Empower has been nothing short of amazing! They show up when they say they will, complete the job in a timely manner, and have been very respectful and responsive. Will continue to use them on all of my projects.

The owner might be good to his customers but not to his employees. The owner Casey doesnt offer time and half for overtime. If jobs are over an hour away the employee will not get paid drive time. My husband worked hard for this man and still hasn't seen a paycheck. Dosent care about his employees or their family.

Casey was fantastic! His prices are the best in Broken Arrow! He is a genuine guy who actually fixes your issues and not just over sell you!

I wish I could leave a good review.. but after multiple chances I can’t. The first time he had to re schedule 15 minutes before he was supposed to be there. The next time we was over 2 hours late (said our address took him somewhere else..). He re-did our full electrical panel (which looks really good) but didn’t get it verified with the city, cut holes in our sheet rock and didn’t repair it or get it repaired, and none of our breakers have labels now.. He eventually texted and apologized and wanted to make it up to us but STILL never showed up the day he said he would. Super nice guy. Just doesn’t complete his work, leaves you with holes in your sheet rock , and doesn’t show up on time..

Casey and his team did an excellent job. The price for the job came in much more affordable than other quotes I got plus he and his team were much more responsive.

Casey has done several jobs for me, for my home and businesses, and is an honest and trustworthy business man. I also love the fact that he is a veteran who proudly served our country.

Owners nice and reasonable on price until you actually need him to work. Gave us the run around for two weeks on installing a power pole when he FINALLY got out there nothing was to code never communicated with the electrical company about anything. Never called a locate before he started digging. I understand companies get busy but you have to have some value for people and their lives as well. Wish I could get refunded seeing as all that happened was a game of phone tag.

Casey was prompt and answered all our questions. He took care of everything and was very professional. Do yourself a favor and if you need any electrical work done- give them a call, you won't be disappointed!
