We definitely recommend Jake!!! He is the only plumber we use, very very nice and does great work. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! You will not be disappointed with Jake and his partner.

Andrew and his assistant Jake did an awesome job replacing our hot water heater. They arrived on time, went right to work, and finished in a reasonable time. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Would use them again.

Called Jake's plumbing this morning had someone come out within 2 hours fixed the problem within a hour. Brenden was super helpful, and knowledgeable and professional. Will be using Jake's from now on for all my plumbing needs.

Need an expert plumber that won't charge you an arm and a leg? Then call Jake's Plumbing! Jake sent Brendon out and he fixed the drain pipe that a previous plumber sabotaged! Brendon not only got on my roof to unclog the vent, he trimmed the tree limbs and cleaned out that side of my gutter while he was at it! And didn't charge me extra to do it!

After buying a home for my first time I quickly realized that my home inspector dropped the ball and left me withwa plumbing nightmare. My home warranty company wouldn't cover anything and I had to replace entire sewer line to the main. Jake and his guy kept our scheduled time even with 6 inches of snow on the ground! I am forever grateful and will be a lifetime customer. Great company to do business with.

Jake and Brendon are great at their craft. Brendon came out to check out my leaking water heater and let Jake know the parts that were needed to be picked up. They replaced my water heater and also replaced my inlet and outlet lines that were rotting. The lines were rotting due to the previous plumber's neglect. They were made from cheaper materials and were not meant for gas heaters. I appreciate their honesty. Brendon saved me from a potential water line bursting. They clean after themselves, arrived at a timely manner, and had a fair price. Don't hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs.

Had some plumbing issues with our new house, Jake came out first thing the next day and snaked it. Unfortunately the problem happened again a few days later, but Jake came out first thing in the morning again and fixed it. He's very helpful and informative, as well as affordable. Will definitely be using him in the future!

We have used Jake 3-4 times. We love Jake and his crew! No matter how busy they are they always try to get out the same day or as soon as possible. Trustworthy and honest. Does what is needed and never upsale us. Very reasonable in price!

Brendon and Brandon were very professional and came out within an hour of calling. He cut all the old kitchen pipes down to the stack and replaced both sink drain pipes. Will call again when hot water tank goes. Brendon came out today 2/19/24 and repaired my outside faucet and snaked my tub and did a great job as usual.

Brendan was extremely knowledgeable and very reassuring in helping us with our never ending plumbing problem. He made time for us in the middle of his already busy schedule. Great service! Called Monday night and had someone at my house by 10 am the next morning. Fully cleaned up after repair. Professional, friendly and very affordable. Will only use Jake for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I have used Jake’s plumbing in the past and have had nothing but good things to say about them. They were always very responsive, really nice and did great work for a decent price. However, I called them last week to make an appointment, was told to text them my info and that they would call me thirty minutes before they planned to show up the next day. I never heard from them the next day, so I texted them again saying that I knew they were busy, but if they couldn’t make it out that day I would just like to know if they planned on coming out the next day or following the weekend. Six days have past and I still haven’t heard back. I just tried calling them again because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and see if I can still work with them because they’ve been the best in the past. They didn’t answer and their voicemail box was full, which leads me to believe that I’m not the only one having this issue.

Funny thing was, I was driving a couple blocks from my house a couple of days ago when I saw a bright green truck with “Jake’s Plumbing” on the back window. I WANTED to roll down my window and ask the gentleman what the deal was with their business. But I’m not really confrontational and have no idea what the gentleman’s business is going through.

So while I may not know why I’ve been ghosted by Jake’s Plumbing, based on previous experiences I’d say it’s worth giving them a shot, but if you feel like it’s at all difficult to reach someone there, just move on to someone else. They don’t seem to have a large enough team to handle the amount of inquiries they receive.

Had an issue with our kitchen sink clogging up. Called Jake's and within a day had Brenden came out and fixed the issue! He was super personable and didn't hesitate to explain what was going on. Very genuine and very very reasonably priced!!

We reached out late in the day when we were having issues with our water heater. They got out within 30 minutes and got us going. We agreed it was time to replace the water heater and they were out the next day. They communicated every step of the way, upheld their commitments, the pricing was fair and the work was done well, everything you can ask for.

Jake's Plumbing (Brenden) came out and found an issue from a previous plumber. Brendan was able to get my line unstuck and let me know that roots were the problem. He went above and beyond what most people would do to try to help me solve this problem. I cannot say enough positive about this experience, especially after having such a bad experience with another company. I will definitely use this company from now on exclusively!!!

Wow. I really can not say enough great things! Honest and fair pricing, super fast and high quality service, friendly and respectful. Jake answered all my questions and walked me through what I needed to know. I don't like hiring someone at random, without a recommendation from someone I know, but it was an emergency- and I am so glad I picked Jake's Plumbing! Imagine my horror when I entered the laundry room to discover it had been flooded by a dripping water heater! Even though he was on his way to another job, Jake was at my house within 15 minutes of my call to stop the leakage and assess the problem. Then he kindly squeezed us in between his already scheduled jobs the very next day- less than 24 hours without hot water! The price he quoted us was exactly what he charged and he and his assistant Brendan were quick and informative. I am beyond impressed. I picked Jake's plumbing because of his excellent reviews- you should too!

You will absolutely not find a better plumber, these fellas, are personable, helpful, will walk you through how to fix basic issues yourself, will explain everything they’re doing and why, they never over charge and they’re incredibly genuine. My family has been going to them for years, and we will never change plumbers. They are honest, and do excellent work. This time they fixed two sinks and a tub, in around an hour. You want your stuff done right? Go to them.

Needed them today 10/15/24 they came same day fixed my issue and got rid of a broken branch that was digging a hold in my roof.

I have had nothing but great experiences using Jake's Plumbing over many different jobs. They are friendly, fast, and they do high-quality work at reasonable prices.

5/2021 - Called another plumber, who had me wait 2 days for an apt, then didn't show or call (even after rescheduling). Called Jake and he was here inside of an hour, and fixed my shower leak quickly & perfectly, while showing excellent customer service skills. This is a no-brainer - Jake is my plumber! He should be yours, too.

6/2023 Update - I've called Jake's twice more, on other issues, and each time had very fast, world-class service. Jake & Brendan are simply the best, by far.

Just had Brendan over 2 days after I spoke with Jake on the phone. Excellent work, professional, reasonable, friendly and courteous. He replaced one outside faucet, repaired another and cleaned out a slow draining sink. I will be using Jakes for all my future plumbing needs. I suggest you do the same.
