They did a great job creating a water feature that has a waterfall, lights, and plants around it that we will enjoy for a long time! This was all accomplished in a small backyard. When the job was finished, they cleaned everything up and left our yard in perfect shape for us to enjoy our new view of the waterfall.

Backyard Depot created a roughly 2500 gallon koi pond and landscaping to go with it, for us. Keith, Cooper, Hunter and all the guys are very knowledgeable and great to work with. The pond has a series of three falls, underwater lighting, two sitting areas and beautiful very natural looking landscaping to go with it. We absolutely love it. Would highly recommend them.

Keith, Cooper, Hunter, and their guys did an awesome job on our koi pond! They upgraded our rock and water feature and absolutely blew it out of the park! They showed up when they said that would and finished before the schedule they gave us. We are very happy with them! Use backyard depot for all of your koi pond projects, I know we will going forward!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
We hired Backyard Depot to do a pool deck (cement), drainage & landscaping. The day they were to start we had to reach out to find out they wouldn't start for 2 more weeks. They started and would work 1-3 hours a day and wouldn't accomplish anything. Then it came time to do drainage - all I can say is they created a bigger mess and more flooding than we already had. They showed up with a couple of shovels (to level our yard) and some sod. Added a couple of random drains - and then we got RAIN!!! We are now almost 2 months into our project and Keith (the owner) realizes he cannot complete our job - so YES he did do a partial refund and we had to search and find someone to come and fix their mess!!! This entire project has been a nightmare - no communication - changing what we signed on the contract. We had to monitor their work because the owner wasn't. He would show up and say all the right things and acknowledge how bad things were - YET, he never followed through on promises. It is now June 12 and our yard is still not done!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Backyard Depot is a fantastic company. Honest, friendly. Hardworking. The owner . Keith, runs a tight ship and seems to hire only the best guys. We like every one of his staff.
They built and maintain our Koi pond and backyard landscaping. We couldn’t be more pleased. They check on our pond when it freezes over in winter to be sure our fish are fine. We even bought our koi from Keith at a fraction of the price other co were selling them for.

These guys are great! Extremely friendly and professional. They are very good at listening to what you want and applying their expertise, resulting in fantastic final product. We will be doing more landscaping stuff in the future and I will definitely be using them again.

After emailing through their website they got back with me within a few hours. I told them I needed a quick clean and new pump and they scheduled me fast. I can see the bottom of my pond. I am very happy with their work and professionalism. They will definitely be my pond go to team.
