This is my first experience building a house and the first house with an irrigation system. After “challenges” with other contractors, I’ve been pleased at how professional, responsive and easy Anderson Irrigation has been.

Clay was friendly and low pressure on the phone explaining my options and Mason was patient and thorough when it came to the in-person tutorial in getting my system going. I get the feeling they really want their customers satisfied and thus far, I am.
In the midst of overwhelm of building a house, it was a positive experience working with the Andersen team. Highly recommend!

They took me thru a tutorial on the irrigation system application to make sure I was comfortable controlling the system remotely as well as from the installed control unit. We recently had Anderson install a sprinkler system and an outdoor lighting system at our home. We were very pleased with the results!

In our case, the residential sprinkler system was a big decision. We have a large yard, a lot of landscape, and the financial considerations created numerous questions and concerns. Mason's team, starting with Mandy in the office, were informative, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. All of our questions and concerns were answered upfront, and there was never any pressure to make a decision before feeling 100% comfortable. Once we decided to move forward, Gaspar and his team of installers worked diligently, during poor weather conditions, to ensure the system was installed properly. While on site, the crews made sure all materials and equipment were organized and put away at the end of the work day. We experienced sound communication prior, during, and even after the job was completed. The system training provided by Mason was thorough, unrushed, and highly informative. Not being a "techie," I was amazed at the simplicity and intelligence of the operating system. Overall, I highly recommend Mason and his team, and anxiously await the start of summer season!

From first contact for an estimate, to the estimate, to signing the agreement to finished job; was smooth sailing. Mandy who works the desk was very good at communicating dates and times, Mason was on site during install & gave a very detailed “going to school” on how to work the entire system.

You can’t even tell that they installed anything in my yard as they didn’t trench huge gaps and seamed everything back together.

My sprinkler installation experience was fantastic. Mason did a great job explaining what would happen during the install. His install team was clear in their communication, proactively worked solutions with me as they tied into my water piping, and were super good on housekeeping inside and outside my home. On the walk down, Mason again did a superb job explaining how my sprinkler systems runs from the app and how to make changes if needed. He was also thorough on maintenance steps each year.
