Casey and his team at Empower Electric are AMAZING!!! We have utilized their services on multiple personal properties as well as several investment properties. They are trustworthy, full of integrity, fair on pricing, and do an incredible job. We continue to use them for all of our electrical needs. They’ve earned our trust for life!!

Casey did a wonderful job rewiring my house and putting in a new panel. My house was completely out of date and still had the 2 prong outlets. He was very knowledgeable, professional and had by far the best prices! Would highly recommend!

Had a great experience and great result with Empower Electric. Casey, the electrician, was very communicative, and did a great job installing two 110v outlets and a 220v outlet in my garage. Highly recommend, and will be calling Empower Electric again for my next job!

5 stars isn't enough for the service Casey provided. I needed multiple outlets fixed, several new outlets installed, a new whole house generator installed including transfer switch, and future work planned out.
Casey came out for an estimate and help plan the work to be done, got me on his schedule to do the job, then came out on time to complete the job.
I'll definitely be calling Empowered Electric for any future electric needs!

Casey was on an anniversary trip when I reached out for some assistance. He sent a professional that got my initiial problem fixed. Within the week Casey was out and diagnosed a problem and gave a fiar and accurate estimate. I will use him again.

Empower Electric is great to work with! Casey is knowledgable, courteous, and did an excellent job adding additional electrical circuits and outlets for our home. They will be my first call for any additional projects in the future.

They were very prompt and did an amazing job. I also want to point out how clean they were. When you contractors in and out that is not always the case. My Husband and I bought a new house that was built in the 60s. We had some electrical issues that Casey came out and looked at for us. Casey was very professional, knowledgeable, polite explained what we need to have done and gave an accurate estimate for the work that we needed. My husband and I decided to have Empower electric do the work for us. To say we made the right decision is an understatement we will never use any other company for our electrical needs in the future. Casey was prompt, on time and went above and beyond to satisfy us as customers. Casey replaced our electrical box, added a dryer plug and redid all of the receptacles in our house.

Casey and his crew came in to fix some issues we had from another contractor. He did an excellent job and was always responsive. He provided a greater value for our dollar and I appreciate that always. He’s also a veteran and I love supporting local businesses especially those owned and run by veterans. I have plans on using Empower for several future projects.

I came home from out of town and realized that a breaker had blown up and burnt half of my electrical box. I called Empower Electric late that day, and Casey came out to check everything out that night. We determined that we needed to upgrade the service and a new box and he was out the next day with all the equipment and finished everything up within a few hours. Great work, Great company, great guy. Highly recommend.

Do not hire Empower Electric. Like several other reviewers I hired Empower Electric (Casey Brinlee) and got ghosted. He supposed ordered new fans from the manufacturer for my living room through the warranty. Actually, because he never would respond, I’m not sure what he told the manufacturer or where the fans are despite Casey saying he could track them, so he either lied about having ordered them, or kept them for himself. These are expansive fans. I have waited more than three months and he will not respond to requests for information. He also took paperwork about the fans with him when he left my house, so now that’s gone as well and I’ll have a much harder time getting this matter resolved. Save yourself the aggravation and hire someone else.

These guys are exceptional. Communication. Efficient. Courteous. Casey came out to review the project to provide an estimate and schedule a time for the job. They showed up on time and knocked out the project in no time flat. We will recommend and use Empower Electric again!

Enpower Electric was referred to me by someone who installed a fence at my home in Bixby. I contacted them for several jobs, including installing a car charger, hanging lights, and wiring for my swimming pool. After agreeing to their estimate, they installed the car charger and started working on the pool. The technician mentioned he needed to take a break and promised to return to finish the work, but he never showed up.

Despite my attempts to reach him through text messages, I received no response. Eventually, I hired someone else to complete the work and left a one-star review due to his performance. He then contacted me to ask me to remove the review and offered to finish the work, so I did remove it.

I encountered a breaker issue at my pool, so I decided to give him another chance. He confirmed he would come to my home the following week to assess the problem but never showed up again. He mentioned that it could be a breaker issue and that he had ordered a part, which he was waiting for. I continued to believe him, but when I reached out again, I told him he didn't have to do anything for free—I was willing to pay for his services. Still, I received no response.

Frustrated, I called another company to address the issue, only to find out that it wasn't a breaker problem but rather an issue with the electrical cables that Casey had worked on. I don’t like leaving negative feedback, but despite giving Casey multiple chances, I saw no improvement. I liked that way he asked for second chance so rating him 3 star for that. But i will never going trust him again or using him anymore. I want others to be aware of this experience, and I hope he takes the time to respect people's schedules and commitments. Everyone has a family and a life, and we all deserve to have our time respected.

Casey was a pleasure to work with and is hands down the best price in town. He took care of all the work I needed on my investment property and the result is beautiful and bright. He was very knowledgeable and helped come up with savvy solutions for several concerns.

Casey shows up and gives us a bid and needs money to buy materials because they’re going up. We released funds to him and then he never shows up. we made several attempts to call him , with many promise he’ll be there and doesn’t show up. I never got my materials he bought with the money he took. We ended up hiring another electrician. The sad thing about this is, he was a friend of our family. If he’ll do this to his friends, trust me he’ll do it to you.

Excellent job all the way around! I made several calls around town trying for next day service. No such luck, lol! Everyone, with the exception of Casey was booked out for two weeks. Casey was here the next morning at 07:30 ready to do the job. I suppose he was here for about 30 minutes before he was finished! We inspected his work for safety and satisfaction. Excellent job! So we now have his number stored on our phones for future business.

Highly recommend! We needed a cooktop stove installed in a hurry and Casey handled it quickly! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in quality and workmanship!

On Dec 22, While cleaning my chandelier before Christmas, I managed to unscrew it from the ceiling. Casey came the next morning which was both a Saturday and two days before Christmas. He had my chandelier up in no time and didn’t charge me extra for it being a holiday weekend. Thanks to Casey our Christmas dinner was merry and bright.

March 28, 2025: Casey never came back to finish the outlet.

Update: Casey reached out and came back to finish the two other items. One finished, now our generator can be plugged in! The other outlet needs power ran to it, so he will be coming back next week.

I hate saying that we don’t recommend Empower Electric because:
1-he was recommended to us by a stellar carpenter that did excellent work for us. 2-he responded quickly as soon as I text him and came out to give us an estimate,a great estimate. 3-he was very personable; my husband is a veteran and Casey is a veteran (& he gave us a veteran discount). 4- he came out and ran electric for when our new hot tub would eventually arrive and the work looked great. He told us he had to come back to finish 3 things, replace an electrical box, and install a generator box on outside of house(not part of the hot tub work) AND hookup the hot tub. We told him we would call him once the tub arrived and he could do all 3 at once. We paid him in full the day he ran the electric (maybe that was our mistake). The day our hot tub delivered, I text him April 9, 2024 with no response. My husband called him and Casey said he’d come on Friday, April 12. He never showed, no call no text from him. April 15 I text him, no response. Then husband called him and Casey text back that he’d come on Wednesday the 17th. He never showed. Then husband called again same day and got an auto response, “wrapping up a job I’ll call you back”. He never called back. April 18, 2024 husband text again and Casey never replied. April 19, 2024 me and my husband both received a text “Hey, I am sorry I will be there shortly today, I got sick”. We asked if he was ok. Again he never showed, no communication from him. April 20, 2024 I sent him a “?” text at 10:38am. He responded to my text at 3:36 saying “tried calling yesterday.. is 10:30 tomorrow ok?” I responded YEP. (Neither my husband nor my call logs showed a call from him.) April 21, 2024 11:37am, he text “Just letting you know, I’m waiting on my wife to get home with the kids. I will get it done even if it’s later, if no one’s home can I get in backyard?”. I told him yes of course. He never showed or communicated anything. At this point we’ve stopped asking him to come back out. It’s sad because we really liked him and his initial work. We really are the easiest clients and people to deal with. We were never mean,pushy or disrespectful because life happens and things don’t go according to plan even for good companies, we get that. We just expected Casey to finish the job both parties agreed to.
