Jeff came out to clean my carpet!! He was very knowledgeable and was able to get stains that no one else could get out and this gummy substance out of our carpet..he even got on his hands and knees to work the gummy substance out!! he was very friendly and respectful!! I had hired and confirmed with Pro Steamers via email for a carpet cleaning and not only did they not show, but they didn't call. I was so frustrated because we had moved all the furniture and cleaned the house, plus stayed home during their "3 hour window." I texted Jeff (owner/operator) on a Saturday night and not only did he respond, but he called me back and fit me in on Monday afternoon. Not only that, he doesn't do a "window of time" appointment, he gives you an exact time. He even showed up 15 minutes early to our appointment! He was very professional and friendly (my 3 year old hounded him with questions and wanted to watch), and he was very thorough and efficient. The carpets were almost dry by the time he left, too! My carpets look amazing and they smell heavenly, and his prices were very good. I won't be using anyone else any more.

Jeff is punctual, competent and courtesy. His prices are very reasonable. I trust him with my multiple properties. I am a happy repeat many times customer. Highly recommend!

I had a number of tough unknown stains throughout the house. Jeff took his time trying his various stain removers and did a fabulous job eliminating those stains. I've had my carpets cleaned twice before by other companies and I would say Jeff was twice as conscientious as the other cleaners. His equipment is also top notch compared to the others. Called to try and make a same day appointment. I was told they had no openings until after Thanksgiving. I received a call about 30 minutes later and was told someone had just cancelled. Jeff was very professional and easy to talk to. He was able to show me with UV light where the majority of the pet stains were and was also able to remove them. My carpet looks 100 times better. Jeff was prompt, professional, personable ...and was forewarned that we had a chore for him. I was skeptical that this carpet could / would come clean, with dogs, and years of neglect,.... however I was dead wrong. Truly a shock & awe moment seeing the transformation. Was very friendly over the phone and was even early for the time he had quoted. I had my alarm being installed the same day and he had no issue keeping the alarm guy informed of where he'd be next so they could work around each other. He said my carpets would look brand new and they do. No hidden costs or try to up sale me on anything. He did inform me of his other services such as tile cleaning and I will be calling him and only him in the future. Great job. Very professional. Extremely quick.

***** Jeff Mann was very prompt. Very personable and professional. This young man is very confident about not only himself, but the works he put out. Mr. Mann came to my home on 11/17/2016, my carpet was in terrible shape, it was very dirty and had not been cleaned for over a year. Same on me. But anyway I videoed the carpet before he began the work, and videoed it afterwards, it was AMAZINGLY AMAZINGLY clean the carpet looked brand new. It had a few rust spots from my desk, he even got that out. He is the best that I have seen yet. I highly recommend his services, you can not go wrong. This company definitely provided quality service! Jeff explained everything as he was doing it which was helpful for me to understand how his products really work. We have 2 labrador retriever dogs, and Jeff was able to take out all of the odor from the carpet.

We have a two-year old who had destroyed our carpet with juice, food, and candy in ways I never thought possible. Jeff came out and within an hour cleaned 5 areas of the house. Not only did the shampoo smell wonderful, but the carpet looks brand new!! He even treated it with a sealant to help prevent against future food-related stains. He was very professional and personable. I highly recommend QACC for your carpet cleaning needs!

Great guy and a great company. I called needing my carpet cleaned to move into my house, and he showed up the same day. I called the following day reguarding the smell still slightly there. He showed up within the hour and fixed the smell. He did a great job on my carpet and would highly recommend him. Very professional!
