Mr. Carrion and his staff came the next day after I called about my AC problem. He was very professional and explained in detail what had caused my problem. They were able to fix my AC unit in 1 day. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would! I live in Alabama, and when I got the call that the HVAC unit on one of my rentals in Ohio was down I was left scrambling to find a solution. HAVE NO FEAR, CARRION AIR IS HERE!!!! They not only totally fixed my unit, but they fixed it promptly with professionalism and precision. There is nobody else I would have work on my units from now on. These guys are the absolute best at what they do!

When I reached out to Carrion Air, I thought that I was just having issues with my furnace. However, I did not expect the level of service that I received! Enrique discovered that there was a gas leak, and talked me through what I needed to do. He also reached back out to me after I spoke with the gas company and set up a date and time to come do the repairs. They made everything so easy and it was more affordable than I anticipated! I will be calling them every year to come back for regular maintenance to keep everything running perfectly! Thank you for everything!!

We have used Carrion Air for several years now. We got a new furnace last week. It was very cold out. He came on Wednesday. Unable to fix old one replaced it on Thursday. They are all very professional and friendly. I asked if I had to move anything. He said no they would take care of everything. They moved everything out of the way and put it all back. They cleaned up very well. And the furnace works great. Thank you very much.

Working with Enrique and his team to replace my furnace was wonderful. He came out to perform the quote on a Sunday, and scheduled for the full replacement the next week. He had reasonable prices, lower than others in the area, answered all of my questions about the replacement and what options I had, and his son and team came and replaced the furnace and thermostat in only a few hours. We just got our furnace and AC units replaced through Carrion. We got multiple quotes but decided to go with Carrion based on price, warranties, timely responses, professionalism and the kind people we interacted with. From beginning to end, we were so impressed with their quality of work. Enrique spent time talking with us about all our options without feeling pressured but drafted our quote so quickly after we finished, giving us time to review. The team of installers/technicians were so detailed, thorough and professional. We really enjoyed getting to know José, Enrique Jr. and Mark as they worked in our units. My husband knows a decent amount about HVAC and has been so impressed at how they have gone above and beyond in the quality of parts they are using, their attention to detail, and their genuine kindness!! 10/10 would recommend Carrion Air!

I had water heaters plus install a tankless hot water heater when my tanked hot water heater began to fail from age. They did a great job with the install. Did not leave a mess, and I am happy with the performance of the hot water. I got a lot of quotes before choosing them and they had one of the best prices.

I choose Water Heaters Plus based upon their Yelp reviews. I was so happy I did!! Luke was my install technician. He called ahead and arrived on time. He did a great job explained everything he was going to do. Recommended we replace the 40 yr old shut-off valve and it was worth the extra $125. I highly recommend. Now for the best part. After testing he left. But I had to move our dryer back and noticed the whole house shut-off was dripping now. It was 40 yes old as well. We both should have been smart enough to replace it while he was here. But we both forgot. I called Luke. He called his boss and for a discounted price he came back later in the afternoon and we turned off the water and replaced that valve as well.
Thanks to this whole team. I am in the customer service business as well and can say they earned all of their 5 stars.

Could not be happier with this company. They were super polite/professional, explained everything on the phone regarding permits and helping select a model, were able to schedule as quickly as I needed, etc. I loved that their prices are posted online and super transparent - the online quotes match what I paid.
Luke came out to do the actual install and was amazing. Kept me informed of everything he was doing and worked quickly/cleanly.

Jeff came out the same day I called Water Heaters Plus to evaluate our old water heater, and he was able to install the next day with a new water heater. Jeff was punctual, courteous and did a great job.

My 40 my y/o water heater started leaking water and replacement was the best option. The tech provided very fast, efficient service. He arrived early, provided a quick estimate and returned around an hour later with the new unit. I could not believe that he brought everything up the stairs by himself. It all seems very good so far, the work of a pro.
