Danny was very courteous and spent a good amount of time diagnosing my issue. I appreciate his honesty. I learned a lot today about my HVAC

Dane Warner and his associate(apologies for not remembering his name) were prompt, very professional and very courteous! Dane explained once he diagnosed the plumbing problem with my front bathroom/toilet what the cheapest solution would be up to the most expensive option would be if that’s what it took to fix it!! And of course it was that, no fault of Dane’s or Yarbrough & Sons!! I’ve only used this company twice, once this summer when my capacitor went out on my outside A/C unit and today…. They are the only company I know that you can call and for the most part, they can come out the same day!! Amazing service and would refer them to anyone!! Thx again Dane, Jo Baker Newcastle OK….

Yarborough and Sons had always done an excellent job for me. JR was very nice and friendly and did a thorough job checking my unit for the upcoming heating. I have complete confidence in their employees and their work.

Wanted to compliment the entire team, as we have both a commercial business + personal residence. Last Thursday they divided-and-conquered by having a teammate come to our commercial space in the morning, then having another teammate review our personal residence. Communication was excellent, technician professionalism + timeliness was amazing, and the invoice w/ supporting pics continues to be above what any of the "competition" is doing. Phillip (Edmond) is simply top notch and we appreciate his attention to detail in addition to learning about us beyond customer # _______ with an appointment.

If you ever need your HVAC or plumbing repaired or serviced, then Yarbrough & Sons is by far the company you should call. Very knowledgeable service personnel and very reliable. I'm extremely satisfied with their service and glad to give them a 5 STAR rating. Great job replacing our water pressure valve. THANKS!!!

Had them out a week ago for water leak in my middle bathroom. Soaked the closet in my master bedroom through the wall. The idiot tech could not find water leak. Next day while flushing the toilet I seen water coming from the back side of the toilet and running under the wall. They charged me 130.00 for service call and did nothing. Called them back and told what I found. Waited 5 days for them to come back. The different tech they sent out told me it would be 370.00 to put a new wax seal in. Plus 130.00 service call. I told him the first technician said no service call charge if they had to come back for same problem. They are a total scam company and don’t deal with them. I told the kid the sent out to t get the he’ll out my house.

We have been so pleased with Yarbrough and Son's services. Robert B has helped us multiple times with our HVAC. He is always quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. We chose their yearly maintenance plan which gives a discount on services. That was very beneficial for us. We have also had them out for emergency plumbing issues. They always get someone out that day or first thing the next morning. 100% recommend this company!

Today Yarbrough and Sons did my spring checkup to get ready for summer. The technician,OT, was very pleasant and respectful. He got right to work, not wasting time. He explained his findings and repaired an issue. I highly recommend their service.

I recently had to get in my attic to do some repairs and found that one of my air ducts were never connected and had an open pipe blasting all my cold air into the attic. For two summer I guess I’ve waisting who knows how much air and money. I almost revised my review about a year ago as there was some miss communication on my check ups. I figured at the time it was my error but now it’s obvious the check up crew never did their job and I was 100% right to be concerned. Any bit of money I saved by choosing Yarbrough and Son is wasted and I now know I received and poor quality instillation compared to other companies.

Install was just before summer 2024. After a full hot summer I can say this system is great.

I had about 6-7 estimates done with different companies. Yarbrough had the best price by far and matched every demand I had. Joe Foster was my sales contact. He was straight to the point, honest and nice. Explained everything well and didn't try and oversale anything to me.
Crew installed quickly and were very professional. Ryan, Josh and I think one other guy I lost the name of killed it. My thermostat ended up not being compatible but the guys made sure I got a brand new one with similar features at no extra cost.
My second check up was today. Once again the crew of Isaiah, Joey and Kaden were punctual, quick and professional.

Highly recommend this service.

The technician, Dane Warner, arrived on time and addressed the problems with the pipes and tank around all of my water well equipment (all old in an old house and multiple issues), patiently explained what he’d need to do to fix it all, and the cost. Also that he could make the time to do it immediately as it was leaking and could go bad quickly.
It was all fixed, amazingly, a few hours later and everything working perfectly. Dane was very professional, polite, and skilled.
This was the second time I’ve used Yarbough and Son and they’ve been great both times. I highly recommend this company.

Yarbrough and Sons ALWAYS gets the job done and does it RIGHT! Nick and the team came out and stayed until they finished the plumbing for three bathroom vanities and a kitchen sink. Thank you so much for always being there for us!
