We had a storm come thru and tear off the top part of our roof. Josh came out and was extremely knowledgeable on the insurance process and made it so much less of a headache than I ever imagined. We decided to go with a metal roof, Josh was able to get that taken care of for us too.

Meet with Josh on a Saturday ( pricing was on point) that following Thursday material showed up. The team was on site the next morning. 7 hours start to finish. The guy was super respectful. No trash waste was left behind. Josh followed up that day and the following Monday as well. I would highly recommend.

Sy came out to our home and was friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the claims process. We didn't have to pay anything other than our deductible and we even got new gutters. Our new roof looks great! You hear a lot of horror stories about roofing companies but these guys were awesome to work with!

Bill Greyless knocked on our door…we talked about the long time (since last year)…the ridiculous issues we were having with our home insurer and how our previous contractor just walked away. Imperial Roofing had the contract to replace damage siding due to high winds. They worked with our insurance company to get the whole house replaced with new siding. Their crew took 3 days once they started to work and completed the job. Very happy with the job they did. Sy and Karl were very responsive to our requests and follow ups. I recommend this company highly.

After the recent winter storm, I had ice building up on my roof. Karl was able to get some guys out the same day I called to clean the snow off to reduce the risk of damage. Very thankful for the prompt response and action.

Drew and Zane did a great job walking us through the insurance process. They inspected our roof and helped us get approved through a claim. Drew and Zane worked directly with my insurance so I didn't have to. I was most impressed by the install crew. The workers were fast and I couldn't find a nail in my yard after the job. Working with Imperial Roofing and Contracting and Zane L. was a very positive and efficient experience. Communication was excellent. Zane provided photos throughout the entire process. Helped me file a claim with my insurance company and provide them photos they needed to accept the claim and communicated with me with any of my personal out of pocket cost changes due to materials, wood damage. I was able to also have some downspouts replaced. I’m very satisfied with my new roof.

Imperial Roofing was excellent!! Zane, our salesperson, met with our insurance person and together they examined the roof. Zane explained all the damage caused by the hail storm which resulted in us receiving a new roof!! Zane was very responsive to our needs and questions. We also needed a new skylight which looks beautiful!! The roofing crew was very polite, neat and respectful of our property. When the job was completed our property was cleaned up and back to normal.

Billy was so professional. Took his time and did a thorough inspection. Took some extra time to explain what is causing some cosmetic issues but assured us there is nothing to worry about as far as function and that we do not need a new roof.

He was on time and very professional throughout, he also inspected my siding and made a quick repair to some flashing after. Top notch service and communication at a fair price!
