Reviews of local pros in Willoughby, Ohio

Steve did a great job on my new garage! He was brought in to insulate and hang drywall, paint and finish work. Steve is extremely meticulous and had pride in his work. He was priced the job fairly and was very easy to communicate with. I strongly recommend him and his company!! PS. One of the few contractors to show up and finish the job in a timely manner!!

After a leaky toilet created a multitude of issues for us, we were left with needing significant repairs in our house. I found Steve and I’m so glad I did! We had a hole in the ceiling that needed patched, textured, and painted along with a small section of tile in the bathroom upstairs that needed replaced (and only one spare box of tiles). Steve came in and did all of the work flawlessly. He is super personable and professional. It feels like family helping you out. We will most certainly be calling Steve again, should we need it. Highly recommend!

Steve/Construction Solutions installed a new shower in our master bath. He removed our old tub enclosure and installed a shower base and Wetwall shower walls. We are so pleased with the finished product. We appreciated Steve’s precision and attention to detail. He also made sure to protect the rest of the bathroom and cleaned up the work area daily. We highly recommend Construction Solutions and would use them again for future projects.

We reached out to have some work done caused by ice damming, drywall repairs, and to have a grand room painted. We had Steve come out to give us a quote on the repairs. From start to finish, the communication, professionalism, and work performed was great. We will be using them for repair projects moving forward.

Steve did an amazing job on our kitchen! From evening out walls, building new window casings and sills, trimming out doors, adding wainscoting and then painting everything!!! My kitchen looks amazing!!! Thank you so much!

Steve the owner and Mark did a great job. Installing a new bathroom in the basement. Steve also added a walk in shower in the main bathroom. Everything turned out very nice.

There’s nothing I can say that will show how really appreciative I am! Having a company and a contractor who is honest is slim to none. Steve helped me save an absolute ton of money! He will be my first call for anything that I need in the future! Thank Steve!!!

I retired in Lake County to be closer to our son, his wife, and three of our four grandkids. I was born, grew up, went to school, worked, got married, and raised two kids in Wood and Lucas County. My wife and I consider ourselves to be native Toledoans. Being here was like starting over. I did not know who was good and who was not. I have had to rely on word of mouth and Google reviews like this one. I did not know Steve or his company before this. I fell up my basement stairs with my hands full of Christmas decorations and put a major hole in the drywall. Steve repairered the wall and painted it. It looks as good as new. Steve's Google reviews are what drew me to his company. I texted and immediately met Lilly, a friend for life! Lily is Steve's Assistant. She was so friendly! This warm reception continued with Steve. Words such as knowledgeable, experienced, skilled, capable, outgoing, conscientious, and friendly, describe Steve. When he left today, I told him that we would have him back to look at our bathroom and kitchen. We will! I highly recommend Steve and his company!

Steve was great to work with. He was very accommodating and did a wonderful job repairing my house after a water loss. Highly recommend if you are in the need of a contractor.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Steve for the exceptional work he did in renovating our two bathrooms. He is an honest and personable contractor who provides valuable guidance while allowing his clients to make the final decisions. Steve's attention to detail is remarkable, and his commitment to delivering top-notch craftsmanship and outstanding customer service is evident in every aspect of his work. He thoughtfully worked around our family's schedule, ensuring minimal disruption to our daily lives. We were thrilled to see the progress unfold, and our dog was even more excited to see Steve every day. Steve treated her like his own by bringing her treats and playing with her. I highly recommend Steve for any renovation project.

Steven did a great job. He did the drywall, stairs and borders/trim. Excellent work dealing with my house being very uneven. Gave proper updates and keep me in the process and explaining his process and being transparent with changes and pricing. He was very personal and had great conversations through the project. I have already recommended his company to a few people at work. Will be looking to hire him again once I get around to different rooms.

I hired Steve to do a partial bathroom remodel due to mold issues caused by my old shower insert. He tiled my walk-in shower from top to bottom and completed everything within a reasonable time frame and price. I met with a number of contractors before choosing Steve as I was on a tight budget. He and his buddy Mark did a fantastic job and they were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Construction Solutions Ohio for your bathroom remodeling needs!

Construction Solutions did a fantastic job with our bathroom renovation project! Steve is professional and very knowledgeable about the trade. He completed our bathroom project while we were out of town and was thoughtful enough to bring in the mail and water our plants! When we opened the door to our bathroom it felt like an extreme home makeover moment. Everything was done so well - the floor, vanity installation, and my favorite the tub and tile work. My pictures don't do it justice. I'm already starting to plan my next project, the kitchen, and know that I will be using Construction Solutions! Thanks for the great job!!!

Steve did a great job on our kitchen demo and remodel. Went to great lengths to isolate other rooms in the house to keep dust out.
He did it all from installing cabinets to electrical ,plumbing, taking old cabinets to landfill.
Couldn't be happier.
