Jake’s plumbing is a life saver. They have done all my plumbing work, great service and prices. I love the quick response time as well.

I’ve been using Jake’s plumbing for three or so years. I am slow to review. They are really good guys, Jake, Brendon and Brandon. I highly recommend this company. They know what they are doing and they treat you like they would like to be treated.

Jake and his crew were super helpful in an emergency situation. Brendan and Brandon arrived in the afternoon and had the situation fixed in an hour or so. They were insightful, joyful and energetic. And the prices were fair, too. Would recommend them to anyone.

I called Jake's today with a slow drain. I was expecting someone would be out in a day or two. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call back and someone here in about an hour. Brendan spent a lot of time running the snake from the roof and checking the clean-out. Even when I thought he was done he ran another snake through my washer drain. He was very polite and professional. He did a great job cleaning up after himself. Price was reasonable. I will use them again if needed in the future.

Our pilot went out on our year old hot water tank. I called Jake's to make an appointment and was told they would be in our area later that day (BONUS with crazy weather in January). After speaking with my husband, he made it clear he didn't want to pay a plumber to come by until he had a chance to look at further that evening once he was off work. So, I messaged Jake and asked for a tentative appointment for the next day, "just in case." In the meantime, I was not looking forward to being without hot water all day. Needless to say, by 11 am Jake had sent me a text saying he was going to be in my area anyway, and that if he could get my pilot lit there would be no charge just for that. He didn't want us to be without hot water if we didn't have to be. He was by within the hour and had my pilot relit in a matter of minutes, while also showing me how to do it myself- in case I were ever in need of it again. Jake is a great guy and runs an honest, trustworthy company. I know several people who use them and have nothing but positive things to say. Use them next time you have a plumbing need. You will not be disappointed in the pricing or customer service!

We came home to a flooding bathroom and nauseating sewer water quickly traveling towards our master bedroom. We called Jake's Plumbing, after hours, and he was ringing our door bell before we could even start mopping up the water! He quickly discovered we had a clogged sewer line and someone had poured concrete on the area we needed to unscrew to flush our system. He had the concrete broken up, and system back in order within 30 minutes! His cost was very reasonable and the amount of money, insurance dealings, and time we saved avoiding all that water damage is priceless.
He is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We are so thankful and will use Jake's Plumbing from now on. Its hard to find a trustworthy business, but the reviews on this page speak for themselves. You wont regret calling them.

I called Jake's Plumbing to schedule a quote, he was able to make it out same day ( all the others I had called required a different day to get a quote). After looking at it he told me it would be a quick job and he could do it today. Previous quotes from other companies were too high in cost, I had to schedule a quote, then schedule a day to fix it, all this made me feel defeated, but 1 called to Jake's Plumbing and it is fixed!!! Jake not only fixed it he also was very informative he educated me about what he was doing. I asked lots of questions and he explained and wasn't annoyed by me asking. Thank you Jake!!! Jake is a lifesaver! Our family spent an entire week without hot water. We had a man come out and perform a diagnostic to locate the leak. My dad didn’t realize this was merely a diagnostic and no maintenance was going to be performed. This alone cost $320. This actually left us worse off because 4/5 plumbers I called would not perform any repairs without their own diagnostic. Heaven sent, Jake was willing to replace a slab leak line overhead. We now have hot water! Thank you to Jake and your impressive staff!

After mentioning I was having plumbing issues to a friend at work, he told me that his family had just wrapped up a plumbing repair and to give Jake’s plumbing at try. I was hesitant because the other plumbers that were called out to service the leaking pipe (through my home insurance) liked playing the waiting/looking for a part game. I reached out to Jake’s plumbing and about two days later they sent a team out and was able to fix the leak within a hour. Truly amazed by their knowledge and work ethic.

Hands down the best in business. Jake got us a new water heater installed a while back and took the old one out, all in record time. Educated us too over the phone on how to maintain things ourselves. If you’re reading this, just stop and call him up, you’re in good hands with Jake’s Plumbing.

Jake saved us a bunch of money! My tankless water heater failed due to old age. I had 4 other plumbing companies come through with the lowest quote being $4700. Jake explained what was going on and explained how to find a water heater that would directly replace the one I had. I was able to order the water heater myself. Jake installed it and saved me over $2000. I appreciate that Jake was willing to take time to explain things to me. He's definitely going to be my go-to plumber from now on. Brendon got the work done fast and the work he did looks neat, organized, and professional.

This was for water heater replacement I had a leak. I called and they made it out within 20 min of the call the price was significantly less then previously quoted from other businesses. And by the time I went to the bank and got back they were already done. Two guys came out as well as the owner and they were all extremely courteous great customer service worked with me and explained everything. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Jake and his team did a great job. I recently had leaks on 2 of my sinks and toilet. The job was done professionally. Jake seems to have long time experience. The job was done well and with no issues. I would recommend Jake's plumbing for you all. I will definitely use them again next time.

Jake handled the quote quickly and clearly, and the final price came in at about half of what we expected, which is the kind of surprise you actually want. Brendan took care of the repair and was great to work with. He explained everything as he went, had us back up and running in no time, and even hauled off the old heater so we didn’t end up with a new “lawn ornament.” They left the place spotless and were friendly from start to finish. I’ll definitely be telling my clients this is the plumbing team to call.
