Shower grouting needed repair/updating on floor. Initially the communication indicated just 'repairing' in a band aid type of way but my wife and I had the understanding that the removal of grouting needed to take place with concerns of mildew. The appointment was made and the understanding was not clear to him so we postponed. After a conversation with the sales person who quoted the call and an understanding of the expectation clarity was established and another appointment with the 'repair' completed. After observation we are pleased and even moreso since using it for 4 days. Our concerns were clarified and a pleasant, professional atmosphere existed throughout the process with the work completion in a timely manner. THANX

Dillon did an excellent job. He even agreed to come on an early Sunday morning. He explained everything that he was going to do. My floors and counters look great. Like new. Angela is an exceptional receptionist. She handled my requests/messages with great professionalism. All in all a GREAT experience. Very pleased.

The floors of my recently purchased house were really bad. The grout was all different shades of grey and that made the floors look dirty even after cleaning. The groutsmith refurbished the floors and showers and now they look new. Plus, their price was the least expensive quote I got! I will call them again for sure . Now, whenever I look at my floors, I feel happy.

Excellent service! Andrew was prompt, professional and efficient. He restored the grout on my large kitchen and utility room floors, and what a difference! The grout against the [almost all] white tile had become dark and nasty looking and I could NOT get it clean. The floor looks new now and I couldn't be more pleased. Groutsmith cleaned and sealed all the tile and grout in our home. I had no idea how dirty the grout and tiles were until I saw the finished product. All the discoloration was gone and the imperfections were covered. The floors look brand new. I was amazed and so pleased with the result. And there is a 10 yr warranty on the sealer! I wish I had done this when we first bought the house.

We had the Groutsmith of Tulsa perform two jobs for us.

First, they redid our shower grout. There were a couple of hiccups with the color of grout in the beginning, but the end result turned out great. Or so I thought. The work on the shower was completed in May 2017 and did look great then. Just two months later, the "new" grout is coming up and disappearing through the drain. I understood there to be a clear coat to protect it on top, but I don't think the grout would be coming up if the clear coat was doing its job. I was hopeful the new grout would last more than two months.

The also resealed our granite kitchen tops. After nine years our granite was in very good condition, but I had read they we should reseal to prevent any issues. So we did this. Unfortunately, our granite looks worse now. I wish I would not have done it. I will say that the Groutsmith did try to reseal them again, but the results were the same and again they looked worse after the second time than the first. It was explained to us that the countertops may have been scratched and then the clear coat they put on it gets in those cracks and causes white spots.

I thought I asked enough questions and thought I asked the right questions, but in the end, the results were not as we had hoped.

I am so glad I hired Groutsmith of Tulsa to clean and seal my white 60's tile bathroom floor! It looks like new again! It has bugged me for years. Dylan and Angela have been so nice and easy to communicate with. We have scheduled to do the same to the wall around the tub and caulk the tub. Can't wait!

I have high textured porcelain tile and 3 german shepherds...Dillon made my floors look brand new. The tile itself is as beautiful as the day it was installed. And, the grout, wow, it looks fabulous...uniform AND sealed. He has given me tips to keep the floors looking great, but I am happy he is only a phone call away. Very thorough, professional and service oriented. He has earned a new loyal customer! Holidays are coming and I'm so happy my floors are beautiful again!

All contacts with Groutsmith of Oklahoma before I hired them were informative, courteous and responsive. Telephone and email contacts/requests were handled professionally and promptly. The sales rep/estimator arrived on time, answered all questions, and left no doubt that he and the company were professionally staffed, knowledgeable and experienced. The work crew arrived on time, were courteous and professional. The floors look better than they ever have since we moved in six years ago. I doubt that the floors were ever sealed or cleaned professionally prior to this. House is 15 years old. Super job by all concerned. They earned a Five Star rating. Highly recommended.

They did a great job cleaning my floors and showers and all the people were very friendly. I'm really grateful that my grout is sealed because of how good my kids are at making a mess. It cleans up very easily. My favorite part may be the cleaners that they sell. It is so hard to find something that is safe and that works! The cleaners make it really easy to keep my floors and showers looking nice long after the workers left. I recommend them to everyone I can.

We used Groutsmiths of OK in March 2018 to clean and refinish the tile and grout in a large walk-in shower, resurface the grout in the master bathroom and kitchen floors, and seal our granite countertops.

I contacted Groutsmiths via the online request form and received a response the same day. Angela assisted me over the phone with scheduling and instructions to prep for the services. She responds to messages promptly, is very knowledgeable and professional.

Dillon came onsite for our initial consultation and also performed the work. During the consultation we were pleased that he was knowledgeable and forthcoming with tips and information even prior to securing the job. While onsite to perform the work, Dillon was thorough and tidy, as well as polite and personable. We are pleased with the products that the Groutsmiths use, especially since the floors and countertops only a require a few hours to dry before they can be used again. Aftercare instructions are provided verbally as well as in a follow up email. Since we booked a large job, we were given their Green and Gold cleaning products complimentary. As a perfectionist, I am obsessed with the Gold formula for mopping, absolutely no streaks or stickiness!

Another perk worth noting is that Groutsmith invoices are due at the conclusion of services and can be paid online. I loved the convenience of the emailed receipt with payment option.

After a few weeks we noticed that the grout color was starting to come off in the master shower. I notified Angela, and Dillon returned a few weeks later to resurface the problem areas. They follow through when they say that satisfaction is guaranteed, and they are sincere about it. You can tell that Dillon takes personal pride in his work and wants you to be happy with it.

We were very satisfied with the work performed by the Groutsmiths and will be using them to maintain our tile and granite surfaces in the future. Highly recommend!

We built a new house only 2 years ago in a neighborhood with extremely hard water. I tried everything to clean my shower floor. Nothing worked. I called Groutsmith. They came out and gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment. I can't believe the great job I received and the professionalism of their company. The problem turned out to be so severe that they had to make a return visit with stronger equipment. They did the job they said they would do at the price they quoted. I am extremely please with the results I got. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am very pleased in every aspect with my association with Groutsmith of Tulsa for the work performed in my bathroom and powder room. The grout in my bathroom was dirty looking and impossible to clean with the standard bathroom cleaners and scrub brushes and a cracked tile needed to be replaced. My powder room had small marble tiles that looked dingy and in some places you couldn't differentiate between the grout and the white tiles. Both floors now look like new! Also, I did not feel any annoying sales pressure. The person who came and discussed what Groutsmith could do, answered all my questions and provided the estimate was very pleasant and professional, and that goes for the person who performed the actual dirty work as well. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Groutsmith without hesitation.

recently had Groutsmith give me an estimate and perform grout cleaning on two bathrooms. It was great! very professional. The personnel were very nice and courteous. the bathrooms look great!. My niece referred me to Groutsmith and she will be receiving a check for the referral. They just began a referral incentive program. Groutsmith does a great job on all our tile work! We flip houses here locally and use them whenever grout work is needed. They have also done work on our personal home by cleaning our full tiled shower. I was glad they did it and spent about 5 hours on it because I would have never devoted that much time to making it look brand new again. They are professional and always on time. Dylan was polite, prompt and professional. He worked three full days to clean the tile throughout my home and two tile showers. Then he sealed the grout with color seal. It looks fantastic, absolutely brand new! Also, the process was not at all inconvenient, as the materials and cleaners he used actually had a pleasant smell. He made sure to dry it out completely. I am completely satisfied, and will recommend him very highly.
