Once the work was complete I had some more visual concerns and Heidi was super helpful and patient in working to make changes I wanted. The team was out and made fixes within the week. I highly recommend working with them!

I was first impressed with Heidi, in the office, when I called and asked if someone could come give me a quote. She was very friendly, professional and accommodating. They had Jack out immediately.

I was then impressed with the salesman, Jack, that came to give me a quote. He was right on time, he was friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. He took the time to do everything that needed to be done and to answer my long list of questions and didn't make me feel like he was in a hurry. Then I was given the quote and was taken back by how low it was, compared to what I had expected it to be...of course having no idea how much gutters and installation would be.

I was then impressed with the two men that came out to do the installation. They too were on time, friendly and professional. These two obviously knew what they were doing too. They did an amazing, beautiful, job. I am beyond pleased with the quality of the gutters and down spouts and I am thrilled that the color of the gutters so perfectly matches my homes trim paint!
After the installation They took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up and hauled off. They were very careful with all of my landscaping, out door furniture and our yard to not harm anything.
The quality is great, all the people I spoke to were great, the job was great and the price is great! I just can't say enough nice things about Rain Flow. I will probably never need gutters again...but if I do I will, for sure, use Rain Flow again. I will tell anyone I hear mention getting guttering to call Rain Flow!

We initially called Rain Flow because a highly reputable roofing company recommend them . I initially made an appointment for repairs only and they were willing to come for what was to be a very small job. A few days later Clifton called to tell me he was on the way at our scheduled time....I had not looked at my calendar and was unable to get home.
He was very understanding and gracious about it and was willing to reschedule several days later. He knows an awful lot about gutters and downspouts and what would look right and what would not. He was a tremendous help. We decided to install an updated system. We actually had a second company come out for an estimate and it was quite a bit higher for removing the old guttering and putting on new guttering. The two installers Jordan and David worked tirelessly for 2 days getting the job done. We love it. It is a clean sleek look. We decided to get the leaf shield so we won't be fighting leaves anymore. The other company did not have that system. Thank you Rain Flow. Tremendous employees and a job well done!

We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Rain Flow. They made the process of re-guttering our home simple, convenient and affordable. Our representative, Clifton, was experienced, professional and very knowledgeable about the products. Installers Derek and Tim did an excellent job. I highly recommend Rain Flow Systems to anyone needing help with replacing existing gutters as I did. From the time that Clifton came to give me the estimate, to Heidi helping me schedule everything, and then when Jeff and Branden came to do the installation, I was met with professionalism, courtesy, and attention. I have had a lot of work done on my house over the past 5 years and so far Rain Flow Systems has treated me and my house better than anyone else has.

Highly recommend Rain Flow Systems! I hired them to replace all of our gutters and downspouts. My experience was top notch! They were very accommodating to work with as I was having repairs done of the exterior of our house. They came in to take down the old gutters and spouts so that my painters could prep and paint the area where the new gutters were to be installed. Rain Flow came in right after to install. The work was PERFECT and the house looks amazing with our new bronze gutters!!

Had oversized gutters installed on a 30x40 pole barn. Less than year later they're pulling away from the top. I've called and sent emails of the photos but haven't heard anything back in over a week. The gutters look great but dont appear to function/last; ymmv.

We at Dukes Roofing have the ability to do our own gutter installs. We meet with Chris the owner of rain flow 8 years ago and decided to give them a try. It was one of our best decisions we have used them on every job since. They are good they're not just flat liners they actually drain like gutters are supposed to.

Had them do my gutters a while ago. Gutters are now sagging and I have exterior water damage. They have become extremely discolored. I already had another company come out and they will do it right this time. Please do your research when using gutter companies. Reviews may look good, but I guarantee you they tell their family and friends to leave them instead of actual clients. Extremely disappointed. Jack is a cool dude otherwise.

Excellent communication and service + highest grade product = 5 stars. The options and time frame were provided at the onset together with updates throughout the process. New gutters from Rain-Flow Systems complemented our new roof and look and function great.

Prompt, efficient, affordable service! Great staff, and very helpful with suggestions about solving roof drainage issues. Our installation of gutter guards, new guttering on one house side, and fixing a pesky drain issue by our back door was done within hours. That evening we had 2 inches of rain, and all worked flawlessly. I highly recommend Rain Flow!

About anybody can put on seamless gutters. Doing it right is another matter. New gutter was installed in the back of the house. Very nice job.

Brandon noted that the existing front gutter needed some adjustment...so also did the downspouts. Another company that gave me an estimate missed this. Not Brandon. Thanks for your attention to detail and doing a job well.

I had a great experience! They did not push me into a decision, giving me time to check out companies who could do the job. When I called and said I was ready to proceed, they got me promptly on the schedule and actually came out about 2-3 days early! My gutters really blend in with the house, you can barely tell that they’re there. I would highly recommend working with Brandon and his team if you’re needing gutters on your home!
