We called Jeff, he gave us a specific time that he would be here (NOT a time window), and was actually here about 15 minutes early. He is very professional and personable. He very thoroughly cleaned 5 areas in about an hour. There were stains in our carpet that we didn't think would ever come out... well Jeff made it happen! The carpet looks brand new! And his price is very reasonable. I highly recommend Quality Assurance Carpet Care to anyone needing their carpet cleaned.

I had my bedroom carpets cleaned by Jeff Mann yesterday. I would highly recommend him for your carpet cleaning. He was very professional, took his time and did a high quality job. Got our white carpets cleaned today and I am stunned by how clean they are now! It also smells nice, not too overpowering or chemical smelling. As an added bonus, Jeff was friendly, personable, and professional. Would highly recommended!

I was able to schedule a Saturday appointment within a week of my call. Jeff came out at our scheduled time and was very prompt. Gave me a quote before starting the job and thoroughly explained the process and what I could expect. During the cleaning of the first room he called me into the room so I could see the difference. I didn't think our carpet was *that* dirty, but I was amazed at the difference! He cleaned and deodorized two rooms and the entry of another. Packed up quickly so as not to impose on my plans for the rest of the day. Told me how long I could expect damp carpets so I'd know to stay off them. We are so impressed with his service! My husband keeps looking around our family room and this morning exclaimed "I'm just in awe of our carpet! I'm not used to NOT seeing stains out of the corner of my eye". My husband is incredibly laid back and isn't impressed by much, so him making a proclamation of any kind is a big deal. We'll definitely be scheduling twice-a-year service with Jeff!

I have been using QACC for many years and I am truly amazed each time my carpets are cleaned. Jeff always does a remarkable job and takes the time to make sure all areas are clean!! He's passionate on getting carpets/upholstery as clean as when they were "new" and truly does an amazing job.I had several troubled greasy spots in the kitchen area and Jeff worked on them until they were gone!! He's always on time, very professional and has outstanding cleaning techniques. I highly recommend to all!!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this cleaning service. We have utilized All Clean Services, LLC since we built our house in 2025. The crew is fantastic. They do an absolutely thorough job and in an extremely efficient manner. My husband is a Director of Operations for a hotel company and even he is impressed by the job of All Clean Services, LLC, and mind you, he does white glove tests at the hotel properties he oversees. They are fantastic and very much worth every penny! Quick, thorough, and willing to do jobs over and beyond their call of duty (they helped me get a puppy stain out of a rug)! Highly recommend!!
