We used Dynamic for the first time today and our carpets look and smell fantastic! Jerry was extremely thorough, talked through options beforehand without making it into a sales pitch (we have pets and opted to add deodorizer), and he stopped several times to make sure I was happy with how things were looking. As if that weren't enough, he's very respectful of both people and homes. It's hard to impress me, but they've won us over and we'll be using Dynamic from now on!
