Went to the 2019 Home & Garden Show and found The Groutsmith. They came out, gave us an extremely reasonable estimate and we booked them to be back in less than a week. We are so pleased with the work from The Groutsmith. The grout on our white tile floor was black from 25 years of grunge. They made it look brand new. The employee they sent worked 7 - 8 hours straight with no lunch or breaks. The work they do is all done by hand...no machines that could tear up the tile. He was on his hands and knees with a brush to color and seal the grout after it was cleaned. He was so polite and smiled whenever we interrupted him to ask a question. Our home looks so good now. We gave them 5 stars as they are truly the best.

Groutsmith Tulsa did a fantastic job on our shower! We tried EVERYTHING to clean our stone shower. The old vinegar & Dawn mix, many OTC cleaners, my husband even power washed it! We just couldn't get the grout clean & the stone to not have that powder chalk look to it! Groutsmith came & worked hard until it was right! It looks BEAUTIFUl & it's so clean! They showed up when they said they would, the price was reasonable for all the hard work, & we are very, very happy! Will definitely have them back & recommend them to anyone!

Our tile floors are just a few years old but were looking bad. It was white grout and it got dirty easily. Even though it was cleaned weekly, it just never looked good. We hired Groutsmith to clean and recolor all the grout in our tile floors to a light gray to match the tile. Dillon was friendly and professional. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. Our floors now look so clean and crisp. We're glad we hired them.

I hired Grout Smith to redo our grout and caulking in our shower. Dillon the owner came out gave me a reasonable estimate. We hired him he came on time and did a phenomenal job! To say I’m happy is an understatement. He took his time and did exactly what he proposed to do. It’s hard to find someone to exceed all areas of the job but Dillon did. I’ll definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

I just had a massive amount of work done at our home, everything from painting to flooring to lights and cabinet refinishing. The one thing that made the biggest impact was the tile & grout cleaning. Dillon cleaned all the tile floors and recolored the grout, then sealed it all so it would stay pretty. He also fixed up our (new!) shower that was already showing major wear, and told me how to keep it looking nice much longer. He was patient and cheerful throughout, happy to work around the other contractors as needed. Highly recommend!

Groutsmith was AMAZING -Dillon was incredibly hardworking. I bought a home with 100% tile floors, the prior owner had used a wax based product on them that left a gross sticky film. Dillon was able to remove all of it, clean the follows, and recolor and seal the grout. The house looks brand new!

I contracted with Dillon to repair the grout in my master shower. Dillon arrived as agreed and repaired the grout. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, the grout broke up and he returned to repair it. After only a few more weeks the grout collapsed again around the drain in the same spot. After contacting Dillon, he stated he would repair the grout with a different material, and we agreed he would come back after the shower had completely dried. That was over two months ago and he has completely ghosted me since. He has not returned my many calls, emails, or text messages. I'm really disappointed, as he was a personable guy and seemed sincere. Unfortunately, my experience is that Dillon does good work, but if there is a problem, then you're completely on your own. I'm now faced with hiring another tile specialist to repair what I already paid Dillon a significant amount to do. Lesson learned.

I was shocked when Dillon contacted me more than 3 months after our initial conversation about the grout repair issue. He explained that a family emergency out of state required him to essentially close the business until it was resolved. He was very apologetic and admitted he should have let me know of the situation. He returned and completed a warranty repair, and I'm hopeful that this repair will be successful.

This guy is a JOKE!
At first we loved the overall product. The price was really competitive. The floor looks good.... it's the followup whereas the problem. There is none.
To start we have a new build house. Called them just after we purchased... months. This isn't a 20 year old run down home.
We had Dillon come in and do our home. 2 bathrooms. Shower. . Kitchen laundry room..... And no complaints; didn't even try to negotiate the cost.
He showed up... did the job over several days ( longer that anticipated ) but we didn't mind.... fast forward.
During the initial consult he really boasted about how his company is better and differnt. He offers an annual service to come in and clean and touch up your tile. To keep it looking great. He boast a warranty.
We now 2nd year comes.... it took many phone calls to hear back and schedule an appointment. But, finally it happened. He did the annual service.
Then about a month later. Grout started peeling in areas... should not be a big deal... but now GHOST! GONE! .he won't return a call. Return a text. Nothing.
We aren't even asking for free service..... we just wanted the area addressed.
Maybe they are not available? Something has come up???
Nope! .. because after weeks of trying to reach them. My wife called from another phone number. And low behold, they called back and left message; thinking we were a NEW customer. Hmm? Weired 😒.
Now again, no contact.
So now we further inspection the tile....
Up close inspection.. the quell is not so great. Smearing all over. [We thought was part of the time coloring... nope] . It lazy smear of the grout sealer. If we run really hard it will come off...
So.... really, overall but great work and even worst customer service. Just insulting and disrespectful to a client.
If you dont want to do something. Just say it. But, a good person should stand behind their work ...

Dillion was very easy to work with and highly would recommend. We had a house with probably 10 year old travertine tiles that a lot of the grout had worn away or needed some TLC in our kitchen and in our shower. He made everything look brand new and my only regret is we didn’t have him out sooner. I would highly recommend and give him a shot. It’s a locally owned business and he actually cares about the work he does which is hard to come by. I didn’t get a ton of before and after but wanted to post what I had. Our showers and floors look brand new!

Travis did a phenomenal job and squeezed me in the same day I reached out. Communicated throughout the day to keep me updated and showed up when he said he would. Such a great guy to do business with and highly recommend!
