We were thrilled with the rapid response from WyattWorks to our catastrophy! Our hot water heater had been leaking, unknowns to us, for several days. We needed help fast and they came through for us. The two guys, Jean and Austin, arrived within a couple hours of or call. They were a delightful duo; kind, caring and friendly! After thoroughly explaining what needed to be done, they got to it and completed the job and left the workspace cleaner than it was when they got there! Technician David Light thoroughly explained each of the options he presented for installation of additional water valves, not just the "what" but also the "why" for the recommended upgrades. Work was done promptly with complete cleanup of the work areas. He passed along numerous valuable tips regarding the plumbing in my house that will be useful for future reference.

David from Wyatt Works did a great job on our plumbing problem. He replaced old galvanized pipe to the bathroom tub and snaked the sink drain. Both are working great now. I scheduled an appointment with them because my mother's basement was flooded with sever water. I made an appointment in the morning and they promised to have someone that morning. They latered called and they said they would not come out for another 4 days. I knew a family member of there's so I went out on a limb. I got my mother to go with them instead of someone else. I really advocated for them. And they let me down! Unfortunately, I can't see a way to hold them accountable at this moment.

Whole team from calling, scheduling, service, to follow up is always so pleasant and helpful. Xander was my tech this time and he was patient and insightful in explaining everything that was going on and answering questions, in a way that made me feel like I was an expert by the time he left. What I liked best was that after Xander unclogged the drain, he was meticulous in double in triple checking for no new drips or leaks, and ensuring that the clog really was clear and not just temporarily before backing up again.

Called H Jacks when we had an issue with our Hvac system. They came and inspected the system and found out we needed a new Furnace. Brad and John spent the day putting in our new Furnace. Previously before calling the city gave a diagnosis. Come to find out they were incorrect when we metTechs Justin and Andre . The problem was fixable the same day and my stress was lowered to calmness. They were-amazing!!! Very clear on what the problem was and the options that was available. Even the communication to each other was flawless. Learned a lot about my pipes. Highly recommended. Especially those two gentlemen .

My furnace quit working at 9 pm on a cold night. Kody came out within the hour and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the repair had to wait for a part to be delivered in the morning. Virgil came out before 9 am, confirmed the problem and had everything fixed and running smoothly by 10 am. Both technicians were efficient, professional and personable. They represent the company very well. I will definitely use them for any future needs!

Needed an 'emergency' plumber to fix some issues at our manufacturing facility last minute. H.Jack came through for us with barely any notice (same day call out) and even worked through the weekend to get our situation resolved promptly and professionally. We have dealt with Barry Gibson for years, he is the one who installed our furnace and a/c. I would not call anyone else. He is professional and a very nice person. You can trust his word on what is going on with no worries. His skills at his job and his customer service skills are excellent. We will continue to do business with this company as long as we can have Barry come to do the work!!

After being gone a few hours came home to water leak. This was my 3rd call for help, I'm glad the other 2 couldn't come! Tech that was on call came quickly and was efficient and super helpful. Was able to cap off problem so we could still have water overnight and in the morning. Fixed permanently next day. Will definitely be using them again, could not have gone better. Thank you!
