Rusty and Tyler were very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They did an incredible job installing my wife and my heat and air units. They went above and beyond installing the units. Yarborough and Sons, is a First Class business!!! Highly recommend.

Jake did a great job of servicing our two tankless water heaters. He was thorough and explained the importance of annual maintenance on tankless water heaters.

Isaiah arrived earlier than quoted for same day service and was very professional. His service got our HVAC back up and running quickly.

Jacob Mayfiled did an amazing job showing us what would be best for our needs and our house. Yarbrough & Sons came out the next week and installed our HVAC. They were so polite and very clean. We are loving our new unit, especially since we’ve had some record high heat for this time of year. Our house is so cool and staying cool plus the until runs quietly. We are so pleased with it and the whole process.

Micah came out for our 6-month service on our unit and we were very pleased with him. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing.

It’s great to deal with people who have a sense of humor. Nick and Jacob were a pleasure to work with and they did a great job explaining everything.

Ben did a great job he was thorough and cleaned up after himself taking time to communicate it to me.

As of today, I haven’t had Yarbrough do any work other than give me direction on how to save on propane cost. Two very knowledgeable and respectful young men, Matt and Cole, have been to the house checking things out and helping us with info to guide us to the starting point at no charge thus far. Did get an estimate on tankless water heater but not sure yet if that will be the plan until we get the lines tested, as a heat pump is being considered also. Highly recommend this company to work with.

Paying over $275 for an inspection seems excessive. Especially when the technician found no problems. But yet the system was low of refrigerant by 2.5 pounds! Something is wrong.
I wish I could charge my customers that kind of money and tell them there is nothing wrong.
I gave three stars only because they showed up when they said they would.

The young man’s name was Cole and he was amazing and polite did a wonderful job was in and out of here in 15 minutes. I love the work you do it needed to be done even though it was a little expensive but I will call you again.

Can’t say enough good things about this company, when something isn’t what you expect, they make it right. When Joe came out to check out our old system to give us an estimate, he was very thorough and made sure to explain everything. Rusty and his crew were phenomenal when they came out to install the units. They were very professional, kind, and respected our home as if it was theirs. They made sure to clean up after everything they did. Made sure that we understood our equipment that was installed and asked many times if we had any questions. They stand behind their work, and said if we had any issues that they are just a call away. Definitely recommend them for your needs. Thank you guys so much.

Junior did an excellent job thoroughly going over my heat pump unit and gave a recommendation that was honest and true.

Since I’m on the maintenance plan this service is part of the plan. I think the plan cost $300 a year.

We had an excellent experience with Yarbrough and Sons this past weekend. Our technician, Matt, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire service call. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with our HVAC system, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

What really stood out was how thorough he was and how much care he took to make sure everything was working properly before he left. His expertise gave us peace of mind, and we felt completely relieved knowing our home was comfortable again.

We’re very impressed with both Matt and Yarbrough and Sons and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable HVAC service.

The Technicians arrived on time and completed the repair within one hour. Friendly and helpful with my over-the-shoulder questions. Appreciate getting me scheduled and getting the Part (water heater gas valve) on the same day I called to schedule it. Once again- great job Yarbrough & Sons. It’s been ten years of great service. // follow-up. // turns out the “newer” tech did not install the gas control valve correctly and it is leaking gas from the valve when the water heater fires up. Also, the valve wasn’t installed enough into the tank & is leaking water as well. Yarbrough sent out a tech by lunchtime Saturday to check on the gas leak. They plan to complete the repair Monday. // More to follow.// the same techs returned Monday afternoon.& made the repair to the leaking gas valve( water & gas leaking).
….but the $558 replacement of the Honeywell valve did not fix the water heater. It is once again shutting off intermittently the next day as it did before the recommended valve replacement. Guess I’m Calling again tomorrow. Frustrating!

Yarbrough & Sons has always provided excellent service. I like that the same technician, Phillip, comes to my house every time. He is professional, kind, and experienced.

Maintenance call led to needing a couple things fixed. Once again Yarbrough did a great job with heating and ac! Thank you Octavio & Isaiah (not sure got the correct spelling) they went above and beyond.

Called them at six pm last night. Scheduled an appointment for between 2and 4 pm the next day. At 7:45 am they called and said they had a cancellation and asked if they could head this way. Absolutely. Was a rough night with no a/c. Isiah and his helper were here by 8:20 and unit was back online within thirty minutes. Very clean, friendly, professional and they were also very thorough. They took the time to show me where I was losing air in my duck work. Made recommendations on making it more efficient. House is roughly hundred years old. Honestly I wont use anybody else from here on out. Price was the best I’ve had. Thank you so very much
