Very glad I chose this company for a new water heater installation. The technician, Josh, arrived and finished on time, with minimal service disruption. He took care of everything without a fuss and was pleasant to work with. He took time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. The new unit looks great, and he hauled away the old unit without making a mess of any kind. Would highly recommend this company.

Our experience with Water Heaters Plus was simply exceptional. The price transparency for installation was appreciated and respected.
The gentleman that came to install, Ekoue, was just excellent. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, respectful of our home during and after installation, just awesome.
I hope that I don’t need a new water heater any time soon, but I assure you that 100% of the work that can be done by them, will be.

Ekoue replaced our water heater and did an excellent job. He also told us about a new emergency lever that was required . They cleaned up the area and removed the old water heater, too. They were nice and we will probably use this Company again if we need to, Jason's Water Heater's Plus. The price was affordable and we put it on our Credit Card so that we didn't have to get financing.

Having to replace a water heater right in the holiday season is never good. But they made it a pretty simple process to install and remove our old one. There was a defect in the new water heater and it had to be swapped out, the following day. But they were very quick to make it right. And did I mention the technician Sam Lambert! He has been the best. Very professional quick and efficient. I would highly recommend! He did everything to make everything a smooth fix even with the hiccup with the defective tank. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

We realized our water heater went out at about 11 last night. We called Water Heaters Plus at just about 10 this morning, and spoke to a very sweet woman, Eileena, initially they did not have any appointments for the same day but promised to call if their were any cancellations. Luckily for us less than 30 minutes later they called back saying they had one, and our technician Sam was at our house less than 2 hours after our initial call. Sam was wonderful, he explained all of our options and what he thought would work best. He had a big job ahead of him because our old situation was not to code and frankly a mess. He was very efficient and also clean with his materials. I would recommend this company to everyone and we will use them again as the need arises.

I want to send a shout out for Alina (who we worked with over the phone at the office) and to Sam (the installation technician). Both are fantastic to work with. Alina answered all our questions and provided all followup we requested. And Sam was very patient in answering all questions I had and was so easy to work with. I highly recommend this company for your hot water (and other) plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with Water Heaters Plus! Jason was prompt and thorough in quoting the work to be done. Ekoue and AJ did an excellent job with the install, very clean and professional. Lead installer Ekoue treated the system like a Ferrari and made sure everything was right. I felt completely comfortable from start to finish, they stand behind their service.

Install was great, the service tech was very personable and took the time to explain the install. They replaced my 25 yr old water heater and unfortunately had to do something things to get me to code which was a bit more than I was originally expecting. Pricing on those items was a more than I was anticipating but willing to pay to get me to new code.

The actual plumbing work was done beautifully compared to what I had. Everything is now hard plumbed including proper drainage.

My experience with the team from beginning to end was excellent. Before I could even complete my request online for a service quote, my phone rang. The young lady that I spoke with was courteous and very upfront about the fees. In less than an hour a Service Technician was at my front door. A new water heater was installed the same day. It has been less than 24 hours but so far everything is working great.

Another operation (rhymes with WeakoBummers) diagnosed my issue and said "this tankless unit is installed incorrectly, we recommend replacing the whole thing and doing it right, here's a quote for $5,000."

The Water Heaters Plus team (my guy Josh!) spent 30 minutes diagnosing, 30 minutes flushing, 30 minutes clearing out condensation & excess debris from the unit/exhaust pipes, and 30 minutes talking to me about what was going on... and we had hot water again - all for the cost of a 2-hr service call and diagnostics.

I had a great experience with Water Heaters Plus. They replaced my hot water tank and were incredibly efficient, quick, and tidy. The team was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions and doing an excellent job overall. Also, the cost for replacement was much lower than other quotes I received for the same hot water tank. Highly recommend!

Nothing but a pleasure to deal with from the initial conversation to the end of the install. I had another company come out to inspect a leaking water heater and quoted us $3,800+ because we had Quest Polybutylene lines and they would need to replace all of them. Our tech arrived day of service and he assured me there would be no issues with the lines as he wouldn’t need to even touch them. The whole install took maybe two hours from arrival to finish. We now have a nice new 12 year water heater and when it comes time to replace again I know who I am going to call!

Water Heaters Plus is the REAL DEAL! Where do I start but keep it short…..? Our 75 gal water heater crashed after 13 years of service. I called Safe Plumbing, Fire and Ice & Eco in that order. They each sent techs out the same day , which was GREAT but then quoted replacement of a 75gal heater between $5,500 - $9,600….. I’ll disclose that it was Safe Plumbing that provided the $9,600 quote along with high pressure sales….. Realizing prices are high with this terrible economy, I was NOT expecting this level of pricing for a replacement water heater. I just happened to look and find Water Heaters Plus (WHP) on Google and called them in the early evening on the same day these other jokers were at the house. I spoke with Dave and he asked a few questions and then quoted me $3,225 for the SAME EXACT make and model as the other companies so I set up the replacement apt with Dave…. WHP came out the next day, asked my wife where the heater was located and she didn’t hear from them until after the install had been completed an hour or so later. Really GREAT experience! All three of the other companies called that day asking what direction I wanted to go. When I told them I selected WHP each of them went on to tell me that “They will replace it with an inferior heater” or “They will cut corners on this and that…”, Etc. WHP did NOT cut corners and did a fantastic job.

It’s really a buyer beware situation and customers need to call to get multiple quotes, even if you’re desperate. I think these other folks promote a culture that takes advantage of the customer’s desperation to maximize their revenue at the expense of the consumer and that is unfortunate and NOT right.

Thank you Water Heaters Plus for providing great and timely service at a fair price and for being the “Good Guys” in this situation! I will definitely be referring you to anyone in need of a new heater moving forward.

We had a terrific experience with this company. We had a complicated system with two separate 19-year-old tankless water heaters--one at each end of our wide ranch style home--and both began malfunctioning at the same time. Jason presented us with two options and estimates for addressing this. Replacing both heaters with a single one involved a lot more re-plumbing labor but ended up less expensive than buying and simply replacing the two original ones. We chose that, and their friendly and courteous workers did all the work the next day. It's working great now. Highly recommend this company.

They were more affordable than other quotes we received, and even though the job turned out to be more complicated than expected, Ekoue and Jalen went above and beyond with their professionalism and commitment to getting the job done right and on time. Had Water Heater Plus replace my water heater and I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the company overall.
1. So easy to work with, communication was effective and prompt and zero pressure to make the purchase - my request for a quote was quickly followed up with a call. I received updated quotes for changes I requested (I asked to replace my thermal expansion tank and to have my carpeted stairs to the basement protected . Also very much appreciated their recommendation to replace a gate valve with a ball valve.
2. The group that came to perform the installation, Jeff, Sam and AJ were very professional - courteous, respectful of my property, and cleaned up well after the job. I was present during the installation and was very impressed with the quality of their work.

Great service and price. Had a significant leak in the inner tank of my 10yo water heater that required replacement. Called Water Heaters Plus on Thursday and they had a new water heater installed in less than 24 hours. Josh the tech was friendly, efficient and very professional. Would highly recommend this company as they don’t give you the runaround that the others do.

Excellent work by Jeff the Plumber. Very tidy, efficient install and cleaned up everything. New hybrid water heater is great. Everyone should include Water Heaters Plus in their preferred vendors list. Price was much better than the other 3 plumbers we contacted. Their communication is excellent.
