Stay away from this company. I scheduled a repair of a leaky irrigation junction for the 3rd time in a year (12 months ago, last month, and again today). My appointment was scheduled from 8am to 10pm but no one showed, so I called and left a message. When they called me back they told me their service truck had broken down and that they had to reschedule. Ok that’s fine it happens… so I rescheduled for the next day at 8am to 10pm. The next day no one showed again, so I called and was told that their scheduling software was acting up and they would send over a technician over within the hour. When the tech arrived he was the same tech that repaired it a year ago. He identified a leak from the pipe that attaches to the newly replaced valve the previous month, most likely from not being sealed correctly. So he repaired the same junction for a 3rd time in a year. I received a 3rd bill for this repair. I have paid for the previous 2 bills, so I assumed that this 3 visit would have been covered under some type of warranty since it was repaired less than 30 days ago. But when I contacted Anderson I was told since it was not actually the valve that was replaced last month, but the pipe that connected to the valve, they had to charge me the for the technician’s time and parts even though she claims they had a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. The technicians are great, but admin/office are very unprofessional. You would think a family owned company would be more customer oriented, but I guess not.

We had a new irrigation system put in in our yard Service was amazing and I am truly impressed with the company. While the installation is the ugly part (digging, dirt and anticipation) it was so worth it. They did a neat job and put the grass back as best as possible. In the end, they do not leave you to your own but rather do a walk through that left me smiling and impressed. The system which runs it is more advanced and easy to use than I expected. I thought it was the neatest thing!

Everyone was great to deal with from the first meeting to the orientation with Mason on our new irrigation system. I would highly recommend.

I had Anderson Irrigation install my sprinkler system about a year after moving in to the new house. The installers were very professional and did a fantastic job. I have had zero issues with the system (app and controller) or the main office. I dealt with many vendors during the new house build and Anderson Irrigation is the only one I never had to call back for any "fixes". Thank you Anderson Irrigation!

Mason came out and explained everything before, during and after the install. Felt very comfortable and will feel comfortable with the maintenance moving forward.

We installed a pool in our backyard and during the construction several areas of our irrigation was damaged. Anderson was able to repair and install new lines as requested. The work only took a day and a half and I’m 100% satisfied with the workmanship and install. They left the newly installed landscape and hard scape untouched and the new system has great coverage. Recommend using this company.

Our experience with Anderson irrigation was very positive. The technician was very knowledgeable and took time to explain that the systems had some problems that will be fixed in the spring. He took the time to make notes so the problems would not be missed next spring.

We had put new irrigation system put in our yard. Mason and his team was really professional and walked us through the entire process of installation and how the system would work. The workers who did the installation were nice and made sure to clean/wash all the dirt from our driveway (made us feel good and happy). Would definitely recommend them.

They also installed outdoor lighting and gave suggestions on where to install it to cover all the areas.

When I requested a quote, clay came and discussed project. I received a quote. I booked project. Mason and his team arrived when scheduled. Team of installers worked hard for 2.5 days led by Gasper. Team was polite, worked hard all day and cleaned up areas every day. Mason came today and spent at least 45 minutes training me on how to use the irrigation system and answering questions. Again, friendly and professional service.

Mason and the crew at the office kept in touch and called me back quickly and had no problems with them there. The crew that came out to do the work were friendly and so far the work looks great.

Anderson Irrigation is excellent! They did an entire sprinkler system for our new vacation home and we couldn’t be happier!
They are quick to respond, honest, very polite and friendly. Several of our sprinkler heads were broken by the landscapers after Anderson installed them and Mason (who is excellent) returned promptly to fix and replace everything and made sure our system was working properly.
I can’t recommend them highly enough and we will be switching to them for our home maintenance as well.

Mason and his team were fantastic. From getting a quote, to coordinating the installation of my sprinklers, to the walkthrough and systems teaching, the whole team was very available, prompt, and professional. The entire service exceeded expectations. 10/10 would book again!

I had a very good experience with Clay, Mason, and Gasper and all the other employees. The job was scheduled in a very timely manner. The job was finished in 2 days. Mason came back in a few days later for a walk through and a traiining system. Yes I would recommend them to any future customers!

I am updating a review with Anderson Irrigation. After being frustrated with several issues regarding scheduling and payment, I had shared a negative review in this space.
The next day, I was surprised to receive a call from one of the managers (Jordan) who listened very carefully to my concerns. Jordan asked for the opportunity to make it right, and he absolutely did. All of the issues were addressed promptly and efficiently with terrific customer focus.
Jordan is an asset for Anderson and the work exceeded our expectations. Its outstanding when a company works to make positive changes and is customer focused.

We had a great first experience with Anderson Irrigation. We purchased a new home with an irrigation system that hadn't had a lot of attention paid to it over the past few years. Keith at Anderson Irrigation spent a considerable amount of time diagnosing the issues and getting it running correctly. We were very pleased with the work done and hope to continue working with the company in the years to come.

Scott Anderson came to give me an estimate on irrigation work on Thursday 7 August. He said he would have an estimate ready the next Tuesday, 12 August. I never heard from him again. He doesn't return my calls

Mason was amazing. After a turbulent onboarding process Mason arrived and made all the difference. He walked us through the installation process and remained available for any communication needs. He was prompt and courteous. His daily text message updates were also a professional touch. The “walk through” process was seamless and efficient. After the education piece was finished he asked us for our candid opinions of our journey with Anderson Irrigation and truly listened to our advice and recommendations for making the process better. Mason truly made all the difference.

Anderson installed my irrigation system in 2020, and had to reconnect my back yard after having a pool put in this fall. Mason and his team have always done an excellent job. They fit me into their schedule after my pool project was complete so I could get some water on my grass seed before it gets too cold which was much appreciated. I will continue to use Anderson to activate and for winterization and would recommend them to everyone.
