Constraction reviews in Worthington, Ohio

I can’t say enough great things about Zach at Near Me Roofing! He always answers my calls promptly, offers free inspections, and genuinely goes above and beyond. He recently helped one of my clients with a tricky roof leak around a pipe—and took care of it with no hassle. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he’s also amazing with people. You can tell he truly cares about his work and the people he serves. I absolutely love working with him and highly recommend him to anyone in need of roofing help!

Zach and his team at Near Me Roofing did a marvelous job fixing a drainage issue we’ve been having for years with our gutters. Even with the monsoon like rains we had recently we’ve found no overflowing of the gutters. A big thank you to Near Me Roofing!

Zach was professional and did well adjusting to the rainy schedule, while still completing the job in a very timely manner for a great price. Very impressed and happy with the results!

Zach and his team were easy to work with and responsive. They came out to do the work within a few days of me reaching out. There was some minor damage to my roof, and Zach called me ahead of time and let me know that they didn’t make the exact color anymore and would do his best to match. He set realistic expectations and made sure I was okay with everything before proceeding. Will definitely use them again for all of our roofing needs!

5 star experience from beginning to end! We can now sleep well knowing our home is protected. Zach and his team did an amazing job at a price that cannot be beat! And our roof is beautiful!!!

Over the weekend Mother Nature sent a wind gust over my ridge vent and due to the lack of the proper nails used to secure it in 2013 a 12 foot section of shingles flew into my front yard. I knew who to call. Zachary McCrea. Thank you Zach for your quick reply, excellent service, and fair pricing. The quality roof repair was complete by Ryan Monday afternoon. Thanks Ryan and Zach for your top notch service. Here is the area on the ridge vent with the missing shingles from my drone perspective the following day.

We used Zach and his team to replace and paint some cedar siding on our home and to clean our gutters while they were here. Zach was responsive in his communications and flexible with me in what I wanted done and when. His worker, Ryan, was professional and did a nice job. Very pleased with this team.

I cannot recommend Zach highly enough. From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to quality. He is not only personable and easy to work with, but also highly dependable, understanding, and thoughtful in his approach. Zach handled my roofing project with exceptional skill and attention to detail, and he also went above and beyond by coordinating with a window contractor—both jobs were completed flawlessly. He is truly a one-of-a-kind contractor, and I would gladly work with him again.

A call on Tuesday, a meeting later that day, agreed to have it done late Wednesday, roofers installed Friday and were done by around 3:00 after a bit of a late start due to some rain. Roof looks great and so do the new gutters. Zach and his team did a great job.

Zach and his team were so professional. They stripped my roof to beams and did a beautiful job expeditiously. He is old school professionalism with hand written invoice that breaks down every detail. His customer service is stellar. Zach is an earthly angel and In so grateful as he came through for me in a crunch. You can’t go wrong trusting Zach and his team with all your roofing needs. My roof and gutters are beautiful.

I found out I needed a new roof on Thursday but my house was going on the market that Sunday so I needed a new roof fast. Zach came out Thursday afternoon to look at my roof, he explained everything to me. He was very friendly and professional. He told me he could get a crew out to replace my roof the next day and could have my gutters done the following day. The crew came out and did a great job replacing the roof and cleaning up. My house looked amazing for the open house. I would recommend Near Me roofing again and again. Great price and great service.

With so many companies losing trust with their customers, it is so good to see a company owner and crew out there doing what is right for the customer. I cannot recommend Zach and his crew enough. I had a gutter repair needed ASAP to keep water from damaging my house foundation. Not a big job at all but I was never treated as such. Zach got me scheduled quickly and his gutter guy showed up and did a stellar repair as promised with pricing that was incredibly fair! No sales tactics, no update, no lies quite frankly. A true assessment of the issue and a stellar repair, now done even better than the builder did who built the dang on house! His crew even noticed another area that could be annoying issue and fixed it too! It you want incredible service, good communication, and value for what you will pay for, call Near Me Roofing. He will ensure you are taken care of, as if your home is his home! Zach, THANK YOU (and your crew) so much!

We truly appreciated working with Zach and the crew at Near Me Roofing. Zach was a terrific, honest, upfront communicator. No silly sales tactics, extremely detail oriented and clearly loves making roofs/gutters look fantastic. This company cares about doing the job correctly and using high quality/trained workers to do the job right. We love the finished product and without a doubt recommend working with them!

These guys are quick. One phone call and they were all over it. Several teams were needed due to the square footage of the water damage. They had the team here in an hour and the equipment operating soon after. Thanks, Servpro

A big thank you to Kristin Barley for her quick response to my call. We had signed with another company who lacked the urgency to remedy our sewer back up remediation. Kristin responded quickly and with empathy and had a team at our home within hours. The gentlemen, Mike and his team, who came to our home were polite, efficient and did a wonderful job cleaning up the mess in our basement and setting up the equipment needed to make sure it is properly and completely dry. It is such a relief to have this step in the process underway. I will sleep much better tonight as a result. Servpro is the way to go!

Jane Rogaliner is a stellar industry professional and top tier when it comes to customer service! ServPro is one of our top vendors with excellent service. Jane's representation of the company is why we refer their business!

Amazing work and service. I have never been so satisfied with repair contractors. John, project manager helped get things done quickly and put a great team together. Eduardo’s team did the work. They were professional, listened to my concerns, and worked with me for the best results. When they were done, really cleaned up the area. The only way you would know they were here was how great the repair was!

Jason Campos did a Great Job in renovating our garage! Very professional and very skilled at his carpentry!
