

Nathan and Bill were both kind and helpful! My basement flooded during a recent storm. Nathan explained what they were going to do well and worked quickly. Bill was undeterred by the 6 inches of water in my basement.

This was my first experience with a home emergency and I can hardly imagine better equipped people to help me resolve it! The price for the big jetter service was fair. I did not opt for camera inspection after the fact.

I’m appalled by the service my elderly mother received from H-Jacks Plumbing. They charged her an outrageous $5,185 for a supposed toilet repair that turned out to be completely unnecessary.

My mother, 84 years old and living alone, called H-Jacks when her toilet was running. I was able to stop the issue by adjusting the float before the plumbers arrived, but they convinced both of us that the entire toilet needed to be replaced, along with the cast iron flange and shut-off valve—without even pulling the toilet to assess the situation.

Initially quoted $1,889, we hesitantly agreed, only to be told they didn’t have the parts and required a $375 deposit. When the job was finally to be done, two different plumbers came and tried to pressure my mother into replacing both toilets, claiming vibrations from the repair would disturb the second bathroom’s toilet. The new price? A staggering $5,185.

My husband intervened when he heard the distress my mother was in. We had to call a different plumber who completed the work for under $500, revealing there was nothing wrong with the original setup. This felt like a blatant money grab, taking advantage of an elderly woman.

H-Jacks has not refunded the deposit, and I plan to address this with the bank and file a complaint with the BBB. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

Jeff and Nayef were kind, informative, and went the extra step to ensure our pipes were safe for the future! They came to fix a pipe that had cracked in the winter, and were very thorough in not only repairing the pipe, but also adding insulation and showing us how to better prepare for the next winter season. Amazing work guys!!

They were amazing Jose and Andrew did an excellent job very professional they fixed the pipe going out the roof and fixed my a/c they're an excellent choice for your heating and air.

Excellent service! Had trouble with my furnace and they were at my house within an hour of my call to them. My furnace needed to be replaced and they made sure the new one was installed and working that day. Prices are comparable to other area companies. Techs were very friendly - Virgil and Brad (didn't catch the name of the third guy, sorry!). Would highly recommend.

When we bought our house we had no idea our AC unit was too small. Kody recommended a 3.5 Ton unit for our house and it made our summer so much better inside! 10/10 would recommend.

I highly recommend H Jack for plumbing services. We had several plumbing issues and encountered plumbers from several locations. Each plumber was empathetic, professional and customer centered. I could tell that they cared about our issues, the operation of our plumbing systems as well as our stress burden. Even the manager who provided us quotes seemed understanding and empathetic. I now feel comfortable with our plumbing system, and will without a doubt contact H Jack again for any issues. The work they completed was impeccable, and clean! Our encounter with Greg, Nate, and Jose was amazing. In fact all the plumbers we encountered have been top class! Unfortunately, I don’t remember everyone’s name.

Been looking to get some cabinets cut out in my kitchen to make space for a dishwasher and after having been stood up by two other contractors we decided to go with Hjacks as we’ve had plumbing done by them in the past and it’s been stellar service.

This project has been less than stellar. We had scheduled for someone to come out and give us a quote. Agreed time was between 2-4pm and at 4:20pm no one had shown up or called me regarding the project. I called Hjacks and they explained they were running behind schedule but was eventually able to get someone out to give me a quote around some time after 5pm. We had to put down a $1000 down payment to lock in the appointment for getting the actual work done which was supposed to be today between 8-10am. Figured after having paid a not so shabby down payment it would be no issue for them to come out. By 10:15 no one had shown up once again so I called again and was told the technician was at an emergency job that dragged out but someone would contact me soon to give me an update. It’s now 1:30 pm and still haven’t heard anything.

I get that delays happen but when it comes with zero communication I’m starting to wonder if I’d ever be informed of anything if I don’t call and ask for updates myself and if my kitchen project will ever be done. I’d love to work with you guys but this is not making it easy to do so.

Hjacks reached out to me with an apology and we had Dave come out the next day. They offered us a discount as an apology and we actually got our project started! I appreciate taking ownership of the situation and stepping up to remedy the issue!

over priced . Poor customer service. Unprofessional communication and bad job that caused water damage and ruined our plumbing & flooring. They didn't stand behind their work and never cleaned their mess. Sorry but One star is too many to give here !!

The service I got was beyond compare. Called on a Wednesday morning because my AC wasn't working, they responded & had a tech to my house to troubleshoot the problem, which was a 27-year-old furnace & AC, within an hour & techs arrived the next day with the new unit by the promised time & had the new unit installed & fully operational by 4:15 PM. Worked with Virgil, Adam, Michael & Brad, who provided every bit of the customer service I could have asked for & more. All of the work that had to be done outside was even done in the rain, as if it were a normal, clear spring day.

Michael W came today to do a routine HVAC system maintenance (two furnaces) and did an amazing job. Knowledgeable, kind, and very professional! Highly recommended.

I’ve used H.Jack’s personally and professionally many times. I’ve never had an issue previously.

Today I had them come to my business to look at my AC unit that wasn’t getting to my desired temperature. The repairmen didn’t seem very well versed in commercial units. They thought a circuit board was broken but they weren’t sure. They thought my thermostat was broken and tried to repair it until I stepped in and pointed out it was just turned off. They then told me I needed a ~$2500 repair on a 6 year old unit that’s been well maintained. I declined their services and paid my diagnostic charge. The servicemen parked in my parking lot for a half hour after and then called me back and offered to do the repairs for ~$1900. I’m not a fan of price gouging, so I declined. They’ve lost my business because of this. But if you try to use them, say “no” first and you might get a better price.

UPDATE
Patrick from HJack’s called me and apologized profusely and issued me a refund for my service call charge and offered free future clean and check services. He promised to provide feedback to his employees and handle the issues that he can control with them. I appreciate that he took the time to reach out to me and recognized that I’ve been a loyal customer. Mistakes happen. I get that. Hopefully this was an isolated incident and this won’t happen to anyone else going forward.

My AC quit working over the weekend and it was super hot. I called H. Jacks and they had someone out within an hour and a half. Virgil came out and quickly identified the problem. He was super nice and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend h. Jacks and I hope you get a chance to meet Virgil!
