Excellent experience this week as always! Installed a replacement furnace the next morning in their very busy schedule. They didn't even charge for the previous repair calls since we did the needed replacement. Professionalism and courtesy was shared by everyone we dealt with in the company. Thank you!

Billy Townsend was professional and personable from the call to advise he was on the way to the end of the service call. He checked each component and identified and repaired the problem quickly on the outside unit. When checking the Nest thermostat he found a common wire not connected that could cause a problem later down the road, connected it after explaining completely. I appreciate the explanation of the problem and the solution he provided. He also renewed my service agreement and reminded me of how the agreement works. The hottest week in OK. Waking up at 6am to 80 degrees! Not knowing who to call. So glad I contacted TS Heat & Air. Although there was going to be a delay of one day due to the workload and the extreme heat, it was worth it. I was told I'd be called 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving. Chris called and I met him at my place. He diagnosed the situation, had to climb onto the roof to access the outside unit. It's that scary moment where you wonder what you are going to be told? I certainly did not want to hear I needed to replace the unit! He replaced the capacitor, added some freon, and I"m glad to say this evening it's a very comfortable 72 degrees in my home! Thank you Chris for your professionalism and honesty! I highly recommend TS Heat & Air. I do appreciate the integrity I experienced. Everyone stay cool this summer!

I’ve used TS for years but will not use them again. 6 weeks ago my Freon was low and the tech used a cylinder I own and got me going quickly and for the cost of a service charge. Today, it is not cooling well and I asked the tech to use my Freon to charge it up and was told it was against company policy. Talked to Cathy, GM, same result. I know I need a new unit, have been trying to get through the heat before I get a replacement so I can do it right. Anyway, done with TS. They obviously don’t need my business.

TS Heat & Air had serviced our existing system since we bought our home since they had installed the system. We wanted to upgrade to a better system since ours was getting much older. They quoted us a great price and their work is impeccable!! I cannot recommend them highly enough! We have a 94% efficient Lennox HVAC system for a wonderful price!!!! Thank TS

T S did our unit when we built our house 19 years ago, they have done all maintenance and work on it since then, they installed a new unit for us yesterday. They arrived when they said they would, did a great and time efficient job, they were polite and DID NOT leave trash strewn about. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any and all heat/ac needs!! Eric and Ricky did a fabulous job!!

I've used TS before and they were great. So when my AC went out in my new house, I didn't hesitate to call them again. They responded fast and were out within 90 minutes. Billy T and Jed were the lucky ones to climb up in my hot attic. Billy explained everything to me after he diagnosed the fan motor issue and then gave me a breakdown of all the costs. Extremely professional and just overall pleasant to deal with, these two together knocked it out of the park. Call them if you have any issues. Oh, and get a maintenance agreement with them. I signed up so hopefully I can avoid these things in the future.

Billy Townsend was my tech today, and he was VERY professional, very kind, very knowledgeable and he broke down everything I needed to know to where I could comprehend and understand what was happening with my system. He was completely thorough in every little detail. He took his time to make sure he could do everything he possibly could do to keep myself and my family comfortable; he didn't leave until everything was looked over properly, and I was satisfied with the work. He does phenomenal work. I would recommend this company to anyone, but if you're going with them, definitely ask for Billy if possible. He's awesome and funny to boot, and puts you at ease, even when the situation is stressful. Thank you so much for the great experience!

I had recently bought a home with TS Heat and Air sticker on the thermostat, thinking sure, I will give them a try.

So glad i had called, Office personnel was very helpful , courteous, just plain great customer service. The technician called 30 mins. ahead of time as i had been informed he would. I had TS Heat & Air out to set up and configure my Nest thermostat with my heat pump. While the first technicians that came out we're unfamiliar with my setup, they were very friendly, professional, and did not bill me for the call.

The second tech that came out (Jerry) was very good and knew exactly how to configure everything to get my heat pump running with my Nest for winter. He even returned a bit later to resolve another issue that popped up due my system being overcharged from a previous service technician from another company.

Overall, they were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. After this excellent experience, I highly recommend them and would use them again without question should the need arise.

Prices were very reasonable also. Tried several others before calling TS and they said all was OK, took my money and left.

We bought a new home and TS had installed the Heat & Air system. We were having low air flow in one room and it was very uncomfortable. We were still under warranty, and called them. TS came out and made some changes to the duct work right away! They stand behind their work 100% Happy customer here.

I was needing to find a new HVAC company regarding my heater for a checkup and noise issues with the air filters when I see a TV ad for 49.00 maintenance special. I googled them and the reviews were all very good! Don came out and was excellent in finding the issue. He replaced my noisy filters and checked the unit. He explained all he had done in great detail. He was very helpful, polite and pleasant! I will definitely be a repeat costumer!

I have been using T and s for years and never any issues but I was left a little disappointed with my last interaction with the company. My ac went out and they diagnosed it as needing a new compressor and I would be getting a call or email on what the cost of the replacement would be. I didn't get an email from them and have followed up with them twice and still no email or price on replacement. It's been 3 weeks since initially calling them out. So I've had to look for a new company to do the work.

Last week my heater was malfunctioning, upon inspection from a TS Heat & Air technician it was discovered that there was a significant CO leak in my furnace. Obviously the unit had to be replaced, and even though I was without heat for a few days, I am very pleased with their service. I am sure they all have to deal with angry and frustrated customers often, but every time I called with questions needed for my warranty company they were responsive and kind. Brooke, Gabe, Gary and Steven were all wonderful and I am so thankful for their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend their service.

If you are looking for a company to meet your HVAC needs whether you are building your dream home or have a unit that was installed years ago you can’t find ANYONE better! They will go above and beyond in making sure you are happy. They truly care about their customers. They were the answer to my prayers in making sure my home was comfortable for my daughter who is very sick and requires constant oxygen support. When the temperature is above 80 degrees it is difficult for her to breathe. TS Heat and Air, through their technician Chris, moved mountains in making sure that when my daughter comes home from the hospital she will be in a cool and comfortable home even when the outside temperature is over 100 degrees. They were the answer to my prayer. I thank God for TS!!!

I have used TS Heat and Air for years. I have NEVER had anything but positive experiences. The office staff is very professional, friendly, quick to respond and accommodating. They don't want to leave anyone stuck in the heat or cold. The technicians are amazing and so friendly as well. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is in order. I have yearly tune ups with them and have had a couple of small repairs in the past. The prices are fair and they are upfront about costs from the beginning. Amazing service, reputable company, who is reliable also!!! They had a sticker on my old thermostat And when I called them the phone number and the company was still in business.! It was about 20 years old and I called them. They we're still in business, understood the equipment and fixed the problem immediately without breaking my budget, and installed the new thermostat controller that was a modern and up to date one, and very easy to use!!! I reached out to inquire about your services and acceptable payment methods for commercial work. Unfortunately, the representative who answered the phone greeted me with a very unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. I was so taken aback that I felt compelled to call back and inform management about the poor experience.

Thankfully, the manager I spoke with was polite, informative, and helpful. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the accurate information they provided.

However, I strongly recommend evaluating the phone etiquette and tone of the initial representative. Anyone seeking assistance especially regarding services deserves to be greeted and supported respectfully, not met with a dismissive or unwilling attitude. It was also concerning that the representative hung up on me after I asked for her name and provided incorrect information about your services.
