Ronald helped us out by fixing some things that came up on our house inspection for the house we are selling. Very fast, efficient, and friendly guy! Appreciate his hardwork!

Our hot surface ignitor went out this afternoon and I was in a panic! Ron was here an hour and a half early than he said he’d be here and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly! Professional, priced reasonably and very nice guy! We will definitely be repeating customers. Thank you so much Ron!!

Immediately answered my phone call and made time to come and look at and repair my furnace during these negative temp days. They were extremely polite and professional. They took time to explain what was going on and how they were fixing it. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if we run into anymore problems!

When I woke up this morning a little before 8am I realized that our AC wasn’t working properly. Of course it just happen to be the 4th of July when a lot of heat and air companies are closed. I went ahead and reached out to Bowling Heat and Air to find out they were doing service calls! They scheduled an appointment and actually showed up on time! Ron quickly assessed the issue and got our unit up and running again. He even stayed to make sure the temperature started to lower in our house. We were expecting to pay an arm and a leg since it was a holiday but we were pleasantly surprised when we got the invoice that Bowling didn’t higher their prices just simply because it was a holiday. We will be using them again in the future for any needs and will certainly refer them to our family and friends!

Ron and his partner went out of their way again to ensure that my family had air on this critically hot day. He was able to come out and replace my unit on short notice and finished the job quickly so my pregnant wife and 3 year old would be comfortable. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Exceptional service! Messaged on facebook at about 11pm about my heater not expecting to hear back until morning. About 5 minutes later I got a message back and then called to set up an appointment for the next morning! Showed up exactly when he said he would and had my heater working in about 2 minutes, then he stayed until it got up to a good temp in the house to make sure it was all working properly. Very informative and we will be using them again this spring to clean our unit and replace the AC!

Ronald was very professional and has a great work ethic. He came out for free to look at the space we need to heat and cool to make sure he wasn't selling us a machine that was too big, therefore saving us a lot of money! He was very thorough with the job and excellent at keeping in touch when new parts had to be ordered a different size. We highly recommend him and will use him in the future if needed!!

My air conditioner stopped working and I needed help. Bowling was recommended by a friend. Ron had very fast service and had my air conditioner running in less than 1/2 day. Very polite, professional, fast service. Highly recommend.

Huge thanks to Bowling Heating and Air for cooling off our house again! Our outside unit locked up this week and we decided to use their company instead of who we had previous. They were quick, friendly, trustworthy, and much easier on the pocketbook! We will be using them from now on!

Once I turned the AC on for the season -I knew something was wrong -hardly any cooling. I called Bowling and they set me up for a service call quickly. We woke up to a hot house, I called at least 5 places and could not get an appt for 3 days. I called Bowling and was seen within 3 hours and fixed the issue in 15 minutes! Bowling will be my 1st call from here on out!

We are investors in the tri-city area. Now days contractors are hard to find, good ones even harder. If you need hvac services just make a call to these folks. Quick response time, fair prices, and did what they said they would do. Can’t ask for much more than that.

Called on a Sunday after hours when it was 108° outside and our ac went out. We were expecting the worse and a sky high repair bill. They not only got back with us right away but re arranged their Monday to get to us faster. Took maybe 10 minutes to ID the problem and got us running for way less than expected. Definitely earned a lifetime customer from our family!

10/10 recommended. My ac went out overnight, I had to be at work early. I wasn't able to start calling companies until around 3pm. Everyone I called said tomorrow. Bowling said "yes,we'll be there. It may be around 5:30 or so." They showed up and had our unit working in less than 30 minutes. Our technician was professional, kind and so quick! They've gained a forever customer and I highly recommend them. We're so thankful! My sons are the most thankful. Apparently I'm not the nicest when I'm hot in our home, lol. I called Bowling Heating and Air Conditioning early on a Sunday morning, and the owner was at my house within 30 minutes!! He's very honest, very reliable, and he will do whatever he can to make sure his customers are taken care of!! His prices are very reasonable, and he has 24 hour service too. I highly recommend this company, because honesty and reliability are very important to me and my family!

Knowledgeable, HONEST, and will not overcharge or try to sell you something you don’t need! Mr. Bowling knew what was wrong with our AC after only a few minutes. Luckily we were referred to Bowling Heating and Air after paying huge markup for unnecessary part replacements from The Heat and Air Guy the day before that did not fix our AC; that is only one of several problems we encountered with their company.
If you’re looking for someone who is greatly knowledgeable, honest, professional, and won’t try to sell you something you don’t need, Bowling Heating and Air Conditioning should be your only call!! We will never use another AC company again!

Excellent service! I left Ronald a voicemail in the afternoon, and he called me back 20 minutes later and was at my house 2 hours after that to correct some wiring issues caused by the folks who’d just sold us our home cutting corners on TRR repairs. He was very nice, and even gave us a few maintenance tips and some info about our systems, which was really helpful since we’ve just purchased the home. He also quickly responded to help my mother earlier this week when her AC stopped working. We will definitely call him again for maintenance and repairs!

Service is Superb! Do not sleep on this family owned & operated Company. You will be happy & satisfied receiving the dedicated & professional service provided! I contacted Bowling to request a 2nd opinion and estimate to replace outdoor AC unit, after AC maintenance service was performed by another Company that I have been doing business with for over a few years, and an issue was discovered with the compressor. Response time was quick. Owner, Ronald, came out the next morning. Instead of just providing an estimate, he hooked up equipment, checked wires, checked refrigerant, troubleshoot the condenser issue, found an issue with a wire that should've been connected but for some odd reason it wasn't. 🤔 He fixed that, cooled down the condenser and got it working. Won't go into all the additional specific details. He didn't have to do all that extra work, knowing that the unit had already been looked at. He went above & beyond what I had called & requested for. Ronald is very knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything he was doing and looking at with the AC unit. I will be discontinuing business with other company. Bowling will be my go-to for future maintenance & service.

Ronald is the best - always courteous and quick to respond. Bowling is out favorite HVAC company. Also highly recommend them for spray foam insulation.
