I worked with Sy throughout the process of inspecting and replacing my roof. As a new and first time home owner, this has easily been the most painless and seamless process I've experienced. Sy had indepth knowledge of the business, providing amazing advice and walking me through every process, including working with my home owners insurance as I filed a claim for damage from recent storms. He gave detailed timelines and photos as the progress of the work continued. Any questions or concerns were happily answered and even information I didn't think of, such as ensuring my vehicles were moved so that the construction wouldn't impede me going to work in the morning. The contractors that assisted with the work and solar panels were polite, kind, and timely. Photo attached is the before and after I was provided, as well as when there was additional damage found. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with our roofing project completed by Imperial Roofing. Zane was very professional when he came to give us a quote. He answered all our questions and gave us we believed to be a fair estimate to replace or repair our roof. We decided to go with the repair option. Zane was able to get us on the schedule quickly and in fact pulled it up a day due to forecasted rain. Sean completed the work as we expected - very clean, thorough and respectful. This is the second time we've had Zane and Sean do work for us and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

She showed us how the wind damage had so many shingles flapping and roof pieces loose. How you ask?! A drone! She took over conversations with the insurance adjuster, was extremely diligent and on top of everything! She made this experience very easy and she was wonderful to work with. Roofing material was dropped the day they promised. Her crew showed up the next day and did a phenomenal job! Including cleanup. My husband tried to find a nail left behind and no luck! Near me roofing provided our family with amazing service and prices! They were able to have our roof fixed in time to avoid water damage to our home. They even corrected some flaws noted in our roofing before putting on the new roof and worked to help us understand the warranty. The crew was amazing and at the end of the project they made sure to clean everything up! We were nervous at first because our roof had a lot of nails and we were worried it would be in our yard but the crew did great to clear it all up at the end! You will never find an easier guy to work with than Zach. Always prompt and professional. We needed a full tear off including sheeting. Even on a short November day they completed the entire job start to finish! Getting quite dark during clean up Zach was not satisfied and sent a crew back the following morning. He knew we had dogs and wanted to make sure all the nails were cleaned up correctly and completely!! Very satisfied great work!!

I started the process talking with the owner, Zach. From the first minute, I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, thoroughness, detailed information he presented. He asked me which day, Saturday or Sunday, worked best for me to have the roof on my shed replaced. Due to a previous obligation, I chose Sunday. It rained Sunday morning, but Zach was in contact with me advising his team would be out as soon as the rain stopped. He had to stop a couple of hours later as the rain returned. They had torn off the shingles, and replaced a couple of pieces of plywood that needed replaced, and covered the roof with a tarp. Ryan advised he would return the next day. As he promised, Ryan returned and completed shingling the roof within 2 1/2 hours. Ryan was extremely professional in his communication as well as his quality of work and constant communication in updating me on the progress. Later that evening, Zach called me to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction and expectations. I advised Zach that he, as well as his crew outperformed my expectations! Near Me Roofing did a wonderful job on my elderly mother’s roof. Zach helped us with understanding her insurance claim. He explained how the insurance claims process works. He definitely explained it in a more comprehensive way than the insurance adjuster. He kept us informed and followed through on the promised work timeline.
